docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

FIRST AID
IF IN EYES:
• Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15 to 20
minutes.
• Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then
continue rinsing eye.
• Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
IF SWALLOWED:
• Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment
advice.
• Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow.
• Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control
center or doctor.
• Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
IF INHALED:
• Move person to fresh air.
• If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give ar-
tificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth, if possible.
• Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment advice.
IF ON SKIN OR CLOTHING:
• Take off contaminated clothing.
• Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15 to 20 minutes.
• Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
Have the product container or label with you when calling a poison
control center or doctor, or going for treatment. For information on
this pesticide product (including health concems, medical emer-
gencies or pesticide incidents), call the National Pesticide Telecom-
munications Network at 1-800-858-7378.
Note to Physician: Probable mucosal damage may contraindicate
the use of gastric lavage.

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS
Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals
DANGER: Corrosive. Causes irreversible eye damage. Wear pro-
tective eyewear (goggles, faceshield or safety glasses). Harmful if
swallowed. Do not get in eyes or on clothing. Wash thoroughly with
soap and water after handling. Remove contaminated clothing and
wash clothing before reuse. Prolonged or frequently repeated skin
contact may cause allergic reaction in some individuals.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)
Some materials that are chemical-resistant to this product are poly-
ethylene and polyvinyl chloride. If you want more options, follow the
instructions for category A on an EPA chemical-resistance category
selection chart.
All mixers, loaders, applicators, and other handlers (including
handlers participating in seeding) must wear: Long-sleeved shirt
and long pants, shoes plus socks, chemical-resistant gloves, pro-
tective eyewear (goggles, faceshield, or safety glasses), chemical-
resistant apron when loading, cleaning up spills, or cleaning
equipment or otherwise exposed to the concentrate.
Persons handling un bagged treated seed are handlers and must
wear handler personal protective equipment.
Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If
no such instructions for washables exist, use detergent and hot
water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry.
See engineering controls for other options.
ENGINEERING CONTROLS
When handlers use enclosed cabs in a manner that meets the re-
quirements listed in the Worker Protection Standard (WPS) for agri-
cultural pesticides [40 CFR 170.240(d) (4-6)], the handler PPE
requirements may be reduced or modified as specified in the WPS.
USER SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
Users should: 1) Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing
gum, using tobacco or using the toilet. 2) Remove clothing/PPE im-
mediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on
clean clothing. 3) Remove PPE immediately after handling this prod-
uct. Wash the outside of gloves before removing. As soon as pos-
sible, wash thoroughly and change into clean clothing.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS
This chemical is toxic to fish. Do not contaminate water by disposing
of equipment washwaters. In the event that treated seeds are spilled
and cannot be salvaged, completely cover them with soil.(, 000

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner incon­
sistent with its labeling. Do not apply this product in a way that will
contact workers or other person. Only protected handlers may be in
the area during application. For any requirements specific to your
State or Tribe, consult the agency responsible for pesticide regulation.
RATE
Use this product at the rate of 3.3 ounces of product (3.3 scoops) per
100 Ibs. of soybean seed. Apply this product to seed in the planter-box
and mix so that aU seeds are covered. Plant as soon as possible.
Mixing Instructions: For best results, fill planter-box only half full of
seed, add half the required amount of this product and mix again so
that all seeds are covered. DO NOT MIX WITH BARE HANDS.
NOTE: Adjust the seed drill or planter to give the required rate of seed
delivery with treated seed. Regularly inspect planter plates or seed
drum and clean as required. At the end of each day, clean out the elec­
tric eye monitors as directed by the manufacturer.
IMPORTANT: Treated seed must not be used for or mixed with food
or animal feed, or processed for oil. Treat only those seeds needed for
immediate use, minimizing the interval between treatment and plant­
ing. Do not store excess treated seeds beyond planting time. Do not
apply this product with aerial or chemigation equipment.
AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS
Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the
Worker Protection Standard (WPS), 40 CFR Part 170. This Stan­
dard contains requirements for the protection of agricultural workers
on farms, forests, nurseries, greenhouses and handlers of agricul­
tural pesticides. It contains requirements for training, decontamina­
tion, notification and emergency assistance. It also contains specific
instructions and exceptions pertaining to the statements on this label
about personal protective equipment (PPE), restricted entry inter­
val (REI), and notification to workers. The requirements in this box
only apply to uses of this product that are covered by the WPS.
Do not enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the REI
of 12 hours.
Double Notification: Notify workers of the application by warning
them orally and by posting warning signs at entrances to treated
areas.
Eye-Protection: For at least seven days following the application of
captan:
1. At least one container designed specifically for flushing eyes
must be available in operating condition at the WPS-required de­
contamination site for workers entering the area treated with cap­
tan, and
2. Workers must be informed orally, in a manner they can under­
stand:
• that residues in the treated area may be highly irritating to their
eyes,
• that they should take precautions, such as refraining from rub­
bing their eyes, to keep the residues out of their eyes,
• that if they do get residues in their eyes, they should immediately
flush their eyes with the eyeflush container that is located at the
decontamination site, and
• how to operate the eyeflush container.
EXCEPTION: Once the seeds are planted in soil or other planting
media, the WPS allows workers to enter the treated area without
restriction if there will be no contact with the soil/media subsurface.
PPE required for early entry to treated areas that is permitted under
the WPS and that involves contact with anything that has been
treated, such as plants, soil, or water is: Coveralls, chemical-resis­
tant gloves made of any waterproof material, shoes plus socks and
protective eyewear.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal.
PESTICIDE STORAGE: Store in a cool dry place. Avoid excessive
heat.
PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: Pesticide wastes are acutely hazardous.
Improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray mixture, or rinsate is a
violation of Federal law. If these wastes cannot be disposed of by
use according to label instructions, contact your State Pesticide or
Environmental Control Agency, or Hazardous Waste representative
at the nearest EPA Regional Office for guidance.
CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or
refill this container. Offer for recycling, if available. Dispose of empty
container in a sanitary landfill or by incineration, or, if allowed by
State and local authorities, by burning. If burned, stay out of smoke.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Seller warrants that this product conforms to its chemical description
and is reasonably fit for the purposes stated on the label when used
in accordance with the directions and instructions specified on the
label under normal conditions of use, but neither this warranty nor any
other warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose,
expressed or implied, extends to the use of this product, contrary to
label instructions, or under conditions not reasonably foreseeable to
seller, and, to the extent consistent with applicable law, the buyer as­
sumes the risk of any such use.
Seed Treatment Warranty Statement
Treatment of highly mechanically damaged seed, or seed known to
be of low vigor and poor quality, except for the purpose of curative
control of existing disease pests, may result in reduced germination
and/or reduction of seed and seedling vigor.
Treat and conduct germination tests on a small test sample of seed be­
fore treating commercial quantities with a selected chemical treatment.
Due to seed quality and seed storage conditions beyond control of
manufacturer. Manufacturer makes no claims of guarantees as to ger­
mination of carry-over seed.
