Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

Your label amendment application dated July 13, 2000
Dear Mr. McFadden,
The amended labeling referred to above, submitted in
connection with registration under the Federal Insecticide,
Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), as amended, is acceptable
provided that you:
1. Make the following changes to the label:
a. In the last sentence of the "If swallowed:"subsection
of the "FIRST AID" section, change "Do not give
anything to an ... " to "Do not give anything by mouth to
an ... ".
b. In the third sentence of the "STORAGE:" subsection of
the "STORAGE AND DISPOSAL" section, change " ... damaged
drums should be place in overpack drums ... " to
" ... damaged drums should be placed in overpack
drums ... II •
2. Submit one copy of your final printed labeling before you
release the product for shipment.
If these conditions are not complied with, the registration
may be subject to cancellation in accordance with FIFRA section
6(e). Your release for shipment of the product bearing the
amended labeling constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
We would also prefer to have the boxed section on the first
page of the label whose first line is "PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS"
changed to the following standard format:

Corrosive, causes eye and skin damage. This product may
cause allergic skin reactions. Harmful if swallowed. Do not
get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Wear goggles or face
shield and rubber gloves when handling. Wash thoroughly
with soap and water after handling. Remove contaminated
clothing and wash before reuse.
FIRST AID
Have the product container or label with you when calling a
poison control center or doctor, or going for treatment.
Ifin eyes:
-Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15
- 20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after first 5
minutes. then continue rinsing eye.
-Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
If on skin orclothing:
-Take off contaminated clothing.
-Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15 - 20
minutes.
-Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
Ifswallowed:
-Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treat­
ment advice.
-Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow.
-Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison
control center or doctor. ......
-Do not give anything to an unconscious person.
NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Probable mucosal damage may con-
traindicate gastric lavage.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS
This pesticide is toxic to fish. Do not apply directly to water,
or to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal
areas below the mean high water mane Do not discharge into
lakes, streams, ponds, or public waters unless in accor-
dance w~h a NPDES Permit. For guidance, contact the
regional office of the Environmental Protection Agency.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
STORAGE: Do not slack more than five drums high. Drums
should be opened in well-ventilated areas. Leaking or dam-
aged drums should be place in overpack drums for disposal.
Spills should be absorbed in sawdust or sand and disposed
of in a sanitary landfill.
PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: Pesticide wastes are acutely hazard-
ous. Improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray mixture, or
rinsate is a violation of Federal law. If these wastes cannot be
disposed of by use according to label instructions, contact
your State Pesticide or Environmental Control Agency, or the
Hazardous Waste representative at your EPA regional office
for guidance.
CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Contact Gustafson oryourchemical
supplier for container return instructions. If container is not
returned in accordance with instructions, triple rinse (or
equivalent). Then offer for recycling or reconditioning, or
puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by other
procedures approved by state and local authorities.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner
inconsistent with its labeling. Not for use on agricultural estab­
lishments in hopper-box, planter-bOX, slurry-box or other seed
treatment applications at or immediately before planting.

IMPORTANT: Do not use crops grown from Busan 30A-treated seed for grazing of livestock or to harvest as silage or forage for seven
weeks after planting; seed labels or tags must include this restriction. However, grain harvested from plants grown from Busan 30A­
treated seed can be used for food or feed. Label treated seed with the following: Seeds treated with Busan 30A cannot be used for
food, feed, oil production, or any other purpose except planting. Use WITh an EPA approved dye that imparts an unnatural color to the
seed.

Treatment of highly mechanically damaged seed, or seed of known low vigor and poor quality, may result in reduced germination
andlor reduction of seed and seedling vigor. Treat and conduct germination tests on a small portion of seed before committing the
total seed lot to a selected chemical treatment. Due to seed quality conditions beyond the control of Gustafson LLC, no claims are
made to guarantee germination of carry-over seed.
