Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

Dear Ms. Arrington:
RTU-PCNB was recently transferred from Gustafson LLC (7501-70) to Chemtura (400-
526). Although it is not required to send in a label, a copy is being forward for the
Agency's records since the label has been changed from Gustafson's to Chemtura's
format, emergency phone numbers and warranty statement.
This submission includes the following:
1. Application for Pesticide Label Amendment (form 8570-1).

CAUTION

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE):
Some materials that are chemical-resistant to this product are listed below. If you want more options, follow the instructions
for Category C on an EPA chemical-resistance category selection chart.
Applicators and Other Handlers Must Wear: Long-sleeved shirt and long pants, chemical-resistant gloves, such as barrier
laminate or butyl rubber ~14 mils, or nitrile rubber ~14 mils, neoprene rubber ~14 mils, po!yvinyl chloride (PVC) ~14 mils or
Viton ~14 mils, and shoes plus socks and a NIOSH approved respirator with any R, P, or HE filter.
Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning and maintaining PPE.lf no such instructions for washables, use detergent
and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry.
USER SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
Users should:
• Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet .
• Remove clothing immediately if pesticide gets Inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS
This pesticide is toxic to fish and aquatic organisms. Do not apply directly to water, orto areas where surface water is present
orto intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Cover or incorporate treated seeds. Do not contarriinate water when
disposing of equipment washwaters.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner
Inconsistent with its labeling.
Do not apply this product in a way that wi II contact workers
or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only pro­
tected handlers may be in the area during application. For
any requirements specific to your State or Tribe, consult the
agency responsible for pesticide regulation.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
PROHIBITIONS: Do not contaminate water, food or feed
by storage or disposal.
PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: Pesticide wastes are toxic. Improper
disposal of excess pesticide, spray mixture or rinsate is a
violation of Federal law. If these wastes cannot be disposed
of by use according to label instructions, contactyourState
Pesticide or Environmental Control Agency, or the
Hazardous Waste representative at the nearest EPA Regional
Office for guidance.
CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Triple rinse (or equivalent) and
offer for recycling or reconditioning, or puncture and
dispose of in a sanitary landfill or by other procedures
approved by state or local authorities.
AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS
Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and
with the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR Part 170. This
. Standard contains requirements for the protection of agri­
cultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries, and green­
houses, and handlers of agricultural pesticides. It contains
requirements for training, decontamination, notification,
and emergency assistance. It also contains specific instruc­
tions and exceptions pertaining to the statements on this
label about personal protective equipment (PPE) and re­
stricted7entry interval. The requirements in this box only
apply to uses of this product that are covered by the Worker
Protection Standard.
I
Do not enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during
the restrided entry interval (REI) of 48 hours. The REI is 72
hours in outdoor areas where average rainfall is less than 25
inches a year. Exception: If the product is soil-injected or
soil-incorporated, the Worker Protection Standard, under
certain circumstances, allows workers to enter the treated
area ifthere will be no contact with anything that has been
treated.
PPE required for early entry to treated areas that is permit­
ted under the Worker Protection Standard and that involves
contact with anything that has been treated, such as plants,
soil, or water, is:
coveralls, chemical-resistant gloves, such as barrier lami­
nate, or butyl rubber~14 mils, or nitrile rubber~14 mils, or
neoprene rubber~14 mils, polyvinyl chloride (pvq ~14 mils
or Viton ~14 mils and shoes plus socks.
SEED LABELING
To meet U.S. Federal Seed Act requirements, all seed treated
with RTU-PCNS sho.uld be labeled:
TREATED SEED. DO NOT USE FOR FOOD, FEED OR OIL
PURPOSES. Treated with pentachloronitrobenzene (PCNS).

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
RTU®-PCNB should be applied utilizing on-farm or commercial
seed treating equipment. which can be calibrated to accurately
and uniformly apply the product to seed. On-farm treating
equipment such as the T.S.T. crotal Slurry Treater) or F.A.S.T.
(Farmer Applied Seed Treater) can be utilized.
. Refer to the label rates below. In some cases. RTU-PCNB can be
applied undiluted, but dilution with water is appropriate for
most seed types. in order to achieve more uniform product to
seed coverage. For application to wheat seed. for exa-mple.
dilution with water is necessary to achieve uniform coverage.
RTU-PCNB and water should be mixed thoroughly prior to
treating seed. Recalibrate treating equipment to compensate
for the addition of water. A.minimum of one part RTU-PCNB
and one part water is recommended. Higher water dilutions
may enhance coverage.

SEED TREATMENT WARRANTY STATEMENT· Treatment of
highly mechanically damaged seed. or seed known to be of
low vigor and poor quality. except for the purpose of curative
control of existing disease pests. may result in reduced
germination and/or reduction of seed and seedling vigor.
Treat and conduct germination tests on a small test sample of
seed before treating commercial quantities with a selected
chemical treatment. Due to seed quality and seed storage
conditions beyond control of Chemtura. to the extent
consistent witl1 applicable law. Chemtura makes no claims of
guarantees as to germination of carry-over seed.

SEED lABELING
To meet U.5.FederaISeedAct requirements, all seed treated
. with RTU-PCNB should be labeled:

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
RTU-PCNB should be applied utilizing on-farm or commercial
seed treating equipment, which can be ca'librated to accurately
and uniformly apply the product to seed. On-farm treating
equipment such as the T.5.T. (Total Slurry Treater) or FAS.T.
(Farmer Applied Seed Treater) can be utilized.
Refer to the label rates below. In some cases, RTU-PCNB can be
applied undiluted, but dilution with water is appropriate for
most seed types, in order to achieve more uniform product to
seed coverage. For application to wheat seed, for example,
dilution with water is necessary to achieve uniform coverage.
RTU-PCNB and water should be mixed thoroughly prior to
treating seed. Recalibrate treating equipment to compensate
for the additionof water. A minimum of one part RTU-PCNB
and one part water is recommended. Higher water dilutions
may enhance coverage.

seed before treating commercial quantities with a selected
