Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

Dear Registrant:
The labeling cited above and submitted in connection with
registration under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Roden­
ticide Act, as amended, is acceptable ~ubject to the comments
listed below.
Based on your certification, the Agency has accepted only
those changes to your labeling which are necessary to comply with
PR Notices 93-7 and 93-11, which reflect the WPS labeling
requirements of 40 CFR part 156, subpart K. Any other labeling
changes submitted in connection with this amendment application
and not directly related to compliance with PR Notice 93-7 or
9~-11 have neither been reviewed nor accepted by the Agency. If
you wish to make any such changes, you must submit a separate
amendment application proposing them. If your product registra­
tion is currently suspended, acceptance of this labeling amend­
ment does not affect the suspension in any way.
A copy of your proposed labeling stamped "Accepted with
comments" is attached. Make any required changes described in
the attached and send three copies of final labeling as soon as
it is available to:

TEMIK· brand aldicarb is a n-mett>yl carbamale insecticid" which is a cholinesterase inhibitor. Ove .• xposurl' to this substance may
cause toxic signs and symptoms due 10 slimulation of the cholinergic nervous system. These affects 01 overexposure are
spontaneously and rapidly ravlllsille.
Gastric lavage rray be used ~ this product has been swallowed. TEMIKa boalld aldicarb poisoning may occur rapidly after ingestion and
prompt removal of stomach contents is indicated.
Specific treatment consists 01 the edministra!ion of parenleral atropine sulfate. Caulion should be exerci .. ed to prevent over­
atropinization. Mild ca_ may be given 1 to 2 mg intra,muscutarly every 10 minute. until fuM atropinization has been achieved and
repeated Ihereafter wnenavar symptoms reappeer. Severe cases should be given 2104 mg intravenously every 10 minU\" until the
patient is fully atropinIZed. then intramuscularly every 30 to 60 mi ... "tes .. " needed to maintain the effect for at iIIast 12 hours. Dosages
for children should be ~iately reduced. Complete recovery from overexposure is to be expected within 24 hours.

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF OVEREXPOSURE
Salivation, Muscle tremor, Nause.,Watery eyes, Difficult breathing, Vomi!ing,Pinpoint eye pupils. Excessive sweating, Diarrhea.
Blurred vision, Abdominal cramps, Weakness, Headache.
In Mvere cases, convUlsions. unconsciousness, and respiratory i.oilure may occur.
ANTIDOTE STATEMENT: ATROPINE SULFATE IS HIGHLY EFFECTIVE AS AN ANTIDOTE. See NOTE TO PHYSICIAN below.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS

TEMIK- brand 15G Aldicarb Pesticide controls certain insects. mites. and nematodes. When applied into moist soil at planting anellor
postemergence the active ingradiant aldicarb is rapidly absorbed by roots and translocated to all pariS 01 the plant. RainiaU or irrigation
~ after application will ensure prompt uptake 01 alclicarb. Cornrul often lasts more than six weeks varying with growing conditions,
