docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

On the basis of information furnished by the registrant, the above named pesticide is
hereby registered under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act.
Registration is in no way to be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of this
product by the Agency. In order to protect health and the environment, the Administrator,
on his motion, may at any time suspend or cancel the registration of a pesticide in,
accordance with the Act. The acceptance of any name in connection with the registration
of a product under this Act is not to be construed as giving the registrant a right to
exclusive use of the name or to its use if it has been covered by others.
This product is unconditionally registered in accordance with FIFRA section 3(c)(5)
provided that you:
1. Submit and/or cite all data required for registration of your product under FIFRA
sec 3(c)(5) when the Agency requires all registrants of similar products to submit
such data; and submit acceptable responses required for reregistration of your
product under FIFRA section 4.

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS
Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals
WARNING: Causes substantial but temporary eye damage. Do not get in eyes or on clothing. Wear
protective eyewear (goggles, face shield, or safety glasses), long-sleeved shirt, long pants, shoes, and
socks. Prolonged or frequently repeated skin contact may cause allergic reaction in some individuals.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)
Some materials that are chemical-resistant to this product are polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride. If you
want more options, follow the instructions for category A on an EPA chemical-resistance category
selection chart.
All mixers, loaders, applicators, and other handlers must wear: Long-sleeved shirt and long pants,
shoes plus socks, protective eyewear (goggles, face shield, or safety glasses), chemical-resistant
gloves, NIOSH-approved dust mist filtering respirator with MSHA/NIOSH approval number prefix TC-21C or a
NIOSH-approved respirator with any N2, R, P, or HE filter, and chemical-resistant apron when
mixing/loading, cleaning up spills or otherwise exposed to the concentrate.
Persons drying or bagging treated seeds or sewing bags containing treated seeds are handlers and
must wear PPE.
Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for washables
exist, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry.
ENGINEERING CONTROLS
When handlers use closed systems designed by the manufacturer to enclose the pesticide to prevent it
from contacting handlers or other people AND the system is functioning properly and is used and
maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's written operating instructions, the handlers need only
wear long-sleeve shirt, long pants, chemical resistant gloves, shoes, and socks. However, the respirator
must be immediately available for use in an emergency, such as a spill or equipment breakdown.
USER SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
Users should: 1) Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet.
2) Remove clothing/PPE immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean
clothing. 3) Remove PPE immediately after handling this product. Wash the outside of gloves before
removing. As soon as possible, wash thoroughly and change into clean clothing.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS
This chemical is toxic to fish. Do not contaminate water by disposing of equipment washwaters or rinsate.
In the event that treated seeds are spilled and cannot be salvaged, completely cover them with soil.
USE INFORMATION
Seed Treatment: CAPTAN-75 SP is a powder formulation for treatment of Corn and Soybean seeds,
prior to planting, for the temporary protection of germinating seeds and seedlings against seed and soil-
borne diseases, including damping-off, seed decay organisms and seedling blights.
Commercial and Planter Box Application: Prepared for use directly in the planter box or may be mixed
in any commercial seed treater, barrel treater or rotating container, such as a cement mixer. This product
contains a non-oil lubricant to help seed to flow easily and evenly from planter box. Best protection will be
obtained where every seed is coated with the chemical. DO NOT USE TREATED SEED FOR FOOD,
FEED OR OIL PURPOSE. cccct,

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Do not apply
this product in a way that will'contact workers or other persons. Only protected handlers may be in the
area during application. For any requirements specific to your State or Tribe, consult the agency
responsible for pesticide regulation.
AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS
Use this product only in accordance with its labeling-and with the Worker Protection Standard (WPS), 40
CFR Part 170. This standard contains requirements for the protection of agricultural workers on farms,
forests, nurseries, greenhouses and handlers of agricultural pesticides. It contains requirements for
training, decontamination, notification and emergency assistance. It also contains specific instructions
and exceptions pertaining to the statements on this label about personal protective equipment (PPE),
restricted entry interval (REI), and notification to workers. The requirements in this box only apply to
uses of this product that are covered by the Worker Protection Standard.
Do not enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the REI of 12 hours for planter box-type or
hopper-box seed treatment uses. EXCEPTION: Once the seeds are planted in soil or other planting
media, the Worker Protection Standard allows workers to enter the treated area without restriction if
there will be no contact with the soil/media subsurface.
PPE required for early entry to treated areas that is permitted under the Worker Protection Standard and
that involves contact with anything that has been treated, such as plants, soil or water is: Coveralls,
chemical resistant gloves made of any waterproof material, shoes plus socks and protective eyewear.
Eye Protection: To mitigate eye irritation concerns from post application exposures, the Agency is
requiring that, for at least seven days following the application of captan:
1. At least one container designed specifically for flushing eyes must be available in operating condition
at the WPS-required decontamination site for workers entering the area treated with captan, and
2. Workers must be informed orally, in a manner they can understand:
• that residues in the treated area may be highly irritating to their eyes,
• that they should take precautions, such as refraining from rubbing their eyes, to keep the residues
out of their eyes,
• that if they do get residues in their eyes, they should immediately flush their eyes with the eyeflush
container that is located at the decontamination site, and
• how to operate the eyeflush container.
Double Notification: Notify workers of the application by warning them orally and by posting warning
signs at entrances to treated areas.

This product is an easy to use Soybean/Corn seed treatment for commercial seed treatersor plantsr'box
applications. Apply this product to seed in commercial treaters or planter box and VfiiSccsc5 that ailcseeds
are covered. In Soybeans, when this product is used in combination with an innoculant^'add this'product
first, stir, add the innoculant, stir and then plant as soon as possible.

NOTE: Treated seed must not be used for human consumption nor as animal feed.
Seed that has been treated with this product that is then packaged or bagged for future use must contain
the following labeling:
"This bag contains seed treated with captan. Persons opening this bag or loading/pouring the treated
seed, must wear handler personal protective equipment." "Treated Seed - Do Not Use for Feed, Food, or
Oil Purposes".
The Federal Government and some states have issued regulations for the application of special tags or
labels to be affixed to bags containing treated seed.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal.
PESTICIDE STORAGE: Storage should be under lock and key and secure from access by unauthorized
persons and children. Storage should be in a cool, dry area away from any heat or ignition source.
Avoid storage at high temperatures. Do not stack over 2 pallets high. Move containers by handles or
cases. Do not move containers from one area to another unless they are securely sealed. Keep
container tightly sealed when not in use. Keep away from any puncture source. Avoid contamination with
acids or alkalies. Store in original container only. If the contents are leaking or material is spilled, follow
these steps: -
1. Contain spill; absorb with a material such as saw dust, clay granules or dirt.
2. Collect and place in suitable containers for disposal.
3. Wash area with soap and water to remove remaining pesticide.
4. Follow washing with clean water rinse.
5. Place a leaking container in a plastic tub and transfer contents as soon as possible to an empty
original container.
Q. Do not allow runoff to enter sewer or contaminate water supplies.
7. Dispose of waste as indicated below.
PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: Pesticide wastes are toxic. Improper disposal of excess' pesticide, spray
mixture or rinsate is a violation of Federal Law. If these wastes cannot be disposed of by use according
to label instructions, contact your State Pesticide or Environmental Control Agency or the hazardous
waste representative at the nearest EPA Regional Office for guidance.
CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Offer for
recycling, if available. Dispose of empty container in a sanitary landfill, or by incineration, or, if allowed
by state and local authorities, by burning. If burned, stay out of smoke.
WARRANTY—CONDITIONS OF SALE
OUR DIRECTIONS FOR USE of this product are based upon tests believed reliable. Follow directions
carefully. Timing and method of application, weather and crop conditions, mixtures with other chemicals
not specifically recommended and other influencing factors in the use of this product are beyond the
control of the seller. To the extent consistent with applicable laws, Buyer assumes all risks of use, storage
and handling of this material not in strict accordance with directions given herewith.
To the extent consistent with applicable laws, in no case shall the Manufacturer or the Seller be liable for
consequential, special or indirect damages resulting from the use or handling of this product when such
use and/or handling is not in strict accordance with directions given herewith. The foregoing is a condition
of sale by the Seller and is accepted as such by the Buyer. c c c c c c
