Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). IMPORTANT - Undiluted spray droplets of Malathion will permanently

||
damage automobile paint. Cars should not be sprayed. It accidental
|
||
exposure does occur, the car should be washed immediately. Consult
|
||
your Stale Experiment Station or Slate Extension Service for proper
|
||
timing of sprays.

Applicators and other handlers mUlt wear: long-sleeved shirt and
|
||
long pants, chemical-resistant gloves, such as; barrlel laminate, butyf
|
||
rubber. nitrile rubber or viton and shoes plus socks.
|
||
Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning and maintaining PPE. If
|
||
no such Instructions for washables, use detergent and hot water. Keep
|
||
and wash PPE separately from other laundry.

USER SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
|
||
Users should:

Wash hands before eating, drinking. chewing gum, using tobacco or
|
||
USing the toilet.

Remove clothing Immediately if pesticide gets inside. TI.on wash

thOroughly and put on clean clothing.
|
||

STATEMENT OF PRACTICAL TREATMENT
|
||
If Swallowed: Ca)I a physician or Polson Control Cenler immediately.
|
||
Orlnl< one or twO glasses of water and induce vomillng by touching the
|
||
back of throat with finger. Repeat until vomit fluid is clear. Do not induce
|
||
vomiting or give anything by mouth to an Unconscious person. If in
|
||
haled: Remove vicllm to fresh air. Apply artificial respiration if indicated.
|
||
If On Skin: Wash affected areas with soap and water. If In Eyes: Flush
|
||
eyes with plenty of water. Call a physician if Irritallon persists. Note to
|
||
phy$lelan: This product mClY cause chOllnesterase inhibition. Atropine Is
|
||
antidotal. 2-PAM may be effective as an adjunci to atropine.

||
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS

This pesticide is toxle to fish, aquatic Invertebrates, and aquatIc lila

stages of amphibians. For terrestrial uses. do not apply directly to water,
|
||
or to areas whete surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the
|
||

used 10 produce agricultura! plants on farms, forests, nurseries, or
|
||
greenhouses.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
|
||
PROHIBITIONS: Do nol contaminate water. tood. or feed by storage or
|
||
disposal. Do not store under conditions which might adver~ely affect
|
||
the container or its ability to lunction properly. STORAGE: Store in sale
|
||
manner. Store In original container only. Keep container tighlly closed
|
||
when not in use. Reduce staCking height where local conditions can
|
||
aHect package strength. Personnel should use clothing and equipment
|
||
consistent with good pesllclde handling. PESTICIDE DISPOSAL:
|
||
Wasles resuUing from the use of this product may be disposed of on
|
||
site or at an approved waste disposallacility. CONTAINER DISPOSAL:
|
||
TrIple rinse (or equivalent). Then offer lor recycling or reconditioning, or
|
||
puncture~ ~~.~ dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by other procedures
|
||
approved D'f state and local authorities.

||
GENERAL INFORMATION
|
||
DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT FOR ANY USES OTHER THAN THOSE
|
||

|
||
Aerial applications are most effective when made at a boom height of 5
|
||
feet and & swath width of 50 feet. 00 not make application when winds
|
||
exceed 5 mph.
|
||
Mist blowers and boom sprayers utilizing a controlled air flow to facilitate
|
||
particle size and spray deposition may be used at a vehicle speed of 410
|
||
10 mph.
|
||
Mist blowers with a pump capable of producing up to 40 psi and blower
|
||
speeds of 2600 rpm are salisfac1ory. Use flat Ian nozzles, 6001 to 8002.
|
||
placed 3O-'nto alr blast or rotary atomizers Into the alr blast that produce
|
||
an efficient spray particle wllh a mass medium diameter of 40 to 100
|
||
microns. Swath widths should not exceed 30 feet. and appTIcations
|
||
should not be made when winds exceed 5 mph.
|
||
Boom sprayers wilh a filtered rotary air compressor, either PTO or gas
|
||
engine driven or an air pump capable of producing at least 12 psi are
|
||
satisfactory. Use air pressure on chemical tanks and an accurate meter
|
||
Ing valve to assure a calibrated flow of the pesticide. Air should be
|
||
regulated with relief valve and gauge for proper air and liquid mixture.
|
||
Pneumatic-type spray nozzles. as suggested by equipment manufac
|
||
turer, should be used for spray particles with mass medium diameter _of
|
||
30 to 100 microns. Appficalions should nol be made when winds exceed
|
||
5 mph.
|
||
Repeat applications should be made as necessary unless otherwise
|
||
ap8clrled.
|
||
Bro&dcast use only over intermittently flooded areas. Application may
|
||
not be around bodies of water where fish or shellfish are grown andlor
|
||
harvested commercially.
|
||
FOR ULTRA LOW VOWME AERIAL APPLICATION WHERE AUTO
|
||
MOBILES, TRAILERS, AND PLEASURE BOATS ARE PRESENT:
|
||
IMPORTANT
|
||
Instructions when MALATHION ULV is to be used in ultra low volume
|
||
sprayjng over cltles, towns and other areas where automobiles, Irailers
|
||
and pleasure boats are present.
|
||
Apply with alrerafl equipped for ultra low volume application. Generally.
|
||
spraying should nol be attempted when the wind is at or above 10 mph or
|
||
temperatures are above 82"F.
|
||
Spray droplets of Ihis product undiluled will permanently damage aulo
|
||
mobile paint unless all of the following conditions are met:
|
||
1. AlflCfafl Is operated at 150 mph or more.
|
||
2. There are no leaks in the ultra low volume spray system.
|
||
3. Nozzlesara placed on the boom at 45" angle down and into the wind.
|
||
4. Diaphragm check valves are used on all nozzles to insure posItive
|
||
cul-off of the spray.
|
||
S. Dosage of this product does not exceed 3.2 fluid ounces per acre (40
|
||
acres per gallon).
|
||
6, The spray system produces droplels oJ this product In the 50 10 60
|
||
mass median diameter (MMO) micron range, with no more than 10010
|
||
of the droplets exceeding 100 microns. as determined by readings
|
||
made from mIcroscope sfdes coated with Dri·Film.
