Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). The amendment referred to above, submitted in connection with registration under
|
||
FIFRA section 3( c )(7)(A) is acceptable, subject to the following.
|
||
I) Submit and/or cite all data required for registration of your product under FIFRA.
|
||
section 3(c)(5) when the Agency requires all registrants 0; similar products to submit such data.
|
||
2) Term 3 of the terms and conditioTI5 "fthis registration is modified to read as follows.
|
||
Grower agreements (Stewardship Agreements) \vil1 s-r~':ify :h:n ~rowers must adhere to the refuge
|
||
requirements as-described in the Gro\ver Guide/Product l~sc Guide and/or in supplements to the Gro'\ver
|
||
Guide/Product Use Guide. Specifically, growers must phn: :l minimum structured refuge of at least 20%
|
||
non-Bt corn. Insecticide treaUTIents for conrrol of EurOpC'JI: corn borer, corn eaf\vorm andlor Southwestern
|
||
corn borer may be applied only if economic threshold~ JIe ,c3.c!:oed for one or more of these target pests.
|
||
Economic thresholds will" be deterrni..1.ed using methocs rec0r.unended by loed or regional professionals
|
||
(e.g., Extension Service agents, crop consultants). Im::uct:0I:S to growers will specify that microbial Sf
|
||
insecticides must not be applied to non-Sr corn refuges. Re~uiremel1ts for refuge deployment \vill be
|
||
described in the Grower GuideslProduct l-se Guides. Gro\\-ers r:111St plam the refuge within V2 mile of their
|
||
Sf com acreage. In regions of the corn belt where cOIl.'.-entlOl131 insecticides have historically been used to
|
||
control ECB and SWCB, grmvers wanting the option to tTc::'.i thes-e pests must plant the refuge \vithin I~
|
||
mile of their Sr corn. Refuge planting options include: Sep3.fJte fields, blocks \vithin fields (e.g., along the
|
||
edges or headlands), and strips across the field. When planting the refuge in strips across the field, growers
|
||
must be instructed to plant multiple non-Br rows whenever possible.

3) Make the following changes to the draft label submitted prior to releasing corn for
|
||
shipment under the terms of this amendment.
|
||
a)Change the registration number referenced for Liberty to "264-660."
|
||
b) Replace the statement "However, har.esting of the corn planted after April I, 2001 is
|
||
permissible subject to the terms of this registration." with "However, harvesting of the corn
|
||
planted prior to April I, 200 lis permissible subject to the terms of this registration."
|
||
4) Submit five (5) copies of your final labeling.
|
||
Your release ofBt corn into commerce under these modified terms and conditions
|
||
constitutes acceptance of these conditions. If these conditions are not complied with, the
|
||
registration will be subject to cancellation in accordance with FIFRA section 6(e).
|
||
A stamped copy of the label is enclosed for your records.

StarLink"" com produces both an insecticidal protein, Cry9C from Bacillus rhuringiensis subsp.
|
||
la/worlhi. for protection from European com borer and Southwestern com borer, suppression of
|
||
Black cut worm and Cornmon stalk borer, and a herbicide resista'lce protein, phosphinothricin
|
||
acetyltransferase (PAT). PAT provides protection from the Liberty~ herbicide (EPA Registration
|
||
Number 264-669), a herbicide that has glufosinate-arrunoniurn as its active ingredient.

It is a vio~£ion of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Keep out of lakes, ponds or streams. Do not contaminate water by cleaning of equipment or
|
||
disposal of wastes. All field com containing the plant-pesticide ltat is sold or distributed by
|
||
Aventis CropScience USA LP or a cooperator or licensee of Aventis, must be accompanied by
|
||
informational material that contains the following:

Insect Resistant Management: To protect this important technology, a structured non-Bt com
|
||
refuge must be plfL'1ted in close proximity to your StarLink™ corn fields. Specifically, a
|
||
structured refuge of non-Bj corn equal to at least 20% of the total corn acres must be planted.
|
||
The refuge must be located \VitEr. !I: mile of the StarLink™ field, unless you plan to use a foliar
|
||
applied insecticide for Corn borer control; then it must be planted within I/. mile. Any
|
||
insecticide treatment for Com borer cannot include sprayable Bt products.
|
||
Seed Production Fses: Seeds eX;JIess:ng the Cry9C protein should be planted at a maximum of
|
||
40,000 seeds per acre on the site .. -'.ny seeds, plants or plant materials in the StarLink™ field, or
|
||
within 660 feet of L1e fielc that is not used for seed production should be destroyed or used
|
||
domestically for arumai feee or ::o::-food industrial pwpases. None of the seeds, plants or plmt
|
||
materials in the StarLin.1(TM fielc., or "'ithin 660 feet of L1C field, may be used for food uses or
|
||
may enter international commerce.

||
Feed or Non-food Industrial LSe5: Seeds expressing the Cry9C protein should be planted at a
|
||
maximum of 40,000 seeds per acre on tl:e site. Any seeds, plants or plant materials in the
|
||
S tarL ink T" field, or wiL\}in 660 feel of the field, shOUld be used domestically for animal feed or
|
||
