feat(blog): inline screenshot for the M9 (issues) post

One screenshot for the "Who Picks This Up?" blog draft (post #17126):

- m9-issue.png:  a real GitHub issue on recklessop/ai-workflow-course (#1)
                 demonstrating a well-formed issue for tasks-app: title,
                 context, expected behavior, five-item checkbox acceptance
                 criteria, not-in-scope bounds, and files-that-may-change.
                 Labeled `enhancement` + `ai-ready`. Captured by Justin.

Also created the `ai-ready` label on the public mirror while at it, since
that's Module 9's central concept and useful for future issues on that repo.

Uploaded to WP as media 17190, embedded in draft #17126, scheduled for
Tue 2026-07-28 10:00 America/New_York.
