Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). Dear Dr. Tyler:
The amended and supplemental labels referred to above, submitted in connection with
registration under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act, as amended, are

registration. You continue to be subject to existing conditions on your registration and any
deadlines connected with them.
A stamped copy of your labeling is enclosed for your records. The master labeling supersedes all
previously accepted labeling. You must submit one copy of the final printed labeling before you
release the product for shipment with the new labeling. In accordance with 40 CFR 152.130(c),
you may distribute or sell this product under the previously approved labeling for 18 months
from the date of this letter. After 18 months, you may only distribute or sell this product if it

defined under FIFRA section 2(gg) and its implementing regulation at 40 CFR 152.3.
Should you wish to add/retain a reference to the company's website on your label, then please be
aware that the website becomes labeling under the Federal Insecticide Fungicide and Rodenticide
Act and is subject to review by the Agency. If the website is false or misleading, the product
would be misbranded and unlawful to sell or distribute under FIFRA section 12(a)(1)(E). 40
CFR 156.10(a)(5) list examples of statements EPA may consider false or misleading. In
addition, regardless of whether a website is referenced on your product's label, claims made on
the website may not substantially differ from those claims approved through the registration
process. Therefore, should the Agency find or if it is brought to our attention that a website
contains false or misleading statements or claims substantially differing from the EPA approved
registration, the website will be referred to the EPA's Office of Enforcement and Compliance.

Environmental Hazards
This product is toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates. Azoxystrobin can be persistent
for several months or longer. For terrestrial uses: Do not apply directly to water or to
areas where surface water is present, or to intertidal areas below the mean high water
mark. Drift and runoff may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in water adjacent to
treated areas. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwater or
rinsate.
Groundwater Advisory
Azoxystrobin, mefenoxam, and a degradate of azoxystrobin are known to leach through
soil to groundwater under certain conditions as a result of label use. These chemicals
may leach into groundwater if used in areas where soils are permeable, particularly
Uniform
Page 4
where the water table is shallow.
Surface Water Advisory
This product may impact surface water quality due to runoff of rain water. This is
especially true for poorly draining soils and soils with shallow groundwater. This product
is classified as having a high potential for reaching surface water via runoff for several
months or more after application. A level, well-maintained vegetative buffer strip
between areas to which this product is applied and surface water features such as
ponds, streams, and springs will reduce the potential loading of azoxystrobin and a
degradate of azoxystrobin from runoff water and sediment. Runoff of this product will
be reduced by avoiding applications when rainfall or irrigations is expected to occur
within 48 hours.
Notify state and/or federal authorities and Syngenta immediately if you observe any
adverse environmental effects due to use of this product.

RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT
Uniform fungicide is a mixture of a Group 4 (mefenoxam) and a Group 11 (azoxystrobin)
fungicide. Uniform has two modes of action: (1) affects RNA Synthesis [Group 4], and
(2) inhibits the Qo (quinone outside) site within the electron transport system (QoI) as
well as disrupting membrane synthesis by blocking demethylation [Group 11]. Fungal
pathogens can develop resistance to products with the same mode of action when used
repeatedly. Because resistance development cannot be predicted, use of this product
should conform to resistance management strategies established for the crop and use

area. Consult your local or state agricultural authorities for resistance management
strategies that are complementary to those in this label. Resistance management
strategies may include rotating and/or tank-mixing with products having different modes
of action or limiting the total number of applications per season. Syngenta encourages
responsible resistance management to ensure effective long-term control of the fungal
diseases on this label.
Uniform should not be alternated or tank mixed with any fungicide to which resistance
has already developed.
INTEGRATED PEST (DISEASE) MANAGEMENT
Uniform should be integrated into an overall disease and pest management strategy
whenever the use of a fungicide is required. Cultural practices known to reduce disease
development should be followed. The SPECIFIC USE DIRECTIONS section in this
label identifies specific IPM recommendations for each crop. Consult your local
agricultural authorities for additional IPM strategies established for your area.
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Unless otherwise specified, apply Uniform as an in-furrow spray in a minimum of 5 gal
of water per acre at planting. Mount the spray nozzle so the spray is directed into the
furrow just before the seed are covered. Uniform may be applied with all types of spray
equipment commonly used for making in-furrow applications. Proper adjustments and
calibration of spraying equipment is essential for good disease control.
MIXING/SPRAYING
To prepare spray solution:
x Partially fill the spray tank with clean water and begin agitation.
x Add the specified amount of Uniform to the tank, allowing time for good dispersion.
x Finish filling the tank to the desired volume to obtain the proper spray concentration.
x Maintain agitation throughout the spraying operations.
x Do not allow spray mixture to stand overnight or for prolonged periods.
x Make up only the amount of spray required for immediate use.
x Sprayers should be thoroughly cleaned immediately after application.
Uniform is compatible with many commonly used fungicides, liquid fertilizers, herbicides,
insecticides and biological control products. If tank mixes are desired, observe all
directions, precautions, and limitations on labeling of all products used. Consult
compatibility charts or your local or state agricultural authorities for compatibility
information. Conduct a physical compatibility test as described in the paragraph below
before making a field application.
Uniform
Page 9
Do not combine Uniform in the spray tank with pesticides, surfactants or fertilizers,
unless compatibility charts or your own prior use has shown that the combination is
physically compatible, effective and non-injurious under your conditions of use.
If physical compatibility is unknown, the following procedure should be followed:
x Pour the specified proportions of the products into a suitable container of water.
x Mix thoroughly and allow to stand at least twenty (20) minutes.
x If the combination remains mixed or can be re-mixed readily, the mixture is
considered physically compatible.

Integrated Pest (Disease) Management:
Uniform should be integrated into an
overall disease management strategy that
includes selection of varieties with disease
tolerance, optimum plant populations,
proper fertilization, plant residue
management, crop rotation and proper
water management.
Apply Uniform as an in-furrow spray in 5-
15 gal of water per acre at planting. Mount
the spray nozzle so the spray is directed
into the furrow just before the seed are
covered. Use the higher specified rate
when the weather conditions are expected
to be conducive for disease development,
if the field has a history of Pythium
problems, or if minimum/low till programs
are in place.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal.
Pesticide Storage
Store in original containers only. Store in a cool place. Protect from excessive heat.
Keep container closed when not in use. Do not store near food or feed. In case of spill
on floor or paved surfaces, mop and remove to chemical waste storage area until
proper disposal can be made if product cannot be used according to the label.
Pesticide Disposal
Pesticide wastes are acutely hazardous. Improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray
mixture, or rinsate is a violation of Federal law. If these wastes cannot be disposed of
by use according to label instructions, contact your State Pesticide or Environmental
Control Agency, or the Hazardous Waste representative of the nearest EPA Regional
Office for guidance.
Container Handling
Non-refillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Offer for recycling if
available. Triple rinse container (or equivalent) promptly after emptying. Triple rinse as
follows: Empty the remaining contents into application equipment or mix tank and drain
for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Fill the container ¼ full with water and
recap. Shake for 10 seconds. Pour rinsate into application equipment or mix tank or
store rinsate for later use and disposal. Drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to
drip. Repeat this procedure two more times. Then offer for recycling if available or
puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, by incineration, or, if allowed by state and
local authorities, by burning. If burned, stay out of smoke.
CONTAINER IS NOT SAFE FOR FOOD, FEED OR DRINKING WATER.
