Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

STATEMENT OF PRACTICAL TREATMENT
FOR PESTICIDE EMERGENCY .. .' ' . .
CALL PHYS·ICIAN IMMEDIATELY: .I(a known~~exposure occurs, or if poisoning is suspected,
do not wait for symptoms to develop. Immediately contact a Poison Control Center, a
physician, or the nearest hospital. .
Note: Be sure to advise the person contacted that the compound is a cholinesterase inhibitor.
Describe the type of exposure, t~e victim's sy~ptoms, .and follow the advice given.
POISON SYMPTOMS: The active ingredientin DYFONATE® II 15-G granular insecticide
(fonofos) is an organophosphate pesticide tl1at inhibits cholinesterase. Symptoms of
pOisoning include heada,che, blurred vision, weakness, nausea, discomfort in·the' c~est,
abdominal cramps, vomiting, diarrhea, salivation, sweating, an·d pinpoint pupils.
ALWAYS CALL A PHYSICIAN IN CASE OF SUSPECTED -POISONING.
-" ATROPINE BY INJECTION IS ANTIDOTAL.

IF SWALLOWED: Immediately. give several glasses of water and induce vomiting by placing
a finger on the back of the victim's tongue. Give fluids until vomitus is clear. Refer person to
medical personnel. Do not induce vomiting or give qnything by mouth to an unconscious or
convulsing person.
IF ON SKIN: Flush with large amounts of running water for 15 minutes. Remove ';
contaminated clothing and shoes. Get medical attention.
IF IN EYES: Immedii,itely flush eyes with large amounts of running water for at least 15
minutes. Hold the eyelids apart to ensure' rinsing of the entire surface of the eye arid lids with
water. Get medical attention immediately!
IF INHALED: Remove to fresh air. If not breathing, clear victim's airway, star!
mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration. Get medical attention.
IF BREATHING IS DIFFICULT, give oxygen, preferably with a physician's advice. Get
medical attention immediately.
FOR 24-HOUR EMERGENCY MEDICAL ASSISTANCE, CALL 1-80o-F-A-S-T~M-E~D

FOR CHEMICAL EMERGENCY: Spill, leak, fire, exposure, or accident call

INFORMATION FOR MEDICAL PERSONNEL: If cholinesterase inhibition is suspected, initial
measures should include, if necessary, removal of secretions, maintenance of airway, assisted
respiration, and atropine. as the antidote. ' Atropine may be injected in large therapeutic doses
as needed to abate symptoms and as tolerated by,the patient Pralidoxime chloride (2-Pam,
Protopam)' can also be used as adjunctive therapy. The material may continue to be
absorbed, resulting in. relapse after initial improvement. V'ery close supervision of the patient
is indicated'for at least 48 to 72 hours.' '

Applicators and other handlers must wear:
• Long-sleeved shirt and long pants.
• Wa,terproof gloves.

• A respirator with either.an organic vapor-removing cartridge with a prefilter approved for
pesticides (MSHAINIOSH approval number prefix TC-23C), or a canister approved for
pesticides (MSHAINIOSH approval number prefix TC-14G).
FollOw manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for
wash ables, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry.
" When handlers use closed systems, enclosed cabs, or aircraft in a manner that meets the
requirements listed in the Worker Protection Standard (WPS) for agricultural pesticides [40
CFR 170.240(d)(4-6)], the handler PPE requirements may be reduced or modified as specified
in the WPS. . .
User Safety Recommendations

Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or
. through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application. For any .
requirements specific to your State or Tribe, c~:>nsult the agency responsible· for pesticide
regulation. '
Application of a sulfonylurea herbicide slJch as Beacon® herbicide and Accent@'herbicide
, '
following application of a soil insecticide such as DYFONATE II 15-G may result in crop injury.
Follow the Directions for Use and Precaustions contained on the sUlfonylurea herbicide label.
GENERAL USE PRECAUTIONS
• Read all directions before using.
• Do not apply on any crop or in any manner not specified on this label.
• Do not rotate to carrots.
• Do not apply or allow drift to areas occupied by domestic animals or onto adjoining food,
fiber or pasture crops. Do not contaminate food or feed.
AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS
Use this product only in accordance with its labeling .and with the Worker Protection Standard,
40 CFR part 170. Refer to supplemental labeling (i.e., attached booklet) under
"AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS" in the DIRECTIONS FOR USE section for
information about this standard.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
'PROHIBITIONS: Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal. Open
dumping is prohibited.
STORAGE: Do' not transport or store with any food or feed intended for human or animal
consumption. Not for use or storage in or around the home.
PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: Pesticide wastes are acutely hazardous. Improper disposal of
excess pesticide or rinsate is a violation of Federal law. If these wastes cannot be disposed
of by use according to label instructions, contact your State Pesticide or Environmental
Control Agency or the Hazardous Waste representative at the nearest EPA Regional Office for
guidance.
CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Completely empty bag into application equipment. Then dispose
of empty bag in a sanitary landfill or by incineration, or, if allowed by State and local
authorities, by burning. If burned, stay out of smoke.

It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or
through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application. For any
requirements specific to your State or Tribe, consult the agency responsible for pesticide
regulation.
Application of a sulfonylurea herbicide such as Beacon® herbicide and Accent® herbicide
following application of a soil insecticide such as DYFONATE " 1S-G may result in crop injury.
Follow the Directions of Use and Precautions contained on the sulfonylurea herbicide label.
GENERAL USE PRECAUTIONS
• Read all directions before using.
• Do not apply on any crop or in any manner not specified on this label.
• Do not rotate to carrots.
• Do not apply or allow to drift to areas occupied by domestic animals or onto adjOining food,
fiber or pasture crops. Do not contaminate food or feed.
AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS
Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Protection Standard,
40 CFR part 170. This Standard contains requirements for the protection of agricultural
workers on farms, forests, nurseries, and greenhouses, and handlers of agricultural pesticides.
It contains requirements for training, decontamination, notification, and emergency assistance.
It also contains specific instructions and exceptions pertaining to the statements on this label
about personal protective equipment (PPE), notification to workers, and restricted-entry
interval. The requirements in this box only apply to uses of this product that are covered by
) the Worker Protection Standard.

Exception: If the product is soil-injected or soil-incorporated, the Worker Protection Standard,
under certain circumstances, allows workers to enter the treated area if there will be no
contact with anything that has been treated.
PPE required for early entry to treated areas that is permitted under the Worker Protection
Standard and that involves contact with anything that has been treated, such as plants, soil, or
water, is:
• Coveralls.
• Waterproof gloves.
• Shoes plus socks.
• Protective eyewear.

PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: Pesticide wastes are acutely hazardous. Improper disposal of
excess pesticide or rinsate is a violation of Federal law. If these wastes cannot be disposed
of by use according to label instructions, contact your State Pesticide or Environmental
Control Agency or the Hazardous Waste representative at the nearest EPA Regional Office for
guidance.
CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Completely empty bag into application equipment. Then dispose
of empty bag in a sanitary landfill or by incineration, or, if allowed by State and local
authorities, by burning. If bumed, stay out of smoke.

CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Reseal container and offer for reconditioning, or triple rinse (or
equivalent) and offer for recycling or reconditioning, or clean in accordance with
manufacturer's instructions.
CONTAINER PRECAUTIONS: Before refilling, inspect thoroughly for damage such as .
cracks, punctures, bulges, dents, abrasions, and damaged or worn threads on closure
devices.
REFILL ONLY WITH DYFONATE II 15-G. The contents of this container cannot be
completely removed by cleaning. Refilling with materials other than DYFONATE II 15-G will
result in contamination and may weaken container.
After filling and before transporting, check for leaks.
Do not refill or transport damaged or leaking container.

CONDITIONS OF SALE AND LIMITED WARRANTY:
The Directions for Use of this product are believed to be reliable and should be followed
carefully. However, it is impossible to eliminate all risks inherently associated with the use of
this product. Crop injury, ineffectiveness or other unintended consequences may result
because of such factors as timing and method of application, weather and crop conditions,
mixture with other chemicals not specifically recommended or other influencing factors in the
use of the product, all of which are beyond the control of the seller. All such risks shall be
assumed by Buyer and User, and Buyer and User agree to hold Seller harmless for any
claims relating to such factors.
Seller warrants that this product conforms to the chemical description on the label and is
reasonably fit for the purposes stated on the label, subject to the inherent risks referred to
above, when used in accordance with directions under normal conditions of use. This
warranty does not extend to the use of this product contrary to label instructions, or under
abnormal conditions or under conditions not reasonably foreseeable to or beyond the control
of Seller and Buyer and User assume the risk of any such use. SELLER DISCLAIMS ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF
FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY.
When Buyer or User claims losses or damages resulting from the use or handling of this
product (including claims based on contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal theories),
Buyer or User must promptly notify in writing Seller of any claims to be eligible to receive
either of the remedies set forth below. The EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF BUYER OR USER and
the LIMIT OF L1ABI L1TY of Seller will be, at the election of Seller, refund of the purchase price
paid for product bought, or replacement of amount of product used. SELLER SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES RESULTING FROM
THE USE OR HANDLING OF THIS PRODUCT AND SELLER'S SOLE LIABILITY AND
BUYER'S AND USER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REFUND OF
