Add release v0.1.1

Steps referenced scripts/generate_all_openapi.sh and
scripts/generate_swagger_links.sh, which don't exist in this repo
(copied over from platform9/vjailbreak's workflow). This made the
build job fail on every run, so Pages fell back to serving whatever
was last manually committed to gh-pages instead of a fresh build.
