Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). FOLIAR AND SOIL APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Optify/Stretch is a broad spectrum biopesticide to improve germination and seedling development,
stimulate root and shoot gro'Adh, increase chlorophyll content, improve plant ability to withstand stress, and
increase yields when used alone or in mixtures with nutrients and other pesticide products on field
crops, vegetables, fruits, nuts, vine crops, turf and ornamentals.
For all crops, apply Optify/Stretch at a rate of 5-20 fluid ounces per acre unless otherwise specified on this
label. Refer to the Foliar and Soil Application Use Rates for Outdoor and
Greenhouse Crops section of this label for specific soil and foliar application use rate and timing information.
When applying Optify/Stretch using microjet and drip irrigation systems avoid further irrigation after the
treatment has been completed for 24 to 48 hours.
When applying Optify/Stretch using a continuously moving system, such as lateral move, or side (wheel)
roll system, inject this product-water mixture continuously, applying the labeled rate per acre for that crop.
General Information and Instructions for Irrigation Systems: Do not connect an irrigation system
(including greenhouse systems) used for pesticide application to a public water system unless the
pesticide label-prescribed safety devices for public water systems are in place.
When applying Optify/Stretch using solid set, hand move and center pivot irrigation systems avoid further
irrigation of the treated area until the foliage is dry to prevent washing the product from the crop.
Crop injury or lack of effectiveness in the crop can result from non-uniform distribution of treated water. A
person with knowledge of the chemigation system and responsible for its operation, or under the
supervision of the responsible person, shall shut down and make necessary adjustments should the need
arise. The system must contain a functional check valve, vacuum relief valve, and low-pressure drain
appropriately located on the irrigation pipeline to prevent water source contamination from backflow.
When applying Optify/Stretch through stationary or non-continuous moving systems, inject the product
water mixture in the last 15-30 minutes of each set allowing sufficient time for all the required
pesticide to be applied by all the sprinkler heads and applying the labeled rate per acre for that crop.
Apply Optify/Stretch continuously for the duration of the water application.
For granular applications, Optify/Stretch is applied to provide uniform coverage of all granules. In cases
where the amount of fertilizer per acre is less than 100 pounds, Optify/Stretch should be applied to a
small amount of fertilizer to ensure that it will not cause the fertilizer to cake.
Set the sprinkler system to deliver 0.1 to 0.3 inch of water per acre. Start the sprinkler system and
uniformly inject the solution of Optify/Stretch into the irrigation water line. Inject the Optify/Stretch solution
with a positive displacement pump into the main line before a right angle turn to ensure adequate mixing. If
you have questions about calibration, you should contact State Extension Service specialists, equipment
manufacturers or other experts.
Public system means a system for the provision to the public of piped water for human consumption if
such system has at least 15 service connections or regularly serves an average of at least 25
individuals daily at least 60 days out of the year.
SPRINKLER IRRIGATION SYSTEM APPLICATION
Apply this product only through drip, microjet, lateral move, end tow, side (wheel) roll, hand move, solid set
and center pivot irrigation systems. Do not apply this product through any other type of irrigation system.
Use standard tank agitation when mixing Optify/Stretch alone or with other pesticides. Fill the tank halfway
with water, begin agitation and add Optify/Stretch, other tank mix pesticides or fertilizers and fill with
water.
Preparation of Injection Equipment: Remove pesticide, scale residues and other foreign matter from the
chemical tank and entire injection system. Flush with clean water.
COMPATIBILITY:
Optify/Stretch is compatible with most commonly used agricultural pesticides. If compatibility is in
question, use the compatibility jar test before mixing a whole tank. Dilute Optify/Stretch to its use rate and
then with stirring add the other components in the appropriate amounts. If precipitation, gelation, or
sedimentation occurs, do not use the combination’ of pesticides. Because of the wide variety of possible
combinations that can be encountered, observe all precautions and limitations on the label of all products
used in mixtures.
1. Impregnated on granules - apply Optify/Stretch at a rate of 13-20 fluid ounces per acre.
2. Formulated with liquid fertilizer - apply Optify/Stretch at 8 to 13 fluid ounces per acre when applied
in furrow at planting. For broadcast, side dress, or top dress applications, apply at 13-20 fluid ounces
per acre.
3. For all applications through an irrigation system, apply at 13 fluid ounces per acre.
Soil applications (including irrigation): Optify/Stretch works best when soil applications are made with
fertilizer or nutrient products and can be applied with liquid or granular formulations. Rates will depend
upon the formulation and placement of the product. Rates are as follows:
Irrigation systems connected to public water systems must contain a functional, reduced- pressure zone
(RPZ), backflow preventer or the functional equivalent in the water supply line upstream from the point of
pesticide introduction. As an option to the RPZ, the water from the public water system should be
discharged into a reservoir tank prior to pesticide introduction. There shall be a complete physical break
(air gap) between the outlet end of the fill pipe and the top or overflow rim of the reservoir tank of at
least twice the inside diameter of the fill pipe.
Foliar applications; Optify/Stretch may be applied directly to the foliage of actively growing plants at a
minimum rate of 10 fluid ounces per acre in a minimum spray volume of 5 gallons per acre.
Optify/Stretch may be applied with all nutrient products and pesticides, but provides best results when
applied with nutrients.
Specific Use Restrictions: Do not apply more than 20 fluid ounces per acre per application. Do not
apply more than 40 fluid ounces per acre per season. Do not make post-harvest applications. PHI:
0 days.
FOLIAR AND SOIL APPLICATION USE RATES FOR OUTDOOR AND GREENHOUSE CROPS
For all crops, Optify/Stretch can be applied to the soil or to the foliage. Use rates range from 5-20 fluid
ounces per acre for soil and foliar applications depending upon the application method, product
placement and timing. Refer to the Foliar applications and Soil applications directions hereafter for use
rate and timing information.
The system must contain a functional check valve, vacuum relief valve, and low pressure drain
appropriately located on the irrigation pipeline to prevent water source contamination from backfiow.
The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional, automatic, quick-closing check valve to
prevent the flow of fluid back toward the injection pump. The pesticide injection pipeline must also
contain a functional, normally closed, solenoid-operated valve located on the intake side of the injection
pump and connected to the system interlock to prevent fluid from being withdrawn from the supply tank when
the irrigation system is either automatically or manually shut down. The system must contain functional
interlocking controls to automatically shut off the pesticide injection pump when the water pump motor
stops, or in cases where there is no water pump, when the water pressure decreases to the point
where pesticides distribution is adversely affected. Systems must use a metering pump, such as a
positive displacement injection pump (e.g., diaphragm pump) effectively designed and constructed of
materials that are compatible with pesticides and capable of being fitted with a system interlock. For drip
(trickle) irrigation: The irrigation line or water pump must include a functional pressure switch which will
stop the water pump motor when the water pressure decreases to the point where pesticide distribution is
adversely affected.
FOR CEREAL GRAINS, VEGETABLE CROPS, AND OTHER AGRONOMIC CROPS: apply a minimum
rate of 10 fluid ounces of Optify/Stretch in a minimum of 5 gallons finished spray per acre when
applied as a foliar spray. For soil applications, a rate of 8-20 fluid ounces per acre is recommended,
depending upon the application method, product placement and timing.

Optify/Stretch is designed for easy use as a seed treatment, and should not form sediment during normal
storage. It may be applied using standard commercial slurry or mist-type seed treatment equipment
which can be calibrated and which provides good mixing of seed and treatment products to provide
even distribution and coverage of the seed. Uniform application to seed will give optimum performance. The
seed should be sound, well-conditioned, and free from dust and chaff.

occur. Due to the large number of species and varieties of ornamentals and nursery plants, it is
impossible to test every one for sensitivity to Optify/Stretch. Neither the manufacturer nor seller,
endorses use upon species not listed on the label, nor has it been determined that Optify/Stretch can be
safely used on ornamental or nursery plants not listed on this label. The user must determine if
Optify/Stretch can be used safely prior to commercial use. In a small area, apply the listed rates to the
plants in question, i.e. foliage, fruit, etc., and observe for 7-10 days for symptoms of phytotoxicity prior to
commercial use. Do not apply foliar sprays to open blooms of Geranium, Marigold, Pansy, and Petunia.
SEED TREATMENT APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Optify/Stretch is a water-based liquid plant growth regulator for use as a seed treatment on a wide range of
crops including field crops, vegetables, fruits, grains, and turf seed. Optify/Stretch is used to provide better
and faster seedling emergence through improved seed germination and seedling development, to
stimulate root and shoot growth, increase chlorophyll content, improve the plants ability to withstand
stress and increase yields. Optify/Stretch can be used alone, but should be applied in mixtures with
fungicide and insecticide seed treatments in situations where the seed and seedlings are at risk from
disease or insect attack. Optify/Stretch can also be applied in mixtures with a wide range of other seed
amendments such as bio-stimulants, fertilizers, polymers, fungicides, insecticides, and inoculants.
SEED TREATMENT APPLICATION RATES
Apply Optify/Stretch at rates of 0.8 to 3.3 fl. oz per 100 lbs of seed. Rate of use will depend on seed type
seed size and on use of mixtures.
Optify/Stretch seed treatment can be pre-diluted with clean water, and other seed amendments can also
be mixed with it as required, and the total volume of slurry adjusted according to the application
equipment and seed type. Apply gentle agitation during mixing and use, and do not store the diluted
product overnight.
Specific Use Restrictions and Precautions;
Do not use treated seed for food, feed or oil processing purposes
Ensure that the treated seed is colored with a suitable dye to prevent its accidental use as food or feed
Do not use the same equipment including augers for treating seed that will handle commercial or feed grains
