Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). HOW TO USE ON DRYLAND WHEAT & BARLEY
Apply postemergence to the'crop whe~ wheat/barley i. well tillered (at least
3 tillers) and has developed 2" secondary roots throughout the entire field.
A well developed secondary root system and good crop vigor is essential to
minimize injury to wheat/barley. Applic~tion must be made prior to jointing
as crop injury may result.
For best weed control results:
• Apply "Lexone" before broadleaf weeds emerge or shortly after emergence
and be fore weed s are 2" tall or across,
• Use a Fall treatment for winter annuals or a spring treatment for
sunmer annual broadleaf weeds. 'Avoid making treatments in mid-winter
in areas ~here severe winter weather can cause crop stress.
• Apply "Lexone" before grasses emerge or shortly after emergence and
before the 3 to 5 leaf stage and use the higher dosage rates listed.
JO
Rainfall 0/2") within 2 to 3 wtek. after application is needed to mOve "Lexone"
into the weed root zone. Lack of adequate rainfall after application will
result in poor control.

Soybean varieties such as Altona, Coker 102. and 156, Govan, Semmes, Tracy,

Vansoy, NK5 1884, Terra Vig 505 and 606 and AP 71 are sensitive to LexonBID.
Injury may occur if Lexon~ is used on these varieties. Before use on any

other soybean variety, tolerance to Lexone® must first be determined. Injury
to soybeans may occur if Lexone® is used on soils having a calcareous surface

Soybean varieties such as Altona, Coker 102 and 156, Govan, Semmes, Tracy, Vansoy,
NKS 1884, Terra Vig 505 and 606 and AP 71 are sensitive to Lexone®. Injury may
occur if Lexone® is used on these varieties. Before use on any other soybean
variety, tolerance to Lexone® must first be determined. Injury to soybeans may
occur if Lexone® is used on soils having a calcareous surface layer or pH of 7.5
or higher, or if used in conjunction with soil applied organic phosphate pesticides
such as "Oasanit", "Disyston", "~locap", "Nemacur", "Thimet", "Parathion", or -
"Lorsban" 15G.
Replanting: If initial seeding fails to produce a stand, treated fields may be
replanted to soybeans; do not rework soil; do not retreat field with a second
application as injury to the crop may result. Do not replant treated areas to any
crop other than soybeans within four months after treatment as injury to subsequent
crops may result.

C may be sha"llOl-I-cultivated, rotary-hoed, or hand-hoed without reducing the weed
control activity of the tank mixture. Do not cultivate deepel" than the treated
layer- of soil since this may bring untreated soil to the surface and poor weed
control may result.

Du Pont Lexone® Herbicide is recommended for use as a tank mix with Lasso®
'and Amiben* for application as a prep1ant soil incorporated or preemergence
treatment to control weeds in soybeans. See individual labels for weeds controlJ~d.
HOW TO USE
The soil should be well prepared, free of any existing weeds, trash, or clods
before application.
Fill the spray tank 1/4 full with clean water. Start agitation and add lexone®
and mix thoroughly. Continue agitation while adding clean water and when spray
tank is 3/4 full, add Lasso® and then Amiben®. Agitate continuously during
filling and throughout the spraying operation. Agitation should sweep bottom
contents (sprayer system) of the tank up into the main body of the spray mixture
for thorough mixing and uniform suspension. Apply entire contents of spray
l tank within four hours of initial mixing.
Apply in from 10 to 40 gallons of water per acre using any properly calibrated
low pressure sprayer equipped with herbicide tips and in-line strainer screens
no finer than 50 mesh. Do not apply mixtures containing Lasso® by air.
INCORPORATION DJRECTIONS
Preplant Soil Incorporated Use:
Incorporation should place the Lexone* plus Lasso* plus Amiben* into the top
1 to 3 inches of the final seedbed. Use machinery that mixes the combination
thoroughly with the soil. Incorporation with implements set to cut less than
2 inches deep may result in erratic weed control. For best results, apply with
in 2 weeks of planting.
Recommended Equipment Includes:
1. Two passes with a disc set to 4 inches deep at 4 to 6 mph with the second
pass running at an angle to the first. A tandem or double-disc operated one
time does not provide adequate incorporation.

2. One pass with a field cultivator set to cut 3 t( 4 inches deep and operated
at 6 mph or more. The field cultivator should have 3 to 4 rows of sweeps,
spaced at intervals of 7 inches or less and staggereJ so that no soil is left
unturned. Chisel points should not be used. 00 not set cultivator deeper than
4 inches. The field cultivator used alone or in combination with the doub1e
disc will provide effective incorporation. If used in combination with a
double-disc, the spray boom should be mounted behind the disc blad~s but ahead
of the cultivatol' sweeps.
~. One pass with a rolling cultivator set to cut 2 to 3 inche~ deep and operated
at 6 to 8 mph. Rolling cultivators are adequate for use on coarse and medium
textured soi1s only.
4. One pass with a mulch treader or other similar disc type implement set to
cut 2 to 3 inches deep and operated at 5 to 8 mph.
5. PTO-driven equipment (tillers, cultivators, hoes) set to cut 2 to 3 inches
deep with rotors spaced to provide a clean sweep of the soil ope'ated one time. (
PTO-drive equipment should not be operated at a speed greater than 4 mph.
Preemergence Use:
The tank mixture may be applied as a preemergence broadcast treatment at time
of planting.

*On Clarion Webster soils in Minnesota and Iowa or on similar alkaline (calcareous)
soils with a pH of 7.S or above, apply Lcxone® at 1/2 Pound/Acre on medium soils.
On fine soils, u'se 1/2 to 3/4 Pound/Acre Lcxone®. Use the higher rate only
where soil pH is less than 7.5 and where weed pressure is heavy.
- 3 -
Use the hi gher rate of Amiben® where heavy stands of smartweed, ve1vet1eaf, ragweed, wild mustard, or black nightshade are expected. Use the higher rate
of Lasso® when treatments are incorporated or where heavy stands of black nightshade,
foxtail, witchgrass, panicum, or yellow nutsedge are expected. Use the high
rate of Lexone® where heavy stands of Florida pus1ey, sesbania, ve1vet1eaf or
jimsonweed, are expected, except when soil pH is over 7.5. .
Do not ~se un sand, loamy sand or sandy loam with less than 1% organic matter,
nor on other soils with less than 1/2% organic matter as crop injury may result.
Do not overlap or over apply; misapplication or improper soil incorporation can
result in erratic weed control or crop injury. Seedling disease, cold weather, deep planting (more than 2"), excessive moisture, high soil pH (7.5 or higher)
high salt concentration, or drought may weaken soybean seedlings and increase
possibility of crop injury.
Cultivation After Planting:
( Soil treated with the combination may be shallow-cultivated, rotary-hoed, or
hand-hoed without reducing the weed control activity of the tank mjxture. With
prep1ant soil incorporated treatments, do not cultivate deeper than the treated
layer of soil since this may bring untreated soi1 to the surface and poor weed
control may result. If sufficient rain does not fall within 7 days after pre
emergence app1 ications of the tank mixtur'e, but there is enough soil moisture
l
to germinate weeds and grasses, a light cultivation with a rotary hoe or similar
tool will uproot these small broadleaf weeds and grasses.
Soybean varieties such as Altona, Coker 102 and 156, Govan, Semmes, Tracy, and
Vansoy are sensitive to Lexone®. Injury may occur if Lexone& is used on these
varieties: Before use on any other soybean variety, tolerance to Lexone® must
first be determined.
Injury to soybeans may occur if Lexone® is used. on soils having calcareous
surface layer or a pH of 7.5 or higher, or if used in conjunction with soil
applied organic phosphate pesticides such as "Dasanit", "Disyston", "Mocap",
"Nemacur" or "Thimet", "Parathion" or "Lorsban" 15G.
Injury may occur if atrazine was applied on the soil the year before use of
Lexone®. .
NOTE: Do not use treated plants for feed or forage.
