Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

Resubmission of the amended label was received at EPA on July 31, 1997
The amended label and confidential statement offormula (CSF) referred to above submitted in
connection with registration under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, as
amended, have been received and reviewed, and the following are the Agency's comments. The
confidential statement of formula dated February 26,1997 for the Methyl Parathion 4E
formulation agrees with the label claim in compliance with PR Notice 91-2 and is acceptable. The
amended label dated July 31, 1997 for the Methyl Parathion 4E is accepted pro\~ding you make
the following change to your label:
1. Delete the Special Local Need on page one of your label identified as
EPA Est. No. 19713-GA-J
All products distributed or sold under Drexel Methyl Parathion 4 (EPA Reg. No. 19713-37) must
be packaged in labeled containers bearing a unique identification number that will remain on the
label or container at all times.

STATEMENT OF PRACTICAL TREATMENT
This product contains an organophosphate and is a cholinest­
erase inhibitor.
IF SWALLOWED: Gail a physician or Poison Control Center. Drink
1 or 2 glasses of water and inducevcmi:.ing by touching back of throat
with finser. or, if available, by administering syrup of ipecac. Do not
induce vomiting crgive anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air. If not breathing, immedi­
ately give artificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth. Getmedi­
cal attention,
IF IN EYES: Flush with plenty of water. Call a physician.
IF ON SKIN: If material has been spilled on the skin, immediately
remove pat1ent from the vicinity of the methyl parathion and wash
with plenty of soap and water. Get medical attention.
CALL A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY IN ALL CASES OF SUS­
PECTED POISONING.
Note to Physician: Antidote: Administer atropine sulfate in large
doses, two to four mg intrevenously or intramusculany as soon as
cyanosis is overcome. Repeat at 5 to 15 minute intervals until signs
of atropinization appear. 2-PAM chloride is also antidotal and may be
administered in conjunction with atropine. Do not give morphine or
tlC!nquilizers. Methyl parathion is 'a strong cholinesterase inhibitor
affecting L"e central penphel'2l ner ... ous system and producing
cardiac and respiratory depression, At first sign of pulmonary edema,
the patient should be given supplemental oxygen and treatccl
symptomatically, Continued absorption of the poison may occur and
fatal relapses have been reported after initial improvement. Very
close supervision of the patient is indicated fOf at least 48 hcurs,
POISON SIGNS (Symptoms)
Methyl parathion is a very dangerous poison. It rapidly enters the body cn
contact with all skin surfaces arid eycs. Clothing wet with this ma:erial must be
removed immediCllcly. Exposed persons must receive prompt medical
treatment or they may die.

vomi:ing, cramps. weakness, blurred vision, pin-pci:1: puO)Hs. tigh;r.ess :n
ches:, labored breat!ling, r.ervousness, sweating, watering of eyes. c'rccllng or
fiothing of molt.h and nose, muscle spasms and coma.

TANK MlXTURES
T.,is product may be tank mixed with o~her insecticices to provice control of
2dditior.zl insect speCies. Read Clnd carefu!ly observe the precautionary state­
ments and a1l otl1er information ap~aring on the labe!s of all the insect:cides
used.
When we::..able powder, water soluble or fic ..... able formulations me to be tank
mixed wIih emulsifiable formulCltions:
1. PlaCE: 2 20 to 35 mesh screen or weUir:g basket over fi1ling port.
2. Through the screen. fill the sprayer tank or.e-half full with water and start
agitatfon.
3. If a wettable powder is used. make a slurry with the water carrier. and add it
SLOM Y through the screen inlo the tank. Continue agitation.
4. If a 1'Iow;;.!::le formulation is used. pre-mix one partflcwable with one part waler.
Add cf:!c:.ed mixture SLOWLY through the screen ir.to the tClnk. Continue
agitation.
