Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

On the basis of information furnished by the registrant, the above named pesticide is hereby
registered/reregistered under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), as
amended. Registration is in no way to be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of this
product by the Agency. In order to protect health and the environment, the Administrator, on her/his
motion, may at any time suspend or cancel the registration of a pesticide in accordance with the Act.
The acceptance of any name in connection with the registration of a product under this Act is not to be
construed as giving the registrant a right to exclusive use of the name or to its use if it has been covered
by others.
EPA received a label amendment request submitted by email on 6/22/15. EPA grants this request under
the authority of section 3(c)(5) of FIFRA, as amended. With this accepted labeling, all requirements set
forth in the Reregistration Eligibility Decision for propiconazole have been satisfied. Therefore, EPA
reregisters the product listed above. This action is taken under the authority of section 4(g)(2)(c) of
FIFRA, as amended. Reregistration under this section does not eliminate the need for continual
reassessment of pesticides. EPA may require submission of data at any time to maintain the registration
of your product.
Submit one (1) copy of final printed labeling. Amended labeling will supersede all previously accepted
labels. A copy of your label stamped “Accepted” is enclosed for your records. Products shipped after 12
months from the date of this Notice or the next printing of your label, whichever occurs first, must bear
the new revised label.

Hazards to Humans and Animals
WARNING
Causes substantial but temporary eye injury. Harmful if absorbed through skin.
Harmful if inhaled. Harmful if swallowed. Avoid breathing spray mist. Do not get in
eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and
before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet. Remove
contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Wear protective eyewear (goggles, face
shield, or safety glasses), long-sleeved shirt and long pants, socks, shoes, and gloves.

Environmental Hazards
This pesticide is toxic to fish and shrimp. Do not apply directly to water. Do not
contaminate water when cleaning equipment or disposing of equipment washwaters or
rinsate. Drift and runoff may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in water adjacent to
treated areas.
CONDITIONS OF SALE AND LIMITATION OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

acceptable, return the product at once, unopened, and the purchase price will be

The Directions for Use of this product must be followed carefully. It is impossible to

extend to the use of the product contrary to label instructions or under conditions not
reasonably foreseeable to or beyond the control of Seller or SYNGENTA, and, (2) Buyer
and User assume the risk of any such use. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY
APPLICABLE LAW, SYNGENTA MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
