health and the environment, the Administrator, on his motion, may at any time suspend or cancel the registration of a pest­
icide in accordance with the Act. The acceptance of sny name in connection with the registration of a product undel' this 
Ac' is not to be construed as giving the registrant a right to exclusive use of the name or to its usc if it has been covered 
by others. 
This product is conditionally registered in accordance with 
FIFRA sec. 3(c) (7) (A) provided that you: 
1. Submit and/or cite all data or other material required 
for registration/· :registration of your product under FIFRA sec. 
3(c) (5) or FIFRA sec. 4 when the Agency requires all registrants 
of similar products to submit such data. 
2. :·lake the following label changes: 
a. Add the phrase, "EPA Registration No. 5481-435." 
b. Revise the Restricted Use Statement to read as 
follows: 
For retail sale only to certified commercial 
aerial applicators or persons under their direct 
supervision. For use only by certified commercial 
aerial applicators. Direct supervision for this 
product is defined as the certified commercial 
aerial applicator being physically present during 
mixing, loading, repair and cleaning of 
application equipment. Certified commercial 
aerial applicators must also ensure that all 
persons involved in these activ~cies are informed

the phrase " ... for at least 15 minutes" from the 
instructions for "If In Eyes". 
e. The Environmental Hazards Statement must be 
revised to read as directed by the 1986 Ethyl 
Parathion Registration Standard for Nongranular 
products (non-aquatic uses): 
This pesticide is highly toxic to fish 
and wildlife. Birds in treated areas 
may be killed. Do not apply directly to 
water or wetlands (swamps, marshes, bogs 
and potholes). Run-off and drift from 
target areas may be hazardous to aquatic 
organisms in adjacent aquatic sites. Do 
not contaminate water by cleaning of 
equipment or disposing of equipment 
washwaters. 
f. On page five delete the reference to canola since 
this is a pe~ling use. 
g. Under soybeans, delete the directions listed for 
control of white grubs and wireworms (broadcast 
spray ••. incorporate into upper 4 to 6 inches of 
soil) . 
h. On page six, insert the word "only" into the 
information for LIMITS ON APPLICATION, Aerial 
Application ("Thie: product may only be applied 
aerially ••• "). 
i. Delete the text entitled "General Warnings and 
Limitations" on page nine since it implies 
treatment of soils. 
If these conditions are not complied with, the registration 
will be sUbject to cancellation in accordance wi.th FIFRA sec. 
6(e). Your release for shipment of the product constitutes 
acceptance of these conditions.
