Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS
HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
WARNING
Causes substantial but temporary eye injury. Harmful if swallowed, inhaled, or absorbed through skin. Do not get in eyes or on clothing. Avoid
contact with skin. Avoid breathing dust (vapor or spray mist). Prolonged or frequently repeated skin contact may cause allergic reaction in some
individuals.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
Mixers, loaders, applicators, and other handlers must wear the following:
• Long-sleeve shirt,
• Long pants,
• Chemical-resistant gloves made of any waterproof material,
• Shoes plus socks, and
• Goggles or faceshield.
Some materials that are chemical-resistant to this product are made of any waterproof material. If you want more options, follow the instruc-
tions for Category A on the EPA chemical resistance category selection chart.
USER SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for washables exist, use detergent and hot water. Keep
and wash PPE separately from other laundry.
Discard clothing and other absorbent material that have been drenched or heavily contaminated with the product's concentrate. Do not reuse
them.
Engineering controls statements:
When handlers use closed systems, enclosed cabs, or aircraft in a manner that meets with requirements listed in the Worker Protection Standard
(WPS) for agricultural pesticides [40 CFR 170.240 (d) (4-6)], the handler PPE requirements may be reduced or modified as specified in the WPS.
USER SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
Users should:
• Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet.
• Remove clothing/PPE immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing.
• Remove PPE immediately after handling this product. Wash the outside of gloves before removing. As soon as possible, wash thoroughly
and change into clean clothing.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS
This pesticide is toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates and may contaminate water through runoff. This product has a potential for runoff for
several months or more after application. Poorly draining soils and soils with shallow water tables are more prone to produce runoff that con-
tains this product. Drift and runoff may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in water adjacent to treated areas.
Do not apply directly to water, to areas where surface water is present, or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not contam-
inate water when disposing of equipment washwater or rinsate.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in
the area during application.
For any requirements specific to your State or Tribe, consult the State or Tribal agency responsible for pesticide
regulation.
Do not apply this product in a way that will contact adults, children, or pets, either directly or through drift.
SPRAY DRIFT MANAGEMENT
A variety of factors including weather conditions (e.g., wind direction, wind speed, temperature, relative humidity) and method of application
(e.g., ground, aerial, airblast, chemigation) can influence pesticide drift. The applicator must evaluate all factors and make appropriate adjust-
ments when applying this product.
Droplet Size
Apply only as a medium or coarser spray (ASAE standard 572) or a volume mean diameter of 300 microns or greater for spinning atomizer
nozzles.
C-O-C-S® WDG
EPA REG. NO. 34704-326
Wind Speed
Do not apply at wind speeds greater than 15 mph. Only apply this product if the wind direction favors on-target deposition (approximately 3
to 10 mph), and there are no sensitive areas within 250 feet downwind.
Temperature Inversions
If applying at wind speeds less than 3 mph, the applicator must determine if a) conditions of temperature inversion exist, or b) stable atmospher-
ic conditions exist at or below nozzle height. Do not make applications into areas of temperature inversions or stable atmospheric conditions.
Other State and Local Requirements
Applicators must follow all state and local pesticide drift requirements regarding application of copper compounds. Where states have more
stringent regulations, they must be observed.
Equipment
All aerial and ground application equipment must be properly maintained and calibrated using appropriate carriers or surrogates.
Additional requirements for aerial applications:
• The boom length must not exceed 75% of the wingspan or 90% of the rotor blade diameter.
• Release spray at the lowest height consistent with efficacy and flight safety. Do not release spray at a height greater than 10 feet above the
crop canopy unless a greater height is required for aircraft safety.
• When applications are made with a crosswind, the swath must be displaced downwind. The applicator must compensate for this
displacement at the up and downwind edge of the application area by adjusting the path of the aircraft upwind.
Additional requirements for ground boom application:
Do not apply with a nozzle height greater than 4 feet above the crop canopy.
AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS
Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR part 170. This Standard contains
requirements for the protection of agricultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries, and greenhouses, and handlers of agricultural pesticides.
It contains requirements for training, decontamination, notification, and emergency assistance. It also contains specific instructions and
exceptions pertaining to the statements on this label about personal protective equipment (PPE), and restricted-entry interval. The require-
ments in this box only apply to uses of this product that are covered by the Worker Protection Standard.
Do not enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the restricted entry interval (REI) of 48 hours.
PPE required for early entry to treated areas that is permitted under the Worker Protection Standard and that involves contact with anything
that has been treated, such as plants, soil, or water, is:
• Coveralls over long-sleeved shirt and long pants,
• Chemical-resistant gloves made of any waterproof material,
• Chemical-resistant footwear plus socks,
• Chemical-resistant headgear if overhead exposure, and
• Protective eyewear.
Notify workers of the application by warning them orally and by posting warning signs at entrances to treated areas.
For greenhouse use the restricted entry interval (REI) is 24 hours.
For at least seven days following the application of copper-containing products in greenhouses:
• at least one container or station designed specifically for flushing eyes is available in operating condition with the WPS-required
decontamination supplies for workers entering the area treated with copper-containing products,
• workers are informed orally, in a manner they can understand:
-that residues in the treated area may be highly irritating to their eyes,
-that they should take precautions, such as refraining from rubbing their eyes, to keep the residues out of their eyes,
-that if they do get residues in their eyes, they should immediately flush their eyes with the eye flush container for eye flush station that is
located with the decontamination supplies, and
-how to operate the eye flush container or eye flush station.
NON-AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS
The requirements in this box apply to uses of this product that are not within the scope of the Worker Protection Standard for agri-
cultural pesticides 40 CFR Part 170. The WPS applies when this product is used to produce agricultural plants on farms, forests, nurs-
eries and greenhouses.
Do not enter or allow others to enter until sprays have dried.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
C-O-C-S WDG is a dry Copper material designed to be used as a spray either alone or in combination with a spreader or sticker. Do not use in
undiluted form. Each pound of product contains .51 Ibs metallic copper.
Do not apply this product through any type of irrigation system.
C-O-C-S WDG should not be applied in a spray solution having a pH less than 6.5 or greater than 9.0 as phytotoxicity or loss of effectiveness
may occur. Environmental conditions such as extended period of wet weather, acid rain, etc., which alter the pH of the leaf surface may also affect
the performance of this product resulting in possible phytotoxicity or loss of effectiveness.
Mixing Instructions: Fill the spray tank one-fourth to one-third full with clean water. Start agitation (proper agitation creates a rippling or rolling
action on the liquid surface). Add C-O-C-S WDG at the specified rate. Mix thoroughly. Add water to fill spray tank. Maintain sufficient agitation
during mixing and spraying operations to ensure a uniform spray mixture. Thorough coverage is required. Apply when the disease is reported
in the area. Observe the most restrictive of the labeling limitations and precautions of all products used in mixtures.
The following instructions are based on general applications. Except as specified begin applications before or at first sign of disease. When
a rate range is given, apply higher doses when climatic conditions most favor disease(s).
Precautions and Restrictions: Do not allow adults, children, or pets to enter the treated area until sprays have dried.
ORNAMENTALS
Amounts listed are rates per 100 gallons of water. Application to blooming plants may cause browning of petals. C-O-C-S WDG has
demonstrated excellent plant safety; however, not all cultivars have been tested. Before treating a large number of plants of a particu-
lar cultivar, treat a few plants and observe prior to full scale applications.

Remarks
For shothole, apply as a dormant spray
up to red bud. May be combined with
dormant oil at 2.0 gals/100 gals water
or at 3.0 to 6.0 gals dormant oil/A
concentrate or by air. For Brown rot,
apply in pre-blossom, blossom and
petal fall periods.
For Leaf and Cane spot: Apply when
new laterals are leafing out and repeat
when flowers begin to open.
A post-harvest spray after pruning is
also beneficial.
Apply in a maximum of 150 gals/A.
Dead bud: Apply in fall before heavy
rains and again in spring before bud
swell. May be combined with 1.0
pt/100 gals water dormant spray oil.
Brown rot and Leaf spot: Apply in
popcorn, bloom and in petal fall
periods.
Apply as a dilute spray. Combine with
3.0 Ibs hydrated lime/100 gals of water
to reduce copper injury.
Apply in popcorn, bloom and petal fall
periods.
Apply as pre-bloom and post-bloom
sprays. For Melanose and Scab,
repeat 4 weeks later. Do not apply after
fruit is 3/4 inch in diameter.
Do not apply in areas where copper
injury is known to occur.
Begin applications in fall before or just
after first rains. In severe Brown rot
season a second application may be
necessary. Spray as overall or skirt spray
insuring that ground around tree
receives spray coverage.
Give particular attention to covering fruit.
Treat inside as well as outside, spraying
trunks and skirts thoroughly. Do not
disturb soil after treatment. Apply a
minimum of 100 gals/A ground
concentrate and 20.0 gals of water/A
by air. When danger of copper injury is
severe, add 1/3 to 1.0 Ib hydrated
lime/1 .0 Ib fungicide to spray mixture.
Apply as a post-harvest spray. In
seasons of heavy rainfall apply a
second spray when 75% of the leaves
have dropped. One (1.0) pt superior
type oil/100 gals of water may be
added. Permitted only in Washington
State and Oreaon.

upper and lower leaf surfaces. Repeat
as needed. Black rot: Apply when buds
break and repeat when shoots are 10
inches long, when blossoms fall and
berries reach the size of a BB shot.
Foliage injury may occur on copper
sensitive varieties. Where danger of
copper injury is severe, add 4.0 Ibs of
hydrated lime in a minimum of 125
gals of water/A to spray mixture.
Apply soon after training vines (when
growth is approximately 18 inches
long) in 100 gals of water/A. Apply as
a directed spray using adequate spray
volume for good coverage.

second application mav be necessary.
For Leaf curl, Peach blight and
Bacterial spot: Apply as a dormant
spray up to bud swell. May be
combined with dormant oil at 2.0
gals/100 gals of water or at 3.0 to 6.0
gals dormant oil/A concentrate or by
air. For Brown rot: Apply in
pre-blossom, blossom and petal fall
periods.
For dormant to bud swell, apply as a
full cover spray.
Apply at bloom and repeat at 5 day
intervals until all late bloom is over.
Apply after harvest and before rains
fall and again in the dormant to
delayed dormant period. Apply in a
minimum of 100 gals/A by ground and
20.0 gals/A by air.
For dormant to bud swell, apply as a
full cover spray.
Apply at bloom and repeat at 5 day
intervals until all late bloom is over.
For Pear blight: Apply during bloom
and other periods favorable to
blight infections.
Apply after harvest and before rains
fall and again in the dormant to
delayed dormant period. Apply in a
minimum of 100 gals by ground and
