Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

General Information
BAFI SON contains bacteria which colonize the developing root system, providing early season
protection agai'nst damage caused by soil-inhabiting nematodes such as Root Knot Nematode,
Soybean Cyst Nematode, Reniform Nematode, Dagger Nematode, Lance Nematode and Lesion
Nematode that atta~k root systems. As a resuit of this biological protection, a vigorous root
system is established by the plant, which often-results in more uniform plants and greater yi~lds.
DIRECTIONS FOR SEED TREATMENT
Apply BAFI SON as a water-based slurry with other registered seed-treatment insecticides and
fungicides through standard slurry or mist. This product can be mixed with other registered Bayer
CropScience seed treatment insecticides and fungicides in accordance with the most restrictive of
label limitations and precautions: Do not exceed any label dosage rates. This product cannot be
mixed with any product containing a label prohibition against such mixing. Pre-test for
compatibility with other seed treatment products:
COMPATIBILITY
To determine the physical compatibility with other seed-applied products use a jar test. Add the
proportionate amount of the products and water to a jar and agitate and observe mixing
characteristics. Add a small amount of water first, then flowableS, then emulsifiable concentrates!
concentrates, dry products and BAFI SON last followed with the remaining water. Afterthorough
mixing allow product to stand for 5-10 minutes. If the combined products remain mixed or can be
easily remixed; it is physically compatible.
NOTE: This product does not contain colorant. To comply with 40 CFR 153.155, all seed treated
commercially with this product must be colored with an EPA-approved dye orcolorant of a
. suitable color to prevent accidental use as food for man or feed for animals. The Federal Seed

"This seed has been treated with Bacillus firmus (strain 1-1582). Do not use for food, feed or oil

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
To mix, first add the chemical insecticides and/or fungicides to the slurry mix with approximately
% of the required water. Slowly add the BAFI SON to the slurry until a uniform suspension is
obtained. Add -the remai, nderof the required water and maintain continuous agitation.
Apply as a water-based slurry of adequate volume to distribute spores uniformly over seed
surface area. The volume of slurry will vary according to companion seed treatments and seed
type being treated. Further detailed application instructions can be obtained by c?ntacting locai
