Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Applicators, mixers, loaders, and other handlers
must wear:
• Long-sleeved shirt and long pants
• Chemical-resistant footwear plus socks
• Chemical-resistant gloves (such as barrier laminate, butyl
rubber, nitrite rubber, neoprene rubber, polyvinyl chloride
(PVC), viton, natural rubber or selection Category C)
• Non-powered air-purifying respirator equipped with an
N-serles, R-serles, or P-serles filter

USER SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
Users should:
• Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling
and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, or using
tobacco.
• Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry.
Engineering Controls Statement
When handlers use closed systems or enclosed cabs in a
manner that meets the requirements listed in the Worker
Protection Standard (WPS) for agricultural pesticides
(40 CFR 170.240 (d)(4-6)], the handler PPE requirements
may be reduced or modified as specified In the WPS.
Regardless of the requirement for supplemental ventilation,
all workers handling treated seed must wear the required
PPE.
Field Corn Seed Treatment
Facilities and/or machinery treating field corn seed must
be adequately ventilated in a manner that moves dust and
vapor away from applicators and handlers such as the
following:
Adequate ventilation could be maintained by dilution venti-
lation systems, which provide for a bulk flow of air away
from the worker's breathing zone and replace contaminat-
ed air with clean air. Dilution ventilation could be provided
by exhaust fans on the wall or ceiling and open windows
or doors opposite the exhaust fans. Adequate ventilation
could also be provided by installing local exhaust ventila-
tion at the point of dust contamination via hoods or ducts
that remove contaminated air before it reaches the breath-
ing zone and exhaust it directly to the outdoors, exhaust
stacks, or filtration systems.
Supplemental ventilation is not required in areas where
seed is treated in enclosed equipment and dust contami-
nation does not occur, such as Gustafson S Series seed
treaters or equivalent.

10 seconds. Pour rinsate into application equipment or a
mix tank, or store rinsate for later use or disposal. Drain
for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Repeat this
procedure two more times.
Triple rinse containers too large to shake
(capacity > 5 gallons) as follows: Empty the remaining
contents into application equipment or a mix tank. Fill the
container 1/4 full with water. Replace and tighten clo-
sures. Tip container on its side and roll It back and forth,
ensuring at least one complete revolution, for 30 sec-
onds. Stand the container on its end and tip it back and
forth several times. Turn the container over onto its other
end and tip it back and forth several times. Empty the
rinsate into application equipment or a mix tank, or store
rinsate for later use or disposal. Repeat this procedure
two more times.
Pressure rinse as follows: Empty the remaining con-
tents into application equipment or mix tank and
continue to drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to
drip. Hold container upside down over application equip-
ment or mix tank, or collect rinsate for later use or
disposal. Insert pressure rinsing nozzle in the side of the
container and rinse at about 40 PSI for at least 30 sec-
onds. Drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip.

registered corn seed treatment materials. Test potential
tank mix partners for physical compatibility with
Regent SOOTS and added dyes or polymers before mix-
ing in a large tank for seed treatment.
Apply Regent SOOTS at the rate of 1.5 to 3.0 fl ozs
(0.05 to 0.10 Ib ai) per 100 Ibs seed with a seed treatment
machine that can provide an accurate application of
chemicals to seeds. Proper application equipment calibra-
tion is essential for good disease control.
Regent SOOTS can be applied with a polymer to improve
application uniformity and adherence and reduce dust.
Follow manufacturer^ directions for polymer use rate. Use
10 to 24 fl ozs of slurry per 100 Ibs seed, or follow -
machine and polymer manufacturer's recommendations for
slurry volumes for corn.
Use a sufficient amount of EPA-approved seed dye or
colored polymer to achieve a distinctive unnatural color on
the seed.
