justin 50405203a5 ransomware api tracking 
start tracking metrics for ransomware. No normalizing of the per 10 second metric yet, just testing that the right APIs are called and values are returned.

updated how scratch used storage is calculated. Zerto volumes API shows data per volume, not per VM, so needed to sum the values.
