3. The alternative formulation CSF A2 (dated .June 24, 1997) is 
not acceptable. You must either select the source product witl:i' 
permethrin 90% or change the product label and nominal 
concentration of the active to 38.90% in compliance with PR Notice 
91-2. 
4. Submit two copias of the revised final printed label for 
the record.-
If -flle:se:--conditions are not complied with, the registration 
will be subject to cancellation in accordance with FIFRA sec. 6{e). 
Your release for shipment of the product constitutes acceptance of

Some materials that are chemical-resistant to this product are listed 
below. If you want more options, follow the instructions for category G 
on an EPA chemical resistance category selection chart 
Applicators and other handlers must wear: Long-sleeved shirt and long 
pants, Chemical-resistant gloves, such as Barrier Laminate or Viton, 
and shoes plus socks. 
Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no 
such instructions for washables, use detergent and hot watec.. Keep 
and wash PPE separately from other laundry. 
User Safety Recommendations:

• Remove clothing immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then 
wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing.

Pesticide Disposal 
Pestidde wastes are toxic. Improper disposal of excess pesticide, 
spray mixture, or riosate Is a violation of Federal law. If these 
wastes cannot be disposed of by use according to label instruc· 
tions, contact your State Pesticide or Environmental Control 
Agency, or the Hazardous Waste representative of the nearest 
EPA Regional Office for guIdance. 
ContaIner Disposal 
Metal Containers: Triple rinse (or equivalent). Then offer for recy­
ding or reconditioning. or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary 
landfill or by other approved State and local procedures. Do 110t 
cut or weld metal containers. 
PlastIc Containers:·Ttiple rinse (or equivalent). Then ·offer for 
recycling or reconditioning or dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or_ 
incineration, or, IT allowed by State and focal authorities, by bum­
ing. If burned, stay out of smoke. 
Returnable/Refillable Sealed Container: Do not rinse container.

Pounce 3.2 ST Seed Treatment fnsectTcide is a 32 pounds per gallon for· 
mulation of the insecticide permethrln.Pounce 3.2 5T Seed Treatment 
Insecticide will protect germinating seed from soH insects; e.g .• wire:· 
wonns, seed com maggots, fire ants and false wireworms. This product 
exhibits only protectant activity and offers. no systemic control of. insects. 
Activity is by the contact and ingestion routes generally associat~ with 
pyrethroids. Protection from storage insects; e.g'., weevils, moths~ and 
beetles has also been demonstrated with this product. 
ROTATIONAL CROPS 
With the exception of crops listed below, rotational crops should not be 
planted within 60 days of last application: 
Com, field and pop; com, sweet; soybeans; cucurbit vegetables; 
tomatoes; peppers, beJJ; eggplant; leafy vegetables (except Brassica); 
broccoli; Brussels sprouts; cabbage; celery; cauliflower; alfalfa; 
almonds; apples; artichokes; asparagus; avocados; garlic and onions 
(dry bulb); horseradish; potatoes; collards and ,turnips; cherries; filberts; 
pistachios; walnuts; papaya; p-ea-ches; nectarines; pears.
