Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

GENERAL INFORMATION
Read all label directions before using.
FLEXSTAR is a selective postemergence herbicide for control of broad leaf weeds in soybeans.
Soybean plants are tolerant to FLEXSTAR when applied at recommended rates. Some bronzing,
crinkling or spotting of soybean leaves may occur, but soybeans soon outgrow these effects and
develop normally.
. -FLEXSTAR is effective through contact action, therefore weeds must be thoroughly covered with
spray, Optimum weed control is achieved when young actively growing weeds are treated that
are not under stress from moisture, temperature, low soil fertility, mechanical or chemical injury.
Secondary flushes of certain weeds may be controlled by soil residual activity if rainfall occurs
shortly after application. The extent of soil activity is dependent upon soil type, ground cover at
time of application, amount of rainfall and the rate of FLEXSTAR used. • :

APPLICATION DIRECTIONS
TIMING: Best control of susceptible broadleaf weeds is obtained when FLEXSTAR is applied
early to actively growing weeds. This usually occurs 14 to 28 days after planting. Refer to the
weed tables for specific recommendations on weed growth stages, rates, and regions.
SPRAY ADDITIVES: FLEXSTAR is formulated with an optimized surfactant system for
herbicidal performance.
In Regions 2, 3 and 4 (see Regional Use Map), FLEXSTAR should be used with a minimum of
1.0% of liquid nitrogen (28% or similar) or a minimum of 4 pounds ammonium sulfate per 100
gallons of spray volume.
The use of FLEXSTAR with additional adjuvants, such as crop oil concentrate or nonionic
surfactant can improve performance on larger and/or more difficult to control weeds or during
drought stress or when spray volume exceeds 20 gallons per acre. ' Under certain conditions
temporary crop injury may result.
GUIDELINES FOR USING ADDITIONAL ADJUVANTS: Only spray additives cleared for use on
growing crops under40 CFR 180.1001 may be used.
Nonionic Surfactant (NIS) - Use NIS containing at least 75% surface active agent at 0.25% (1/2
pint per 25 gallons) of the finished spray volume.
Crop Oil Concentrate (COC) - Use a non phytotoxic COC or a once refined vegetable oil
concentrate (VOC, MSO) containing 15-20% approved emulsifier at 0.5% (1 pint per 25 gallons)
of finished spray volume.
Other Adjuvants - Adjuvants other than COC or NIS may be used providing the product meets
the following criteria:
1. Contains only EPA exempt ingredients.
2. Is non phytotoxiC to the target crop.
3. Is compatible in mixture. (May be established through a jar test.)
4. Is supported locally for use with FLEXSTAR on the target crop through proven field trials
and through university and extension recommendations.
Tankmixes: If a product tankmixed with FLEXSTAR requires a cropoil concentrate or nonionic
surfactant, use the lowest recommended adjuvant rate for the tankmix product. (See Tankmix
Application section for further details.)
Recommended Mixing Order:
1. Half required amount of water, begin agitation.*
2. Dry pestiCide formulations.
3. FLEXSTAR herbicide.
4. Liquid pestiCide formulation.
5. Adjuvant (COC or NIS) and fertilizer. '", ,

FLEX390B.RSD 5119197
GROUND APPLICATION: Use sufficient spray volume and pressure to ensure complete
coverage of the target weeds. A spray volume of 10-20 gallons per acre and 30-60 psi at the
nozzle tip is recommended. When weed foliage is dense, use 60 psi and a minimum of 20
gallons per acre to ensure coverage of weed foliage.
Use only hollow cone or flat fan nozzles. The sprayer must be calibrated to provide the proper
volume and rate per acre. In addition, the boom and nozzle height must be adjusted to provide
complete coverage of all weeds.
DO NOT USE FLOOD TYPE OR OTHER SPRAY NOZZLES, WHICH DELIVER COARSE,
LARGE DROPLET SPRAYS.
DO NOT APPLY THIS PRODUCT THROUGH ANY TYPE OF IRRIGATION SYSTEM.
BAND APPLICATIONS: Thorough weed coverage is important for control. Best coverage is
obtained with a minimum of two n=les, one directed to each side of the planted row.
Application with a single nozzle directed over the top of the row is not recommended. Cultivation
of untreated areas may be needed following band applications. When making band applications
and cultivating in the same operation, position nozzles in advance of the cultivation device. This
will reduce dust in the spray area. Dust can intercept spray, reducing weed coverage, resulting
in less than adequate weed control.
Calculate the amount of herbicide and water volume needed. for band treatment by the following
formulas:
ElSlnd ~idth in inches X broadcast rate = Band herbicide rate
row width in inches per acre per acre
Baod width in ios;,hes X broadcast volume = Band water volume
row width in inches per acre per acre
AERIAL APPLICATION: Use sufficient spray volume and pressure to ensure complete
coverage of the target weeds. A minimum of 5 gallons per acre of spray mixture should be
applied with a maximum of 40 PSI pressure. When broadleaf weed foliage is dense, use a
minimum of 10 gallons per acre to ensure coverage of weed foliage.
CULTIVATION: Cultivation prior to application is not recommended. Cultivation may put w~eds
under stress, reducing weed control. Timely cultivation 1-3 weeks after applying FLEXSTAR
may assist weed control.
GENERAL USE PRECAUTIONS

injured by drift. Do not apply when wind velocity exceeds 15 mph. be not make ground or
aerial application during temperature inversions.
• To provide adequate coverage, it is recommended that ground speed not exceed 10 MPH
during application.
• Do not graze treated areas or harvest for forage or hay.

SPECIAL USE DIRECTIONS FOR ADDITIONAL WEED PROBLEMS
Suppression of Annual Grasses:
The grasses listed below may be suppressed by applications of FLEXSTAR at 2-3 pints/acre.
Consult Use Rate Table for maximum rate in each region. For full-season broad-spectrum
annual grass control, FUSILAO~ OX or FUSION"' herbicide should be used alone or in tankmix
with FLEXSTAR. Consult tankmix section.

Goosegrass

Suppression of Perennial Weeds:
Use of FLEXSTAR at rates of 2 to 3 pints/acre will aid in suppressing the above-ground portions
of the weeds listed below until crop canopy can assist in suppression. Perennial weeds continue
to regrow from underground rootstocks even if above-ground foliage is temporarily controlled or
retarded. Even though FLEXSTAR and crop competition can suppress perennial weeds for a
growing season, the rootstocks will continue to live and reestablishment will occur in subsequent
years.

For sequential applications allow 2-3 days after the application of the grass herbicide before
applying FLEXSTAR or FLEXSTAR mixtures. In case FLEXSTAR or the FLEXSTAR mixture is
applied first apply the grass herbicide when the grass weeds begin to develop new leaves
(generally around 7 days).
• Tankmix applications can result in increases in crop injury as compared to either product
used alone.
• It is recommended no additional adjuvants be added to FLEXSTAR plus Pinnacle or
Pinnacle containing premixes.
• Do not exceed 1 fluid ounce of 8utyrac per acre in mixture with FLEXSTAR.
Always read and follow the restrictions and limitations for all products whether used alone,
sequentially or in a tankmix. The most restrictive labelling of any product used applies.
