docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

This product is conditionally registered in accordance with FIFRA Section 3(c)(7)(A) provided tll::.aI you:

Before releasing the product for shipment revise the EPA Registration Number to read, "EPA ~ 'l1,,,.;:. '\0. 100-
1219" to your label before you release the product for shipment.
Under the section "Precautionary Statement" add: " ... and before eating, drinking, chewing gum: oc using
tobacco" to the last sentence of the first paragraph. Move the remaining paragraphs to the secbioo -'Directions
for Use".
Delete the "User Safety Requirements" and "User Safety Recommendations" sections as they a~
throughout the label. Since this product is intended for homeowner use Worker Protection StanLrlrd statements
are not required.
5. Under "Environmental Hazards" delete the following sentence from the second paragraph: "Do :>at 2pply
directly to water except as specified on this label".
6. Under the section "Conditions of Sale and Limitation of Warranty ... " revise the statement beginrr::=f "ith: "In
no event shall Syngenta or seller ... " to read: "To the extent pennitted by law Syngenta or seller :~I nOI be
liable ... ". As currently written the statement negates and/or detracts from labeling requirements z; o:e: forth by
the Agency in 40 CFR Part 156, and is, therefore, considered misbranding."

7. Add a period at the end of the fourth sentence under "Mixing Procedures/Pump-up Sprayer (for
all uses)."
8. Delete " .. and more" from the label claim "Rust and more." Vague claims or claims implying a
broader range of control than labeled are not acceptable.
9. On page 37, under Stone Fruits/Comments "This"should not be capitalized.
10. On page 70, under Corn(Sweet and Pop) !Disease "Leaf Blight" recurs twice and should appear
once.
II. Please submit two (2) copies of your final printed label for before your release the product for
shipment. If these conditions are not complied with, the registration will be subject to
cancellation in accordance with FlFRA section 6(e). Your release for shipment of the product
bearing amended labeling constitutes acceptance of these conditions. A stamped copy of the
Master label is enclosed for your records.

• Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the
toilet. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling.
• Remove clothing immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and
put on clean clothing.
• Remove PPE immediately after handling this product. Wash the outside of gloves
before removing. As soon as possible, wash thoroughly and change into clean
clothing.
Environmental Hazards
The active ingredient, azoxystrobin, in this product Can be persistent for several months
or longer. Azoxystrobin has degradation products which have properties similar to
chemicals which are known to leach through soil to ground water under certain
conditions as a result of agricultural use. Use of this chemical in areas where soils are
permeable, particularly where the water table is shallow, may result in ground water
contamination.
This pesticide is toxic to freshwater and estuarine/marine fish and aquatic invertebrates.
Do not apply directly to water except as specified on this label. Do not apply directly to
water, or to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean
high water mark. Drift and runoff may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in
neighboring areas. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwater
or rinsate.
Notify State and/or Federal authorities and Syngenta immediately if you observe any
adverse environmental effects due to use of this product.

CONDITIONS OF SALE AND LIMITATION OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
NOTICE: Read the entire Directions for Use and Conditions of Sale and Limitation of
Warranty and Liability before buying or using this product. If the terms are not
acceptable, return the product at once, unopened, and the purchase price will be
refunded.
The Directions for Use of this product should be followed carefully. It is impossible to
eliminate all risks inherently associated with the use of this product. Crop injury,
ineffectiveness or other unintended consequences may result because of such factors
as manner of use or application, weather or crop conditions, presence of other materials
or other influencing factors in the use of the product, which are beyond the control of
SYNGENTA CROP PROTECTION, INC. or Seller. All such risks shall be assumed by
Buyer and User, and Buyer and User agree to hold SYNGENTA and Seller harmless for
any claims relating to such factors .
SYNGENTA warrants that this product conforms to the chemical description on the label
and is reasonably fit for the purposes stated in the Directions for Use, subject to the
inherent risks referred to above, when used in accordance with directions under normal
use conditions. This warranty does not extend to the use of this product contrary to
label instructions, or under abnormal conditions or under conditions not reasonably
foreseeable to or beyond the control of Seller or SYNGENTA, and Buyer and User
assume the risk of any such use. SYNGENTA MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE NOR ANY
OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE.
In no event shall SYNGENTA or Seller be liable for any incidental, consequential or
special damages resulting from the use or handling of this product. THE EXCLUSIVE
REMEDY OF THE USER OR BUYER, AND THE EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY OF
SYNGENTA AND SELLER FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES OR

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
For Outdoor Residential Use Only
It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its
labeling.
FOR BEST RESULTS READ AND FOLLOW ALL LABEL DIRECTIONS
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR USE AND PRECAUTIONS ON THIS
LABEL MAY RESULT IN POOR DISEASE CONTROL OR INJURY TO DESIRABLE
PLANTS.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal. Open dumping is
prohibited.
Pesticide Storage
Store in original container in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children, preferably a
locked storage cabinet.
For minor spills, follow all precautions on this label and clean up immediately. In the
event of an emergency, call 1-800-888-8372, day or night.
Pesticide/Container Disposal
If container is partially filled:
Important: It is best to use all of the product in accordance with label directions.
If it is necessary to dispose of unused product, please follow any applicable state
or local guidelines or call your local solid waste agency.
Never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain.
If Container is Empty:
Do not reuse the container.
Place container in the trash.
GENERAL INFORMATION
This water-based systemic fungicide effectively prevents and controls major diseases
on flowers, fruits, lawns, ornamentals, shrubs, trees, and vegetables.

USE TIPS
• This product is highly effective when it is used to prevent diseases or applied at the
first sign of disease. Begin applications when conditions are favorable for disease
infection. This product will not eliminate disease already present.
• When used as directed, this product is safe to plants and controls the diseases
listed. Plants not listed may be injured by this product and diseases not listed may
not be controlled.
• DO NOT use sprayers that have been used to apply this product to spray apple
trees, crabapples and flowering (ornamental) cherries. Even trace amounts
can cause unacceptable phytotoxicity to certain apple and crabapple varieties.
• If you need more information about fruit, vegetable, lawn and ornamentals diseases,
contact your local County Extension Service.
To control diseases on plants other than turfgrass, apply product to the plant until it
begins to run off of the leaves.
• Allow spray to completely dry before watering.
MIXING PROCEDURES
Shake well before using.

Food utensils such as measuring spoons and cups should not be used for food
purposes after use with pesticides .
Move indoor houseplants outdoors before treating. Allow to dry before handling or
moving indoors.
Pump-Up Sprayer (for all uses)
• Fill with Y:, required amount of water.
• Add the amount of concentrate specified in the table that follows.
• Fill with remaining water.
• Shake well and pressurize
• Adjust nozzle for medium to coarse spray and apply.
• Occasionally repressurize sprayer if needed to maintain spray pattern.

Concentrate Plus Water Style Hose-End Sprayer (use for application to Lawns,
Flowers, Trees, Ornamentals and Shrubs).
• From the following table, determine the amount of concentrate required.
• Pour concentrate into sprayer jar to the required "fl. oz." level.
• Then add the required amount of water to the "gals." level.
• Replace sprayer top on jar and shake well.
• Attach sprayer to hose and apply.
• For Lawns, apply to the measured square foot area to be sprayed.
• For Flowers, Trees, Ornamentals and Shrubs, apply to obtain sufficient spray
coverage without excessive runoff.
Dial-Style Hose-End Sprayer (use for application to Lawns, Flowers, Trees,
Ornamentals and Shrubs).
• Fill the sprayer jar with only enough product to cover the plants or the area to be
treated.
• Set Dial on the "fl. oz./gallon" level specified in the following table.
• Close sprayer, attach to hose and apply.
• For Lawns, apply to the measured square foot area to be sprayed.
• For Flowers, Trees, Ornamentals and Shrubs, apply to obtain sufficient spray
coverage without excessive runoff.
(Optional language for product sold in a HOSE-END SPRAYER package)
HOSE-END SPRAYER: Easy to Use. (use for application to Lawns, Flowers,
Trees, Ornamentals and Shrubs).
• Make sure knob control is in the Off position. Shake well and attach to hose.
• Turn water on at faucet, aim nozzle toward lawn or desired plant and turn control
lever to ON to begin spraying.
• When finished turn control lever to OFF position. Discharge residual water pressure
by turning ON and OFF again.
• For Lawns, apply to the [xxx) square foot area to be sprayed. [Square feet value to
be inserted per specific package size).
• For Flowers, Trees, Ornamentals and Shrubs, apply to obtain sufficient spray
coverage without excessive runoff.

width = square feet. For example, an area 25 ft. long and 20 ft. wide is 500 sq. ft.

CAUTION
Harmful if absorbed through skin. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing.
Wear long-sleeved shirt and long pants, socks and shoes and chemical resistant
gloves made of any waterproof material such as polyvinyl chloride, nitrile rubber
or butyl rubber. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling.
Food utensils such as measuring spoons and cups should not be used for food
purposes after use with pesticides
DO NOT use sprayers that have been used to apply this product to spray apple
trees, crabapples and flowering (ornamental) cherries. Even trace amounts can
cause unacceptable phytotoxicity to certain apple and crabapple varieties.

toilet. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling,
• Remove clothing immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and
put on clean clothing.
• Remove PPE immediately after handling this product. Wash the outside of gloves
before removing. As soon as possible, wash thoroughly and change into clean
clothing.
Environmental Hazards
The active ingredient, azoxystrobin, in this product can be persistent for several months
or longer. Azoxystrobin has degradation products which have properties similar to
chemicals which are known to leach through soil to ground water under certain
conditions as a result of agricultural use. Use of this chemical in areas where soils are
permeable, particularly where the water table is shallow, may result in ground water
contamination.
This pesticide is toxic to freshwater and estuarine/marine fish and aquatic invertebrates.
Do not apply directly to water except as specified on this label. Do not apply directly to
water, or to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean
high water mark. Drift and runoff may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in
neighboring areas. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwater
or rinsate.
Notify State and/or Federal authorities and Syngenta immediately if you observe any
adverse environmental effects due to use of this product.

User Safety Recommendations
Users should:
• Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the
toilet. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling.
• Remove clothing immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and
put on clean clothing.
• Remove PPE immediately after handling this product. Wash the outside of gloves
before removing. As soon as possible, wash thoroughly and change into clean
clothing.
Environmental Hazards
The active ingredient, azoxystrobin, in this product can be persistent for several months
or longer. Azoxystrobin has degradation products which have properties similar to
chemicals which are known to leach through soil to ground water under certain
conditions as a result of agricultural use. Use of this chemical in areas where soils are
permeable, particularly where the water table is shallow, may result in ground water
contamination.
This pesticide is toxic to freshwater and estuarine/marine fish and aquatic invertebrates.
Do not apply directly to water except as specified on this label. Do not apply directly to
water, or to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean
high water mark. Drift and runoff may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in
neighboring areas. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwater
or rinsate.

Environmental Hazards
The active ingredient, azoxystrobin, in this product can be persistent for several months
or longer. Azoxystrobin has degradation products which have properties similar to
chemicals which are known to leach through soil to ground water under certain
conditions as a result of agricultural use. Use of this chemical in areas where soils are
permeable, particularly where the water table is shallow, may result in ground water
contamination.
This pesticide is toxic to freshwater and estuarine/marine fish and aquatic invertebrates.
Do not apply directly to water except as specified on this label. Do not apply directly to
water, or to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean
high water mark. Drift and runoff may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in

• From the following table, determine the amount of concentrate required.

• Shake well and pressurize
• Adjust nozzle for medium to coarse spray and apply.
• Occasionally repressurize sprayer if needed to maintain spray pattern.
