fix: correct base path in docs build, add Pages deploy workflow
Site was committed with base='/' (assumes repo-root domain), but GitHub Pages serves this repo at /vjailbreak-docs/, breaking all absolute asset/link paths. Rebuilt with BASE=vjailbreak-docs to match. Also adds the Actions-based deploy workflow (mirrors platform9/vjailbreak) so future pushes to gh-pages rebuild and deploy automatically instead of relying on manual commits.
