Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

Users should: Wash "hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet. Users should remove clothing/PPE
immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing. Users should remove PPE immediately after
handling this product. Wash the outside of gloves before removing. As soon as possible, wash thoroughly and change into clean
clothing.
ENGINEERING CONTROLS
When handlers use closed systems in a manner that meets the requirements listed in the Worker Protection Standard (WPS) for
agricultural pesticides [40 CFR 170.240(d)(4-6)], the handler PPE requirements may be reduced or modified as specified in the WPS.
When handlers use closed systems designed by the manufacturer to enclose the pesticide to prevent it from contacting handlers or
other people and the system is functioning properly and is used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's written operating
instructions, the handlers need not wear the chemical-resistant apron. However, the chemical-resistant gloves must be immediately
available for use in an emergency, such as a spill or equipment breakdown.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS
This chemical is toxic to fish, aquatic invertebrates, oysters, and shrimp. Do not apply directly to water, to areas where surface water is
present or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Drift and runoff from treated areas may be hazardous to aquatic
organisms in neighboring areas. Do not contaminate water when cleaning equipment or disposingof equipment washwater or rinsate.
Treated seed are hazardous to fish, birds and mammals. Do not plant treated seeds by broadcasting to the soil surface. Ensure that all
seeds are thoroughly covered with soil, especially in turn areas. If seeds are not thoroughly incorporated by the planter during planting,
additional incorporation may be required to thoroughly cover exposed seeds. r ( , l

AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS
Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR part 170. This Standard
contains requirements for the protection of agricultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries, and greenhouses, and handlers of
agriculture pesticides. It contains requirements for training, decontamination, notification, and emergency assistance. It also contains
specific instructions and exceptions pertaining to the statements on this label about personal protective equipment (PPE), and
restricted-entry interval. The requirements in this box only apply to uses of this product that are covered by the Worker Protection
Standard. Do not enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the restricted entry interval (REI) of 24 hours. Exception: Once
the seeds are planted in soil or other planting media, the Worker Protection Standard allows workers to enter the treated area
without restriction if there will be no worker contact with the soil subsurface.
PPE required for early entry to treated areas that is permitted under the Worker Protection Standard and that involves contact with
anything that has been treated, or treated seed, is: coveralls, shoes plus socks and chemical-resistant gloves made of any
waterproof material.
SEED LABELING (Commercial Seed)
Seed that are treated with this product and are then packaged or bagged for future use must contain the following 13 statements on the
outside of the seed package or bag.

13. Plant cotton, wheat, barley and oat seed a minimum of 1 inch deep.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
RTU-VITAVAX-THIRAM Seed Protectant Fungicide is a ready-to-use seed treatment. Apply as a commercial seed treatment or as a
pour-on hopper-box application. This product does not require the addition of water for application.
RTU-VITAVAX-THIRAM Fungicide combines the systemic action of carboxin with the surface action of thiram to control various seed
and seedling diseases. It is particularly effective against Rhizoctonia so/ani and shows good activity against various He/minthosporium,
Fusarium and pythium species. This often results in increased and more uniform stands of seedlings with higher yield potential. Use the
higher rate under conditions of expected heavy disease pressure.
Refillable Containers
End users are authorized to remove tamper evident cables as required to remove the product from the container unless the container is
equipped with one way valves and refilling or returning is planned. If this is the case, end users are not authorized to remove tamper
evident cables, one way valves or clean container. See Container Disposal instructions under Storage and Disposal.
