Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). RESTRICTIONS
• Apply this product to corn and sorghum in commercial seed treatment facilities only.
• Store treated seed away from food or feed.
• Do not allow children, pets, or livestock to have access to treated seed.
• Treated seed must not be used for or mixed with food or animal feed, or processed for oil.
• Store treated seed away from food or feed.
• Treated seed exposed on soil surface may be hazardous to aquatic invertebrates.
• Dispose of all excess treated seed by burying seed away from bodies of water.
• Do not contaminate water bodies when disposing of planting equipment washwaters.
• Ensure planted seed is covered with soil. Cover or collect spilled seeds.
• Do not exceed a maximum of 0.054 lb chlorantraniliprole per acre (25 grams ai/A) regardless of seeding density.
• Do not apply more than 0.2 lb ai of any chlorantraniliprole-containing products per acre per calendar year.
• Following the planting of seed treated with this product, total foliar applications for a crop must not exceed a total rate of
0.146 lb chlorantraniliprole per acre. Soil applications of products containing chlorantraniliprole are not permitted.
• Except for emergency replant situations due to crop failure, following the planting of seed treated with this product, do
not apply chlorantraniliprole or other Group 28 products for 60 days. Application(s) to the next generation of target
pest(s) must be with an effective product with a different mode of action (non-Group 28 insecticide).
• Use of this product as a seed treatment must be communicated to all personnel involved in seasonal insect control
applications.
For New York State Only:
The following restrictions are required to permit use of Rynaxypyr® Active 600 FS by the state of New York:
• This product may not be applied within 100 feet of a water body (lake, pond, river, stream, wetland, or drainage ditch).

• Not registered for sale, sale into, distribution and/or use in Nassau, Suffolk, Kings, and Queens counties of New York
state.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS
This pesticide is toxic to aquatic invertebrates, oysters, and shrimp. Do not apply directly to water. Drift and runoff may
be hazardous to aquatic organisms in water adjacent to use sites.
Surface Water Advisory:
This product may impact surface water quality due to runoff of rain water. This is especially true for poorly draining soils
and soils with shallow ground water. This product is classified as having high potential for reaching surface water via
runoff for several months or more after application. A level, well-maintained vegetative buffer strip between areas to which
this product is applied and surface water features such as ponds, streams, and springs will reduce the potential loading of
chlorantraniliprole from runoff water and sediment. Runoff of this product will be reduced by avoiding applications when
rainfall is forecasted to occur within 48 hours.
Ground Water Advisory:
This chemical has properties and characteristics associated with chemicals detected in ground water. This chemical may
leach into ground water if used in areas where soils are permeable, particularly where the water table is shallow.
3
Rynaxypyr® Active 600 FS is a seed treatment product for use on listed crops to provide protection against early season
injury from listed pests.
Rynaxypyr® Active 600 FS must be applied to corn and sorghum in commercial seed treatment facilities only.
Rynaxypyr® Active 600 FS may be applied to cereal grains in crop group 15 (except rice, corn, and sorghum) and dried
shelled pea and bean within crop subgroup 6C (except soybean) on-farm at agricultural establishments or at commercial seed
treatment facilities.
This product is a member of the anthranilic diamide class of insecticides with a mode of action acting on insect ryanodine
receptors (Group 28 in the Insecticide Resistance Action Committee [IRAC] Mode of Action Classification) This product is
effective through ingestion of treated plant material. After exposure to this product, affected insects will rapidly stop feeding,
become paralyzed, and typically die within 1 to 3 days.
Consult your local company representative or agricultural advisor for guidance on predicted pest pressure based on historical
field data for these pests in your area.
Use this seed treatment product only in accordance with directions on this label or with approved EPA supplemental labeling.
Treating significantly damaged seed or seed that is low vigor or overall poor quality may result in reduced germination,
seedling vigor and plant stand. Before treating an entire seed lot with the proposed seed treatment, treat a small portion of the
seed lot and conduct subsequent germination tests. FMC makes no guarantee regarding the germination of damaged or
carryover treated seed since seed quality and storage conditions are beyond the control of FMC Corporation.
FMC will not be responsible for losses or damages resulting from the use of this product in any manner not specifically
stated on this label. User assumes all risks associated with such non-specified use.
INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT
FMC supports the use of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs to control pests. This product may be used as part
of an IPM program, which can include biological, cultural, and genetic practices, aimed at preventing economic pest
damage. IPM principles and practices include field scouting or other detection methods, correct target pest identification,
population monitoring, rotation of insecticides with different modes-of-action, and treating when target pest populations
reach locally determined action thresholds. Consult your state cooperative extension service, professional consultants or
other qualified authorities to determine appropriate action treatment threshold levels for treating specific pest/crop or site
systems in your area.
INSECT RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT
For resistance management, Rynaxypyr® Active 600 FS is an IRAC Group 28 Insecticide. Repeated and exclusive
use of Rynaxypyr® Active 600 FS (active ingredient chlorantraniliprole, belonging to the anthranilic diamide class of
chemistry), or other Group 28 Insecticide may lead to the buildup of resistant strains of insects in some crops.
Some insects are known to develop resistance to products used repeatedly for control. Because the development of
resistance cannot be predicted, this product may be used as part of resistance management strategies established for the use
area. These strategies may include incorporation of cultural and biological control practices, alternation of mode-of-
action classes of insecticides on succeeding generations and targeting the most susceptible life stage. Consult your local or
state agricultural authorities for details.
For early entry into treated areas that is permitted under the Worker Protection Standard and that involves contact with
anything that has been treated, such as plants, soil, or water, wear:
• Long-sleeved shirt and long pants
• Shoes plus socks
protected handlers may be in the area during application.
For any requirements specific to your State or Tribe, consult the State or Tribal agency responsible for pesticide
regulation.
Do not enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the restricted-entry interval (REI) of 4 hours.
the label about personal protective equipment, restricted-entry interval, and notification to workers (as applicable).
Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only
nurseries, and greenhouses, and handlers of agricultural pesticides. It contains requirements for training, decontamination,
notification, and emergency assistance. It also contains specific instructions and exceptions pertaining to the statements on
40 CFR Part 170. This standard contains requirements for the protection of agricultural workers on farms, forests,
AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS
Rynaxypyr® Active 600 FS must be used only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Protection
4
Unless directed otherwise in the specific crop/pest sections of this label, the best practices are to follow these instructions
to delay the development of insecticide resistance:
• Avoid using the same mode of action (same IRAC insecticide group 28) on consecutive generations of insect pests.
• Apply this product or other Group 28 insecticides using a “treatment window” approach to avoid exposure of successive
insect pest generations to the same mode of action.
• A “treatment window” is defined as the period of residual activity provided by single or sequential applications of
products with the same mode of action.
• This “treatment window” should not exceed approximately the length of one generation of the target pest which may
vary from 25 to 40 days.
• Except for emergency replant situations, following the planting of seed treated with this product, do not apply
chlorantraniliprole or other Group 28 products for 60 days. Application(s) to the next generation of target pest(s) must be
with an effective product with a different mode of action (non-Group 28 insecticide).
• Following a “Group 28 treatment window,” rotate to a treatment window of effective products with a different mode of
action. This “Non-Group 28 Window” should approximate the duration of one generation of the target pest. Target the
most susceptible insect life stages whenever possible.
If resistance to Rynaxypyr® Active 600 FS develops in your area, Rynaxypyr® Active 600 FS or other products with a
similar mode of action, may not provide adequate control. If poor performance cannot be attributed to improper application
or extreme weather conditions, a resistant strain of insect may be present. If you experience difficulty with control and
resistance is a reasonable cause, immediately consult your local company representative or agricultural advisor for the best
alternate method of control for your area. For additional information on insect resistance monitoring, visit the Insecticide
Resistance Action Committee (IRAC) on the web at http://www.irac-online.org.
Mixing Guidance
Apply as a water-based slurry utilizing calibrated seed treatment equipment. Treatment equipment must be clean and free of
previous pesticide deposits before applying this product. Add this product directly to mixing tank. Mix thoroughly the
specified amount of this product with the required amount of water.
Add an EPA-approved dye or colorant to treat the seeds per 40 CFR 153.155(b)(1) during the seed treatment process. Ensure
that all treated seed are dyed an unnatural color.
It is the pesticide user’s responsibility to ensure that all products are registered for the intended use. Read and follow the
applicable restrictions and limitations and directions for use on all product labels involved in tank mixing. Users must follow
the most restrictive directions for use and precautionary statements of each product in the tank mixture. Do not mix this
product with any product that prohibits such mixing.
Test potential mixing partners for physical compatibility with this product and added dyes or polymers before mixing in a
large tank for seed treatment. Avoid mixtures of several materials and very concentrated spray mixtures.
Mixing Tank Cleanout
Prior to application, start with clean, well maintained application equipment. Immediately following application, thoroughly
clean all mixing equipment to reduce the risk of forming hardened deposits which might become difficult to remove.

Commercial Seed Bag Labeling Requirements
The Federal Seed Act requires that the container of seed treated with Rynaxypyr® Active 600 FS must be labeled with the
following information:
• This seed has been treated with Rynaxypyr® Active 600 FS® which contains chlorantraniliprole.
• Do not use for food, feed, or oil processing.
• User is responsible for ensuring that the seed container meets all requirements under the Federal Seed Act.
In addition, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requires the following statements on the container of seed treated with
Rynaxypyr® Active 600 FS (EPA Reg. No. 279-9730):
• Do not exceed a maximum of 0.054 lb chlorantraniliprole per acre (25 grams ai/A) regardless of seeding density.
• Following the planting of Rynaxypyr® Active 600 FS-treated seed, total foliar applications for a crop must not exceed a total rate of
0.146 lb chlorantraniliprole per acre. Soil applications of products containing chlorantraniliprole are not permitted if seeds treated
with chlorantraniliprole are planted.
• This cereal grain seed has been treated with chlorantraniliprole at 0.XX [up to 0.03] lb ai per 100 lbs of seed.
• This corn seed has been treated with chlorantraniliprole at 0.XX [up to 0.132] lb ai per 80,000 seeds.
• This dried shelled pea and bean seed has been treated with chlorantraniliprole at 0.XX [up to 0.07] lb ai per 100 lbs of seed.
• Do not apply more than 0.2 lb ai of any chlorantraniliprole-containing products per acre per calendar year.
• Use of seed treated with Rynaxypyr® Active 600 FS must be communicated to all personnel involved in seasonal insect control
applications.
• Plant cereal grain seeds treated with Rynaxypyr® Active 600 FS at a soil depth of 1 to 2 inches.
• Plant corn seeds treated with Rynaxypyr® Active 600 FS at a soil depth of 1.5 to 2 inches.
• Plant dried shelled pea and bean seeds treated with Rynaxypyr® Active 600 FS at a soil depth of 1 to 2 inches.
• Except for emergency replant situations, following the planting of seed treated with Rynaxypyr® Active 600 FS, do not apply
chlorantraniliprole or other Group 28 products for 60 days. Application(s) to the next generation of target pest(s) must be with an
effective product with a different mode of action (non-Group 28 insecticide).
• Treated seed exposed on soil surface may be hazardous to aquatic invertebrates. Ensure planted seed is covered with soil. Cover or
collect spilled seeds.
• Store away from food or feed.
• Dispose of all excess treated seed by burying seed away from bodies of water.
• Do not contaminate water bodies when disposing of planting equipment washwaters.
• Surface Water Advisory: This product may impact surface water quality die to runoff of rainwater. This is especially true for
poorly draining soils and soils with shallow ground water. This product is classified as having a high potential for reaching surface
water via runoff for several months or more after application. A level, well-maintained vegetative buffer strip between areas to
which this product is applied and ground surface water features such as ponds, streams, and springs will reduce the potential loading
of chlorantraniliprole from runoff water and sediment. Runoff of this product will be reduced by avoiding applications when rainfall
is forecasted to occur within 48 hours.
• Ground Water Advisory: This chemical has properties and characteristics associated with chemicals detected in ground water. This
chemical may leach into ground water if used in areas where soils are permeable, particularly where the water table is shallow.
• Seed treated with Rynaxypyr® Active 600 FS may be replanted if an emergency replanting due to a crop failure occurs.
• [Not registered for use in California on Cereal Grains Crop Group 15.]
• [Not registered for use in California on Dried Shelled Pea and Bean Subgroup 6C.]
