Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

The amendoont referred to above, sul:Initted in connection with registration
under the Federal Insecticide, FUngicide and Rodenticide Act, as amended, is
acceptable provided that you make the labeling changes listed below before
you release the plnduct for shipment bearing the amended labeling:
1. Move the KEEP our OF REACH OF CHILDREN to a postion appearing
imnediately above the front panel signal word. It is also
preferred that the KEEP our OF REACH OF CHILDREN be in all
capital letters for maxnnum prominence.
2. A STATEMEN!' OF PRACTICAL TREA'lMENl'must be added to the labeling.
We suggest the following statement, h~ver, if your toxicological
data suggests otherwise, please sul:Init a draft STATEMENT OF
PRACTICAL TREA'lMENl' for prior approval:
MSTATEMENT OF PRACrICAL TREA'lMENl'
If swallowed-Call a physician or Poison Control Center immediately.
Drink one or two glasses of water and induce
vaniting by touching the back of throat with
finger. Repeat until vanit fluid is clear. Do not
induce vaniting or giVe anything by mouth to an
unconscious person.
If inhaled- Remove victim to fresh air. Apply artificial respiration
if indicated.
If on skin- Remove contaminated clothing and wash affected area
with soap and water.
If in eyes- Flush eyes with plenty of water. Call a physician
if irritation persists."
3. Delete "Do not use treated seed for feed ••• purposes.· and insert:

"Treated seed must not be used for or mixed with food or
animal feed, or processed for oil. Treat only those seeds
needed for inrnediate use, minimizing the interval between
treatment and planting. Do not store excess treated seeds
beyond planting time."
4. Insert the following to inrnediately follow the heading
DIREcrrONs FOR USE:
"It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a
manner inconsistent with its labeling."
5. Insert a "STORAGE lIND DISPOSAL" section in accordance with
PR Notices 83-3 and 84-1.
6. Inrnediately preceding "CAUI'IOO Caution must be observed ... "
insert the following headings:
"PRECAUTlOOARY STATEMENTS
"HAZARDS 'lU HUMANS lIND toMESTIC A"ilHAlS"
7. Inrnediately preceding "This product is toxic to fish ••• "
insert the following heading:
"ENVI~MENTAL HAZARDS"
Sul:tnit five (5) copies of your revised final printed labeling before yoo
release the product for shipment with the amended labeling.
A stamped copy of the label is enclosed for your records.
If you hold a Federal registration, a supplemental registration, or a
Special Local Needs registration, you may conp.nue to produce new stocks of
such products, using current labeling, until ~lil, 1984. After that date,
all remaining inventories of affected products will fall under the Existing
Stocks provisions stated in our letter of october 28, 1983.
