Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). Dear Registrant:

The labeling cited above and submitted in connection with registration under the
|
||
Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), as amended, is accepted
|
||
subject to the comments reflected on the enclosed sheet. A copy of your proposed labeling
|
||
stamped" ACCEPTED WITH COMMENTS" is enclosed.
|
||
WHAT THIS ACCEPTANCE MEANS:
|
||
Based on your certification, the Agency has accepted the labeling changes that are
|
||
necessary to comply with the Worker Protection Standard (WPS) labeling requirements of
|
||
"lO CFR part 156, subpart K, described in PR Notices 93-7 and 93-11. Any other labeling
|
||
changes submitted in connection with this amendment application but not directly related
|
||
t\) compliance with the WPS have not been reviewed or accepted by the Agency. If you
|
||
wish to make such changes, you must submit a separate amcndment application proposing
|
||
them. If your product is currently sl,spended, the acceptance of this labeling amendment
|
||
d()es not affect the suspension in any way.
|
||
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO NEXT:
|
||
By the next label printing make all the specified changes to your labeling. Send to
|
||
EPA one (1) copy of the fmal printed labeling:
|
||
• BEFORE selling or distributing any product bearing the final printed labeling
|
||
AND
|
||
• WITHIN one year from date of this acceptance.
|
||

The Agricultural Use Requirements section must be located

||
in a clearly separate box on the product labeling -- with
|
||
lines or other graphic indicators (such as contrasting
|
||
color) to separate the section from the surrounding text.
|
||
You have incorrect wording in the first paragraph in the
|
||
Agricultural Use Requirements box on your proposed label.
|
||
That paragraph must contain the exact wording of the
|
||
paragraph shown as "2" in Section F on Part 2 of the Product
|
||
Worksheet in Supplement Three-A to PR Notice 93-7.
|
||
You have incorrect wording in the second-to-last sentence in
|

the first pararaph in the Agricultural Use Requirements box

It is a violation of Federal law to use

this product in a manner inconsistent with

||
its labeling.

Do not apply this product in a way that
|
||
will contact workers or other persons,
|
||
either directly or through drift. Only
|
||
protected han·:Uers may be in the area
|
||
during application. For any requirements
|
||
specific to your state or Tribe, consult
|
||
the agency responsible for pesticide
|
||
regulation.
|
||
AGRICUL~ US1: REQUIREMENTS
|
||
Use this product only in accorda~ce with
|
||
its labeling and with the Worker Protection
|
||
standard, 40 CPR part 170. This Standard
|
||
contains requirements for the protection of
|
||
agricultural workers on farms, forests,
|
||
nurseries, greenhouses, and handlers of
|
||
agricultural pesticides. It contains
|
||
requirements for traininq, decontaminatio.cd,
|
||
notification, and emergency assistance. If7'
|
||
also contains specific instructions, an
|
||
exceptions pertaining to ro ec 1ve equipment
|
||
(PPE1. The requirements in this box only
|
||
apply to uses of this product that are
|
||
covered by the Worker Protection Standard.
|
||
Do not enter or allow worke'~entry into
|
||
treated areas during the re~ricted entry
|
||
interval (REI) of -1.EL hours.
|
||
PPE required for early entry to treated
|
||
areas that is permitted under the Worker
|
||
Protection Standard and that in'"ol ves
|
||
contact with anything that has been treated,
|
||
such as plants, soil, or water, is:
|
||
A) Coveralls over short sleeved shirt and
