Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

Agricultural use requirements
Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CF R part 170. This Standard contains
requirements for the protection of agricultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries, and greenhouses, and handlers of agricultural pesti
cides. It contains requirements fortraining, decontamination, notification and emergency assistance. It also contains specific instructions
and exceptions pertaining to the statements on this label about Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and restricted-entry interval. The
requirements in this box apply to uses of this product that are covered by the Worker Protection Standard.
Do not enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the restricted-entry interval (REI) of 48 hours.
PPE required for early entry to treated areas that is permitted under the Worker Protection Standard and that involves contact with
anything that has been treated, such as plants, soil, or water, is: A) Coveralls; B) Chemical-resistant gloves made of any waterproof
material; C) shoes plus socks; D) Protective eyewear.
Double Notification: Notify workers of the application by warning them orally and by posting warning signs at entrances to treated
areas.
Eye Protection: For at least seven days following the application of captan: 1. at least one container designed specifically for flushing
eyes must be available in operating condition at the WPS-required decontamination site for workers entering the area treated with captan,
and 2. workers must be informed orally, in a manner they can understand: that residues in the treated area may be highly irritating to their
eyes, that they should take precautions, such as refraining from rubbing their eyes, to keep the residues out of their eyes, that if they
do get residues in their eyes, they should immediately flush their eyes with the eyeflush container that is located at the decontamination
site, and how to operate the eye flush container ..
USER SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
USERS SHOULD
1) Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet.
2) Remove clothing/PPE immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing.
3) Remove PPE immediately after handling this product. Wash the outside of gloves before remOVing. As soon as possible, wash
thoroughly and change into clean clothing.
USE PRECAUTIONS
IMPORTANT: Treated seed must not be used for human consumption nor for animal feed.
The Federal government and most states have seed laws or regulations requiring that an appropriate statement be affIXed to bags containing
treated seed, such as: "Treated Seed - Do Not Use for Feed, Food or Oil Purposes." Always use Captan 4000 with an EPA approved
dye or colorant that imparts an unnatural color to the seed.
Captan 4000 Flowable Seed Protectant is an aqueous suspension suitable for the treatment of seed prior to storage and planting, to protect
seed from molds and other fungi causing storage loss and to protect seed from seed-borne and soilborne fungi which cause seed decay,
damping-off and seedling blights.
Wear goggles or face shield when handling. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling. Remove contaminated clothing and sepa
rately launder clothing before reuse.
Read all directions before using and use only as specified on the label. Use only as recommended for claims listed.
IMPORTANT: Before using - stir thoroughly to mix contents. (OO(;C(;

NOTE: Seed treated by the slurry method should not be bagged until such time as the seed has had an opportunity to dry. Store in well
ventilated areas. If seed is bagged when wet, heat is developed and impairs seed germination.
The following tables gives recommended amounts of Captan 4000 Flowable Seed Protectant to use on various seed. Use higher rates in the
range in areas where high stress conditions are anticipated.
Freezing and thawing do not affect product quality and integrity. Always agitate or shake the product well before use.

TREATED SEED DISPOSAL: To dispose of out-of-date or otherwise unmarketable seed which has been treated with Captan for seed
protectant purposes: Broadcast and lightly incorporate seed into field soils using disc or other suitable implement. If rate of Captan
contained on the seed is unknown, have seed analyzed by a qualified analytical laboratory to determine. Do not plant seed at a seeding
rate which will result in the application of more than 32 pounds of Captan per acre per year. Any resulting crop may be destroyed by
chemical or mechanical means, or, if useful for food or feed purposes, may be harvested for that use.
