Applies the no-ai-slop standard to the two reader-facing surfaces left:

  • the-workflow-syllabus.md: 91 em-dashes to 0; all module/unit content preserved verbatim, only de-slopped; en-dash ranges kept.
  • blog/ (17 posts + README): 670+ em-dashes to 0, banned words removed. Filled course URLs and screenshot placeholders preserved; conversational blog voice intact.

Remaining em-dashes live only in internal docs (AGENTS.md, _TEMPLATE.md, handoff.md, tools/README.md), out of scope here.
