Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). |
Mixing Instructions
Shake well before using. Bicep 4.SL is a liquid that may be
mixed with water or fluid fertilizer and applied as a spray.
Bicep 4.SL may also be sprayed onto dry bulk granular fertilizer
and appl1ed with the granular fertilizer.
Dry Bulk Granular Fertilizers
Many dry bulk granular fertilizers may be impregnated or coated
with Bicep 4.SL and incorporated into the soil to controL weeds
in corn.
Labels, supplementary literature, and precautions regarding
rates per acre, approved crops, soil texture, application,
incorporation, c~op rotat'on and other directions must be
followed for Bicep 4~.sL.
All individual state regulations relating to dry bulk granular
fertilizer blending, registration, labeling and application are
the responsibility of the individual and/or co.pany selling the

Prepare the qranular herbicide/fertilizer mixtures by usinq any
closed drua, belt, ribbon, or other co..only used dry bulk
fertilizer blender. Nozzles used to spray Bic~p 4.SL onto the
fertilizer must be placed to provide uniform spray coverage.
If thft herbicide/fertilizer .ixture is too wet, use a highly
absorptive powder, such as Aqsorb.~raaul.s, Microcel E (Johns
Manvill~ Products Corporation), diatomaceous earth or finely
powdered clay, to obtain a dry free-flowing mixture. Add the
absorptive powder separately and uniformly to the herbicide/
fertilizer mixture and blend to form a suitable free-flowing
aixture. Generally, less than 2% by weight of absorptive powder
will be needed.
Calculate amounts of Bicep 4.SL by the following formula:
2,000
lbs. of fertilizer
per acre
x
pts. of Bicep 4.SL

pts. of Bicep 4.SL
== per ton of
fertilizer
For best results, apply this mixture lmiformly to soil with
properly palibrated equipment iaaediately after blending, and
incorporate according to directions.
precaution: Do not use on crops where bedding occurs follc .~
~he herbicide/fertilizer application or injury may occur.
Application in Water or Fluid Fertilizers
Bicep 4.SL Alone: Fill the spray tank one-half to three-fourths
full with water or fluid fertilizer, add the proper amount of
Bicep 4.SL, then add the rest of the water or fluid fertilizer.
Provide sufficient. agitation during mixing and application to
maintain a uniform suspension.
Tank Mixtures: Fill the spray tank one-half to thrte-four~h.
full with water or fluid fertilizer, add t~e proper .. ount of
Bicep 4.SL, then add AAtrex or Princep, Dual, Graaox,ne Extra or

• t C~atibility Test: Check the co.patibility of Bicep 4.SL and
t .ixtures in fluid fertilizer by .ixing proportionate quan-
titie. in a small container, as described below, before mixing
i in the spray tank. Nitrogen solutions or complete fluid fertil
izers .ay replace all or part of the water in the spray. Since
liquid fertilizers can vary, even within the .... analy.i.,
always check compatibility each time before reuse. Be especi
ally careful when using cO!flete suspension or fluid fertilizers
as serious compatibility proble.s are more apt to occur. Com
mercial application equipment may improv~ compatibility in some
instances. The following test assumes a spray volume of 2S
gals. per acre. For other spray volumes. make appropriate
changes in the ingredients. Check compatibility using this
procedure:
1} Add 1 pint of fertilizer to each of 2 on~-quart jars with
tight lids.
2} To one of the jars add 1/4 tsp. or 1.2 milliliters of a
compatibility agent approved for this use, such as Compex.
or Unitee (1/4 tsp. is equivalent to 2 pts. per 100 gals.
spray). Shake or st~r gently to mix.
3) To both jars add the appropriate amount of herbicide(s}.
If more than one herbicide is used, add them separately
with dry herbicides first, flowables next, and emulsifiable
concentrates last. After each addition, shake or stir
gen~ly to thoroughly mix. The appropriate amount of herbi
cides for this test follows:
Dry herbicides: For each pound to be applied per acre,
add 1.4 teaspoons to each jar.
Liquid herbicides: Fo!;' eacl:, pint to be applied per acre
add 0.5 teaspoon or 2.5 milliliters to
each jar.
4} After adding all ingredients, put lids on and tighten, and
invert each jar ten times to mix. Let the mixtures stand
15 minutes and.then look for separation, large flakes,
precipitates, gels, heavy oily film on the jar, or other
signs of incompatibility. Determine if the compatibility
agent is needed in the spray mixture by comparing the two
jars. If either mixture separates, but can be remixed
readily, the mixture can be sprayed as long as good II.gita
tion is used. If the .ixtures are incompatible, test the
following methods of improving compaUbility: (A) slurry
the dry herbicides(s} in water before addition, or (B) add
1/2 of the compatibility agent to the f~rtilizer and the
other 1/2 to the emulsifiable concentrate or flowable
herbicide before addltion to the mixture. If still incom
patible, do not use the mixture.

Application Procedures
Ground Application: For unifora distribution, use fan-type
nozzle.. Screens in nozzles and in suction and in-line
strainers should be no finer than sO-.esh. Use a pump with
capacity to (1) .aintain 35-40 psi at the nozzles, and (2) pro
vide sufficient agitation in tank to keep .ixture in suspension.
Unless otherwise specified, use a .inimum of 10 gals. of spray
mixture per acre. Rinse sprayer thoroughly with clean water
i .. ediately after use.
For band applications, calculate amount to be applied per acre
as follows:
band width in inches X broadcast rate = amount needed
row width in inches per acre per acre of field
Aerial Application (for Bicep 4.SL alone): Use aerial applica
tion only where broadcast applications are specified. Apply a
minimum of 1 gal. of water fo~ each 1 gal. of this product
applied per acre, but for rates below 1 gal./acre, ase in
sufficient water to equal' 2 gals./acre of total spray. Avoid
applications under conditions where uniform coverage cannot be
obtained or where excessive spray drift may occur. In order to
assure that spray will be controllable within the target area
when used according to label directions, make applications at a
maximum heiqht of 10 ft., using low drift nozzles at a maximum
pressure~f 40 psi, and restrict application to periods when
wind speed does not exceed 10 mph. To assure that spray will
not adversely affect adjacent sensitive non-target plants, apply
Bicep 4.sL by aircraft at a minimum upwind distance of 400 ft.
from sensitive plants.
Avoid application to humans or animals. FlagmE"n and loaders
should avoid inhalation of spray mist and prolonged contact with
skin, and should wash thoroughly before eating and at the end of
each day's operation. ,
Within rate ranges in all tables on this label, use the lower
rate on soil relat, ively coarse-textured or low in organic
matter; use the higher rate on soil relatively fine-textured or
high in organic matter.

Environmental Hazards
Do not apply d!rectly to water or wetlands (swamps, bogs,
marshe~ and potholes). Do not contaminate water by cleaning
of equipment or disposal of wastes. This pesticide contains
atrazine which has been shown to be toxic to aquatic
invertebrates. Runoff and drift from treated areas may be
hazardous to aquatic organisms in neighboring areas.
Grou:"ld Water and Surface Water Advisory v'
Bicep 4.SL contains both the active ingredients atrazine and
metolachlor.
Atrazine can travel (seep or leach) through soil and can
enter ground wat~r which may be used as drinking water.
Atrazine has been found in ground water. Users are advised
not to apply atrazine to sand and loamy sand soils where the
water table (ground water) is close to the surface and where
these soils are very permeable, i.e., well-drained. Your
local .gricul';ural agencies can provide further information
on the type of soil in your are. and the location of
ground water.
Metolachlor has been identified in limited sampling of
ground wAter and there is the possibility that it may leach
through the soil to ground water, especially where soils are
coarse and ground water is Ilear the surface. Following
application and during rainfall events ~~at cause runoff,
metolachlor may reach surface water bodies including
