sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,

chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,

explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

The requirements in this box apply to uses that are NOT within the scope of the Worker Protection Standard
for agricultural pesticides (40 CFR Part 170). The WPS applies when this product is used to produce
agricultural plants on farms, forests, nurseries or greenhouses.
Keep unprotected persons out of treated areas until sprays have dried.
General Information
Chancellor suppresses nematode populations through the activity of Bacillus
firmus spores, Chancellor helps protect roots from soil borne pathogens.
Note: Shake the Chancellor container well prior to each use. Use the higher
rates early in the season or when heavy infestation is known or anticipated. Use
lower rates later in the season when populations begin tQ decline.
Mixing Instructions
Fill the mixing/application tank with half of the total volume of water to be used to
make the solution. A container with an agitator or circulation pump is preferable.
Add the required amount of Chancellor for the appropriate crop (See application
tables below). Add the remaining amount of water. Apply the solution while it is
continuously being mixed.
Compatibility
DO NOT mix Chancellor with other chemi'cals or fertilizers during application
without first performing a jar test. Using a quart jar, add the proportionate
amounts of the products to approximately one quart of water with agitation. After
. thorough 'mixing, allow this mixture to stand for 5 minutes. If the combination
remains mixed or can be readily remixed, it is physically compatible. If the
mixture does not ball up or form flakes, sludge, gels, oily films or layers or other
precipitates, the mixture is compatible. When tank-mixing Chancellor with any
other registered pesticides; always read and follow all use directions, restrictions,
and precautions of both Chancellor and the tank mix partner(s). The resulting·
tank mix must be in accordance with the more restrictive label limitations and
precautions. Do not exceed label dosage rates. Check with your local dealer
before mixing pesticides.
Do not apply within two weeks of a fumigant application.
Chemigation
Apply this product only through drip (trickle) irrigation systems. Do not apply this
product through any other type of irrigation system. Crop injury, lack of
effectiveness or illegal pesticide residues in the crop can result from non-uniform
distribution of treated water. If you have questions about calibration, contact
State Extension Service specialists, equipment manufacturers or other experts.
Do not connect an irrigation system (including greenhouse systems) used for
pesticide application to a public water system unless the pesticide label
prescribed safety devices for public water systems are in place. A person
6 April 28, 2008
knowledgeable of the chemigation system and responsible for its operation, or a
person under the supervision of the responsible person, shall shut the system
down and make necessary adjustments should the need arise.
For Drip (Trickl,) Chemigation:
• The system must contain a functional check valve, vacuum relief valve, and
low pressure drain appropriately located on the irrigation pipeline to prevent
water source contamination from backflow. '
• The pesticide injection pipeline must also contain a functional, automatic, '
quick-closing check valve to prevent the flow of fluid back toward the injection
pump.
• The pesticide injection pipeline must also contain a functional, normally
closed, solenoid-operated valve located on the intake side of the injection
pump and connected to the system interlock to prevent fluid from being
withdrawn from the supply tank when the irrigation system is either
automatically or manually shut down.
• The system must contain functional interlocking controls to automatically shut
off the pesticide injection pump when the water pump motor stops.
• The irrigation line or water pump must include a functional pressure switch
which will stop the water pump motor when the water pressure decreases to
the point where pesticide distribution is adversely affected.
• Systems must use a metering pump such as a positive displacement injection
pump (e.g., diaphragm pump) effectively designed and constructed of
materials that are compatible with pesticides and capable of being fitted with
a syste~ interloCk.
• Begin applying product 10 minutes after initiation of irrigation.
• Immediately after application, continue irrigation to promote penetration of
Chancellor into the soil. See post-application irrigation volumes specified in'
Application Instructions section.
For Drip (Trickle) Chemigation Connected to Public Water Systems:
• Public water system means a system for the provision to the public of piped
water for human consumption if such system has at least 15 service
connections or regularly serves an average of at least 25 individuals daily at
least 60 days out of the year.
• Chemigation systems connected to public water systems must contain a
functional, reduced-pressure zone, back. flow preventer (RPZ) or the
functional equivalent in the water supply line upstream from the point of
pesticide introduction. As an option to the RPZ, the water from' the public
water system should be discharged into a reservoir tank prior to pesticide
introduction. There shall be a complete physical break (air gap) between the
flow outlet end of the fill pipe and the top or overflow rim of the reservoir tank
of at least twice the inside diameter of the fill pipe.
• The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional, automatic, quick
closing check valve to prevent the flow of fluid back toward the injection.
• The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a funCtional, normally-closed,
solenoid-operated valve located on the intake side of the injection pump and
connected to the system interlock to prevent fluid from being withdrawn from
the supply tank when the irrigation system is either automatically or manually
shut down.
7 April 28, 2008
• The system must contain functional interlocking controls to automatically shut
off the pesticide injection pump when the water pump motor stops, orin cases
where there is no water pump, when the water pressure decreases to the
point where pesticide distribution is adversely affected.
• Systems must use a metering pump, such as a positive displacement
injection pump (e.g., diaphragm pump) effectively designed and constructed
of·materials that are compatible with pesticides and capable of being fitted
with a system interlock.
• Begin applying product 10 minutes after initiation of irrigation.
• Immediately after application, continue irrigation to promote penetration of
Chancellor into the soil. See post-application irrigation volumes specified in
Application Instructions section.

Fruits. Vegetables. and Field Crop Applications
Chancellor is suitable for application by drenching, placement in furrow or by drip
irrigation (chemigation). Optimal results are obtained by pre-plant and at planting
applications (from 5 days prior to planting to planting). Immediately irrigate after
application with 10,000 to 20,000 gallons of water/acre. Do not irrigate
excessively, which can lead to run-off. If product is applied prior to planting,
maintain moist soil with daily irrigation until planting.
Drench and In Furrow Applications: Apply the Chancellor solution directly to
the soil immediately surrounding the plant roots. Do not wet foliage with
Chancellor solutions.
Drip Irrigation (Chemigation) Applications: Chancellor solutions may be
applied via drip irrigation. Never use less than a dilution rate of 5 gallons of water
to one gallon of Chancellor. See table below for maximum application rate of
