Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). |
Environmental Hazards
This pesticide is toxic to fish, shrimp, mammals, and aquatic invertebrates. Drift and
runoff may be hazardous to aquatic estuarine/marine organisms in water adjacent to
treated areas. Do not apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present
or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminate water when
disposing of equipment washwater or rinsate.
Surface Water Advisory
This product may impact surface water quality due to runoff of rain water. This is
especially true for poorly draining soils and soils with shallow groundwater. This
product may contaminate water through drift or spray in wind. This product has a
potential for runoff for several months or more after application. A level, well-
maintained vegetative buffer strip between areas to which this product is applied and
surface water features including ponds, streams, and springs will reduce the potential
for contamination of water from runoff water and sediment. Runoff of this product will
be reduced by avoiding applications when rainfall is expected to occur within 48 hours.
Sound erosion control practices will reduce this product’s potential to reach aquatic
sediment via runoff.

Inspire XT
Page 6
Inspire XT is a broad-spectrum fungicide with systemic and curative properties
registered for the control of key diseases in sugar beets. Inspire XT may be applied as
a foliar spray in alternating spray programs or in tank mixes with other crop protection
products. All applications must be made according to the use directions that follow.
PRODUCT USE INSTRUCTIONS
Application: Thorough coverage is necessary to provide good disease control. Make
up no more spray solution than is needed for application. Avoid spray overlap, as crop
injury may occur.
Efficacy: Under certain conditions conducive to extended infection periods, use
another registered fungicide for additional applications if maximum amount of Inspire XT
has been used. If resistant isolates to Group 3 fungicides are present, efficacy can be
reduced. Under high disease pressure, use the highest rate and shortest interval.

Crop Tolerance: Plant tolerance has been found acceptable for all crops on the label;
however, not all possible tank-mix combinations have been tested under all conditions.
When possible, to test the combinations on a small portion of the crop to ensure a
phytotoxic response will not occur as a result of application.
Spray Drift Management: To avoid spray drift, do not apply when conditions favor drift
beyond the target area. The interaction of many equipment and weather related factors
determine the potential for spray drift. AVOIDING SPRAY DRIFT AT THE
APPLICATION SITE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE APPLICATOR AND THE
GROWER. More information on managing spray drift can be found on the Syngenta
Crop Protection website under Stewardship (http://www.syngenta-us.com/practicing-
stewardship/responsible-pesticide-application).

Inspire XT

strategy (IPM) whenever the use of a fungicide is required. Cultural practices known to
reduce disease development should be followed. Consult your local agricultural
authorities for additional IPM strategies established for your area. Inspire XT may be
used in State Agricultural Extension advisory (disease forecasting) programs which
specify application timing based on environmental factors favorable for disease
development.
RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT
DIFENOCONAZOLE GROUP 3 FUNGICIDE
PROPICONAZOLE GROUP 3 FUNGICIDE
For resistance management, Inspire XT contains a Group 3 fungicide. Any fungal
population may contain individuals naturally resistant to Inspire and other Group 3
fungicides. A gradual or total loss of pest control may occur over time if these fungicides
are used repeatedly in the same fields. Appropriate resistance-management strategies
should be followed.
To delay fungicide resistance, take one or more of the following steps:
x Rotate the use of Inspire XT or other Group 3 fungicides within a growing season
sequence with different groups that control the same pathogens.
x Use tank mixtures with fungicides from a different group that are equally effective
on the target pest when such use is permitted. Use at least the minimum
application rate as labeled by the manufacturer.
x Adopt an integrated disease management program for fungicide use that
includes scouting, uses historical information related to pesticide use, and crop
rotation, and which considers host plant resistance, impact of environmental
conditions on disease development, disease thresholds, as well as cultural,
biological and other chemical control practices.
x Where possible, make use of predictive disease models to effectively time
fungicide applications. Note that using predictive models alone is not sufficient to
manage resistance.
x Monitor treated fungal populations for resistance development.
x Contact your local extension specialist or certified crop advisor for any additional
pesticide resistance-management and/or IPM recommendations for specific
crops and pathogens.
x For further information or to report suspected resistance contact Syngenta Crop
Protection at 1-866-796-4368. You can also contact your pesticide distributor or
university extension specialist to report resistance.
SPRAY EQUIPMENT
Nozzles
x Equip sprayers with nozzles that provide accurate and uniform application.
Inspire XT
Page 9
x Use the same size nozzles uniformly spaced across the boom.
x Calibrate sprayer before use.
x Use screens to protect the pump and to prevent nozzles from clogging.
x On suction side of pump use screens that are 16-mesh or coarser.
x Do not place a screen in the recirculation line.
x Use 50-mesh or coarser screens between the pump and boom, and where required,
at the nozzles.
x Check nozzle manufacturer’s directions.
Pump
x Use a pump with capacity to:
(1) Maintain sufficient pressure at the nozzle tip to give the required flow rate and
droplet size to provide acceptable coverage of the target crop.
(2) Provide sufficient agitation in tank to keep mixture in suspension - this
requires recirculation of 10% of tank volume per minute.
x Use a jet agitator or liquid sparge tube for agitation.
x Do not air sparge.

Inspire XT + Tank Mixtures: Inspire XT is usually compatible with tank-mix partners.
To determine the physical compatibility of Inspire XT with other products, use a jar test.
Using a quart jar, add the proportionate amounts of the products to 1 qt of water. Add
wettable powders and water dispersible granular products first, then liquid flowables,
and emulsifiable concentrates last. After thoroughly mixing, let stand for at least 5
minutes. If the combination remains mixed or can be remixed readily, it is physically
compatible. Once compatibility has been proven, use the same procedure for adding

Note: Do not inject Inspire XT at full strength or deterioration of valves and seals may
occur. Use a dilution ratio of at least 10 parts water to 1 part Inspire XT. Inspire XT is
corrosive to many seal materials. Leather seals are best. EPDM or silicone rubber
seals can be used, but should be replaced once a year. Do not use Viton, Buna-N,
Neoprene, or PVC seals.
Operating Instructions
1. The system must contain a functional check-valve, vacuum relief valve, and low
pressure drain appropriately located on the irrigation pipeline to prevent water-
source contamination from backflow.
2. The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional, automatic, quick-
closing check-valve to prevent the flow of fluid back toward the injection pump.
3. The pesticide injection pipeline must also contain a functional, normally closed,
solenoid-operated valve located on the intake side of the injection pump and
connected to the system interlock to prevent fluid from being withdrawn from the
supply tank when the irrigation system is either automatically or manually shut
down.
4. The system must contain functional interlocking controls to automatically shut off
the pesticide injection pump when the water pump motor stops.
5. The irrigation line or water pump must include a functional pressure switch which
will stop the water pump motor when the water pressure decreases to the point
where pesticide distribution is adversely affected.
6. Systems must use a metering pump, such as a positive displacement injection
pump (e.g., diaphragm pump), effectively designed and constructed of materials
that are compatible with pesticides and capable of being fitted with a system
interlock.
7. Do not apply when wind speed favors drift beyond the area intended.

Center Pivot Irrigation Equipment
Notes: (1) Use only with drive systems which provide uniform water distribution. (2) Do
not use end guns when chemigating Inspire XT through center pivot systems because
of non-uniform application.
x Determine the size of the area to be treated.
x Determine the time required to apply ǩ-½ inch of water over the area to be treated
when the system and injection equipment are operated at normal pressures as
directed by the equipment manufacturer. When applying Inspire XT through
irrigation equipment use the lowest obtainable water volume while maintaining
uniform distribution. Run the system at 80-95% of the manufacturer’s rated
capacity.
x Using water, determine the injection pump output when operated at normal line
pressure.
x Determine the amount of Inspire XT required to treat the area covered by the
irrigation system.
x Add the required amount of Inspire XT and sufficient water to meet the injection time
requirements to the solution tank.
x Make sure the system is fully charged with water before starting injection of the
Inspire XT solution. Time the injection to last at least as long as it takes to bring the
system to full pressure.
x Maintain constant solution tank agitation during the injection period.
x Continue to operate the system until the Inspire XT solution has cleared the sprinkler
head.
Solid Set, Hand Move, and Moving Wheel Irrigation Equipment
x Determine the acreage covered by the sprinklers.
x Fill injector solution tank with water and adjust flow rate to use the contents over a
20 to 30-minute interval. When applying Inspire XT through irrigation equipment use
the lowest obtainable water volume while maintaining uniform distribution.
x Determine the amount of Inspire XT required to treat the area covered by the
irrigation system.
x Add the required amount of Inspire XT into the same quantity of water used to
calibrate the injection period.
x Operate the system at the same pressure and time interval established during the
calibration.
x Stop injection equipment after treatment is completed. Continue to operate the
system until the Inspire XT solution has cleared the last sprinkler head.

or regularly serves an average of at least 25 individuals daily at least 60 days out
of the year.
2. Chemigation systems connected to public water systems must contain a
functional, reduced-pressure zone, back-flow preventer (RPZ) or the functional
equivalent in the water supply line upstream from the point of pesticide
introduction. As an option to the RPZ, the water from the public water system
should be discharged into a reservoir tank prior to pesticide introduction. There
shall be a complete physical break (air gap) between the outlet end of the fill pipe
and the top or overflow rim of the reservoir tank of at least twice the inside
diameter of the fill pipe.
3. The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional, automatic, quick-
closing check valve to prevent the flow of fluid back toward the injection pump.
4. The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional, normally closed,
solenoid-operated valve located on the intake side of the injection pump and
connected to the system interlock to prevent fluid from being withdrawn from the
supply tank when the irrigation system is either automatically or manually shut

5. The system must contain functional interlocking controls to automatically shut off
the pesticide injection pump when the water pump motor stops, or in cases
where there is no water pump, when the water pressure decreases to the point
where pesticide distribution is adversely affected.
6. Systems must use a metering pump, such as a positive displacement injection

Inspire XT can be applied by ground or aerial application. For aerial applications, use a minimum of 5
gal/A of water. Applicators should use care in making applications near non-target aquatic habitats.
Specific Use Restrictions:
1) Do not apply more than 15 fl oz/A/year of Inspire XT (which delivers 0.24 lb ai/A/year of both
difenoconazole and propiconazole).
2) Do not exceed 2 applications per year.
3) Do not apply more than 0.34 lb ai/A/year of propiconazole-containing products.

Begin applications prior to disease onset when

conditions are conducive for disease. Apply Inspire
XT on a 14- to 21-day schedule making no more than
2 sequential applications before alternating to another
fungicide with a different mode of action.

Soybean Rust: Apply 7 fl oz at first indication that
disease is in the area. For best control, preventive
applications work best. Repeat on a 14-day interval.
Use higher rate when disease is present in field and
incidence is less than 2% (2 plants in 100 are
infected). If incidence is greater than this or if
disease is in the mid-canopy, control will not be
acceptable. Scouting for the disease and/or being
aware of the proximity of the disease via monitoring
systems will aid in the proper timing to maximize the
effectiveness of the fungicide applications.
On certain varieties, Inspire XT may cause crinkled,
smaller and/or greener leaves. Yields of beans
displaying these symptoms have not been reduced.
Application: For best results, sufficient water volume must be used to provide thorough
coverage. Inspire XT can be applied by either ground or aerial application. For aerial
applications, use a minimum of 2 gal/A of water. Addition of an oil-based additive is
recommended for improved coverage and penetration when applying by air.
Specific Use Restrictions:
1) Do not apply more than 13.5 fl oz/A/year of Inspire XT (which delivers 0.22 lb ai/A/year of both
difenoconazole and propiconazole).
2) Do not exceed 2 applications per year.
3) Do not apply more than 0.22 lb ai/A/year of difenoconazole-containing products.
4) Do not apply more than 0.34 lb ai/A/year of propiconazole-containing products.
5) Inspire XT may be applied up to Stage R6 or within 14 days of harvest, whichever is longer.
6) Do not feed soybean hay, forage and silage.

For brown rot blossom blight, begin applications at
early bloom and continue through petal fall. For
brown rot on fruit, apply as needed a maximum of
two sprays during the pre-harvest period up to the
day of harvest (minimum of a 7-day retreatment
interval). If high inoculum and severe disease
conditions persist, apply a registered non-Group 3
fungicide.
For all other diseases, follow the Brown Rot Blossom
Blight schedule. Make additional applications on a
10- to 14-day interval from the end of petal fall to
harvest.

Application: For best results, sufficient water volume must be used to provide thorough
coverage. Inspire XT can be applied by either ground or aerial application. Stone fruit
diseases are most effectively controlled by ground applications. Use a minimum of 15
gal/A of water for ground applications. For aerial applications, use a minimum of 10 gal/A
of water.
Precaution: Applications of propiconazole during bloom to Stanley plums have
occasionally caused fruit to be less oval in shape and smaller in size at harvest. To avoid
this, do not apply Inspire XT to Stanley plums earlier than 21 days prior to harvest.
Specific Use Restrictions:
1) Do not apply more than 28 fl oz/A/year of Inspire XT (which delivers 0.46 lb ai/A/year of
difenoconazole and 0.45 lb ai/A/year of propiconazole).
2) Do not exceed 4 applications per year at the highest rate (7 fl oz/A) or 5 applications per year at the
lowest rate (5 fl oz/A).
3) Do not apply more than 0.46 lb ai/A/year of difenoconazole-containing products.
