ENVIR ON MENTAL HAZARDS
This product is toxic to fish. D O N OT apply directly to water, to areas where surface water is present , or to intertidal areas below the
mean high water mark. Drift and runoff fro m treated areas may be hazardous to aquatic organis ms in neighboring area s. D O N OT
conta minate water when disposing of equip ment wash water s. D O N OT conta minate water intended for irrigation or do mestic
purpose s. D O N OT apply when weather conditions favor drift fro m target area.
Ground water Advisory : 2,4-DB is known to leach through soil into groundwater under certain conditions as a result of label use.
This che mical may leach into groundwater if used in areas where soils are per meable, particularly where the water table is sh allow.
Ground water Conta mination: Most cases of ground water conta mination involving phenoxy herbicides such as 2,4 -DB have been
associated with mixing/loading and disposal sites. Caution should be exercised when handling 2,4 -DB pesticides at such sites to
prevent conta mination of ground water supplies. Use of closed syste ms for mixing or transferring this pesticide will reduce t he
probability of spills. Place ment of the mixing/loading equip ment on an i mpervious pad to contain spills will help prevent gro und water
conta mination.
Application around a cistern or well may result in conta mination of drinking water or groundwater.
Surface Water Advisory: This product may i mpact surface water quality due to runoff of rain water. This is especially true for poorly
draining soils and soils with shallow ground water.
This product is classified as having high potential for reaching surface water via runoff for several months or more after ap plication.
A level, well-maintained vegetative buffer strip between areas to which this product is applied and surface water features such as
ponds , strea ms, and springs will reduce the potential loading of 2,4 -DB fro m runoff water and sedi ment. Runoff of this product will
be reduced by avoiding applications when rainfall or irrigation is expected to occur w ithin 48 hours.
Non -Target Organis m Advisory : This product is toxic to plants and may adversely i mpact the forage and habitat of non -target
organis ms, including pollinators, in areas adjacent to the treated site. Protect the forage and habitat of non -target organis ms by
following label directions intended to mini mize spray drift.

Read entire label before using this product.
D O N OT ap ply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only protected
handlers may be in the area during application. For any require ments specific to your State or Tribe, consult the agency resp onsible
for pesticide regulations.
A GRICULTURAL USE RE QUIRE MENTS
Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR part 170. This standard
contains require ments for the protection of agricultural workers on far ms, forests, nurseries, and greenhouses, and handlers of
agricultural pesticides. It contains require ments for training, deconta mination, notification, and e mergency assistance. It a lso
contains specific instructions and exceptions pertaining to the state ments on this label about personal protective equip ment
(PPE) and restricted -entry intervals. The require ments in this box only apply to uses of this product that are covered by the
Worker Protection Standard.
D O N OT en ter or allo w worker entry into treated areas during the restricted -entry interval (REI) of 48 hours.
PPE required for early entry to treated areas that is per mitted under the Worker Protection Standard and that involves contact
with anything that has been treated such as plants, soil or water is:
• coveralls,
• che mical resistant gloves, made of any waterproof material,
• shoes plus socks , and
• protective eyewear.
RESTRICTI ONS
• D O N OT apply 2,4 -DB 200 through any type of irrigation syste m.
• D O N OT use in or near a greenhouse.
• D O N OT feed/graze soybean forage or harvest hay for 60 days following any 2,4 -DB 200 application.
• See the crop specific use directions for additional restrictions.
PRECAUTI ONS
• D O N OT apply 2,4 -DB 200 directly to or otherwise per mit it to co me in contact with cotton, okra, grapes, to matoes, fruit trees,
vegetables, flowers, or other desirable crop or orna mental plants.
• D O N OT per mit spray mist to drift onto susceptible plants since very s mall quantities of the 2,4-DB 200 can cause severe injury
during the growing or dor mant periods.
• See the "SPRAY DRIFT MANA GE MENT" section of this label for further infor mation on spray drift manage ment.
• See the crop specific use instructions for additional precautions.
APPLICATI ON PR OCEDURES
2,4-DB 200 can be applied to registered use areas by ground and aerial application equip ment. The following provides
reco m mended methods of application for each crop.
GR OUND APPLICATI ON
Use a standard herbicide boo m sprayer that provides unifor m and accurate application. Sprayer should be equipped with screens
no finer than 50 mesh in the nozzle tips and in-line strainers.
Select a spray volu me and delivery syste m that will ensure thorough and unifor m spray coverage. For opti mu m spray distributio n
and thorough coverage, use of flat fan nozzles ( maxi mu m tip size 8008) with a mini mu m spray pressure of 30 psi at the nozzle tips
are reco m mended. Other nozzle types that produce course spray droplets may not provide adequate coverage of the weeds to
ensure opti mu m control. Raindrop nozzles are not reco m mended as weed control with 2,4 -DB 200 may be reduced. In gener al, a
mini mu m spray volu me of 10 gallons per acre ( GPA) is reco m mended for opti mu m spray coverage. When using higher speed
equip ment, a maxi mu m speed of 10 mph is suggested if field conditions cause excessive boo m move ment during application and
subsequent poor spray coverage. Ground applications made when dry, dusty field conditions exist may provide reduced weed
control in wheel track areas.
See the "SPRAY DRIFT MANA GE MENT" section of this label for infor mation on spray drift manage ment.
AERIAL APPLICATI ON
Use orifice discs, cores and nozzle types and arrange ments that will provide for opti mu m spray distribution and maxi mu m cover age.
In general, a mini mu m spray volu me of 5 GPA and a maxi mu m pressure of 40 psi are reco m mended.
See the "SPRAY DRIFT MANA GE MENT" section of this label for infor mation on spray drift manage ment.
SPRAY DRIFT MANA GE MENT
Avoiding spray drift at the application site is the responsibility of the applicator. The interaction of many equip ment - and weather -
related factors deter mine the potential for spray drift. The applicator and the grower are responsible for considering all th ese factors
when making decisions. Applications by aircraft, ground rig and hand sprayers should be carried out only when there is no hazard
fro m spray drift.
MANDAT ORY SPRAY DRIFT MITI GATI ON MEASURES
Aerial Applications:
• D O N OT release spray at a height greater than 10 ft. above the ground or vegetative canopy, unless a greater application
height is necessary for pilot safety.
• Applicators are required to use a mediu m or coarser droplet size (ASABE S641 ).
• If the windspeed is 10 miles per hour or less, applicators must use 1/2 swath displace ment upwind at the downwind edge of
the field. When the windspeed is between 11 -15 miles per hour, applicators must use 3/4 swath displace ment upwind at the
downwind edge of the field.
• D O N OT apply when wind speeds exceed 15 mph at the application site. If the windspeed is greater than 10 mph, the boo m
length must be 65 % or less of the wingspan for fixed wing aircraft and 75 % or less of the rotor dia meter for helicopters.
Otherwise, the boo m length must be 75 % or less of the wingspan for fixed -wing aircraft and 90 % or less the rotor dia meter
for helicopters.
• D O N OT apply during te mperature inversions.
Ground Boo m Applications:
• User must only apply with the release height reco m mended by the manufacturer, but no more than 4 feet above the ground
or crop canopy.
• Applicators are required to use a mediu m or coarser droplet size (ASABE S572).
• D O N OT apply during te mperature inversions.
MIXIN G INSTRUCTI ONS
2,4-DB 200 AL ONE: Fill the spray tank 1/2 to 3/4 full with clean water. Begin agitation and add the reco m mended a mount of 2,4-DB
200. Add water to the spray tank to the desired level. Maintain sufficient agitation to ensure a unifor m spray mixture during
application.
TANK MIXTURES: 2,4-DB 200 can be applied in tank mixture with other herbicides registered for use on approved crops. Refer to
the specific crop section for rate directions and other restrictions. To apply 2,4 -DB 200 in mixture with another product, fill the spray
tank 1/2 to 3/4 full with clean water and begin agitation. If tank mixing with wettable powder, soluble powder, flowable or dry flowable
products, add the powder or flowable product first. After the other herbicide is thoroughly mixed with water, add the reco m me nded
a mount of 2,4-DB 200 and add water to the spray tank to the desired level. If tank mixing with other product types, add the 2,4 -DB
200 first before adding the other product. Always mix one product in water thoroughly before adding another product or co mpat ibility
proble ms may occur. Never mix two products together without first mixing in water.
Maintain sufficient agitation while mixing and during application to ensure a unifor m spray mixture. If spray mixture is allo wed to
re main without agitation for short periods of ti me, be sure to agitate until unifor mly mixed before application.
C O MPATIBILITY
Evaluate tank mixtures not listed on this label for co mpatibility and crop safety on a s mall area before applying to the entire field.
2,4-DB 200 may for m an insoluble precipitate in very hard water. If you expect to mix 2,4 -DB 200 with very hard water, test
co mpatibility by mixing a s mall a mount of 2,4-DB 200 in the proposed dilution ratios, shake and observe. A co mpatibility agent
approved for use on growing crops may be tested to reduce precipitation. Whenever hard water is used to dilute 2,4 -DB 200, spray
i m mediately and D O N OT allow spray mixture to sit overnight.
PR ODUCT INF OR MATI ON
Spray tank residues of 2,4 -D or MCPA mixed with 2,4 -DB 200 can cause serious crop or orna mental plant injury. A sprayer
previously used to apply these che micals must be thoroughly cleaned with alkali and water before applying 2,4 -DB 200. Be sure
sprayer is clean before applying 2,4 -DB 200.
Local conditions may affect the use of herbicides. Consult your State Agricultural Experi ment Station, Far m Advisors, or Extension
Weed Special ists for advice in selecting treat ments fro m this label to best fit local conditions.
INJURY T O CR OPS FR O M THIS HERBICIDE MAY OCCUR. IF Y OU ARE N OT PREPARED T O ACCEPT S O ME DE GREE OF
CR OP INJURY, D O N OT USE THIS PR ODUC T.
Crop varieties vary in response to 2,4-DB and so me are easily injured. Apply 2,4 -DB 200 only to varieties known to be tolerant to
2,4-DB. If you are uncertain concerning tolerant varieties or local use situations that may affect crop tolerance to 2,4 -DB, consult
your seed co mpany, state Agricultural Extension Service or qualified crop consultant for advice.
Be sure that use of this product confor ms to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Certain states have restrictions pertaining to
application distances fro m susceptible crops. The applicator should beco me fa miliar with these laws, rules, or regulations and follow
the m exactly.

**Sicklepod may only be partially controlled . Repeat applications of 2,4 -DB 200 may be necessary for control.
WEED RESISTANCE MANA GE MENT
For resistance manage ment, 2,4 -DB 200 is a Group 4 herbicide. Any weed population may contain or develop plants naturally
resistant to this product and other Group 4 herbicides. The resistant biotypes may do minate the weed population if these herb icides
are used repeatedly in the sa me field. Appropriate resistance -manage ment strategies should be followed.
To delay herbicide resistance, take one or more of the following steps:
• Rotate the use of this product or other Group 4 herbicides within a growing season sequence or a mong growing seasons with
different herbicide groups that control the sa me weeds in a field.
• Use tank mixtures with herbicides fro m a different group if such use is per mitted; where infor mation on resistance in target
weed species is available use the less resistance -prone partner at a rate that will control the target weed(s) equally as well as
the more resistance -prone partner. Consult your local extension service or certified crop advisor if you are unsure as to which
active ingredient is currently less prone to resistance.
• Adopt an integrated weed -manage ment progra m for herbicide use that includes scouting and uses historical infor mation
related to herbicide use and crop rotation, and that considers tillage (or other mechanical control methods), cultural (e.g.,
higher crop seeding rates; precision fertilizer application method and ti ming to favor the crop and not the weeds), biologica l
(weed -co mpetitive crops or varieties) and other manage ment practices.
• Fields should be scouted prior to application to identify the weed species present and their growth stage to deter mine if the
intended application will be effective.
• Scout after herbicide application to monitor weed populations for early signs of resistance develop ment. Indicators of possib le
herbicide resistance include:
1) Failure to control a weed species nor mally controlled by the herbicide at the dose applied, especially if control is
achieved on adjacent weeds.
2) A spreading patch of non -controlled plants of a particular weed species.
3) Surviving plants mixed with controlled individuals of the sa me species.
• If resistance is suspected, prevent weed seed production in the affected area by an alternative herbicide fro m a different
group or by a mechanical method such as hoeing or tillage. Prevent move ment of resistant weed seeds to other fields by
cleaning harvesting and tillage equip ment when moving between fields, and planting clean seed.
• If a weed pest population continues to progress after treat ment with this product, discontinue use of this product, and switc h to
another manage ment strategy or herbicide with a different mode of action, if available.
• Contact your local extension specialist, certified crop advisor, and/or Winfield Solutions, LLC representative for pesticide
resistance manage ment and/or integrated weed manage ment reco m mendations for specific crops and resistant weed
biotypes.
• For further infor mation or to report suspected resistance, contact your Winfield Solutions, LLC representative or crop adviso r.

TANK MIXTURES OF 2,4 -DB 200 AND OTHER HERBICIDES IN S OYBEANS
Applying tank mixtures of 2,4 -DB 200 with other soybean herbicides as directed below can reduce co mpetition fro m early weed
populations and can i mprove weed control or control mid -to-late-season weed populations, thus mini mizing the likelihood of yield
reduction in soybean fields with heavy broadleaf weed infestations. However, treating soybeans under stress (as fro m drought or
disease such as Phytophthora root rot) or in any other manner not directed on this label, can cause crop injury and yield red uction.
The advantage of treating weeds with an appropriate tank mixture should be balanced against any potential for loss. Follow th e local
reco m mendations of your state, Cooperative Extension Service, or other agricultural weed control authority. It is the pesticide user’s
responsibility to ensure that all products are registered for the intended use. Read and follow the applicable restrictions a nd
li mitations and directions for use on all product labels involved in tank mixing. Users must follow the most restrictive dire ctions for use
and precautionary state ments of each product in the tank mixture. D O N OT exceed label dosage rates. This product cannot be mixed
