Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). Dear Ms. Miller:
The application referred to above, submitted in connection with registration under the Federal
Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), as amended, is acceptable under FIFRA
section 3(c)(7)(A), subject to the following conditions:
1. You must submit and/or cite all data required for registration/reregistration/registration
review of your product under FIFRA when the Agency requires all registrants of similar
products to submit such data.
2. You are required to comply with the data requirements described in the generic data call-
in (GDCI) order identified below:

EPA Reg. No. 352-841
Decision No. 571990
A stamped copy of your labeling is enclosed for your records. This labeling supersedes all
previously accepted labeling. You must submit one (1) copy of the final printed labeling before
you release the product for shipment with the new labeling. In accordance with 40 CFR
152.130(c), you may distribute or sell this product under the previously approved labeling for 18
months from the date of this letter. After 18 months, you may only distribute or sell this product
if it bears this new revised labeling or subsequently approved labeling. “To distribute or sell” is
defined under FIFRA section 2(gg) and its implementing regulation at 40 CFR 152.3.
Should you wish to add/retain a reference to the company’s website on your label, then please be
aware that the website becomes labeling under FIFRA and is subject to review by the Agency. If
the website is false or misleading, the product would be misbranded and unlawful to sell or
distribute under FIFRA section 12(a)(1)(E). 40 CFR 156.10(a)(5) lists examples of statements
EPA may consider false or misleading. In addition, regardless of whether a website is referenced
on your product’s label, claims made on the website may not substantially differ from those
claims approved through the registration process. Therefore, should the Agency find or if it is
brought to our attention that a website contains false or misleading statements or claims
substantially differing from the EPA approved registration, the website will be referred to the
EPA’s Office of Enforcement and Compliance.
Your release for shipment of the product constitutes acceptance of these conditions. If you fail to
satisfy these data requirements, EPA will consider appropriate regulatory action including,
among other things, cancellation under FIFRA section 6(e).

Follow manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for washables are
available, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry.
User Safety Recommendations
Users should:
x Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum,
using tobacco, or using the toilet.
x Remove clothing immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing.
Environmental Hazards
This pesticide is toxic to aquatic invertebrates, oysters, and shrimp. Do not apply directly to water. Drift and
runoff may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in water adjacent to use sites.
Surface Water Advisory
This product contains chlorantraniliprole which may impact surface water quality due to runoff of rain water. This
is especially true for poorly draining soils and soils with shallow ground water. Chlorantraniliprole is classified as
having high potential for reaching surface water via runoff for several months or more after application. A level,
well-maintained vegetative buffer strip between areas to which this product is applied and surface water
features such as ponds, streams, and springs will reduce the potential loading of chlorantraniliprole from runoff
water and sediment. Runoff of this product will be reduced by avoiding applications when rainfall is forecasted
to occur within 48 hours.
Ground Water Advisory
Chlorantraniliprole has properties and characteristics associated with chemicals detected in ground water. This
chemical may leach into ground water if used in areas where soils are permeable, particularly where the water
table is shallow.
Directions for Use
It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Refer to inside of
label booklet for additional precautionary information, First Aid, and complete Directions for Use.
Agricultural Use Requirements
Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR Part
170. Refer to label booklet under "Agricultural Use Requirements" in the Directions for Use section for

When used as directed this product does not present a hazard to humans or domestic animals.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Applicators and other handlers must wear:
x Long-sleeved shirt and long pants.
x Shoes plus socks.
After the product has been diluted in accordance with label directions for use, shirt, pants, socks, and shoes
are sufficient PPE.
User Safety Requirements

Use carefully before applying.
Agricultural Use Requirements
Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR Part
170. This Standard contains requirements for the protection of agricultural workers on farms, forests,
nurseries, and greenhouses, and handlers of agricultural pesticides. It contains requirements for training,
decontamination, notification, and emergency assistance. It also contains specific instructions and
exceptions pertaining to the statements on this label about personal protective equipment (PPE), and
restricted entry interval. The requirements in this box only apply to uses of this product that are covered by
the Worker Protection Standard.
Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift.
Only protected handlers may be in the area during application. For any requirement specific to your State

Do not enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the restricted entry interval (REI) of 4 hours.
Exception: Once the seeds are planted in soil, the Worker Protection Standard, under certain
circumstances, allows workers to enter the treated area without restriction if there will be no worker contact
with the soil subsurface or treated seed.
For early entry to treated areas that is permitted under the Worker Protection Standard and that involves
contact with anything that has been treated, such as plants, soil, or water, wear:
x Long-sleeved shirt and long pants
x Shoes plus socks

Product Information
Lumivia® is a seed treatment product for use on listed crops to provide protection against early season injury
from listed pests.
Lumivia must be applied to corn and sorghum in commercial seed treatment facilities only.
Lumivia may be applied to cereal grains in crop group 15 (except rice, corn, and sorghum) and dried shelled
pea and bean within crop subgroup 6C (except soybean) on-farm at agricultural establishments or at

This product is a member of the anthranilic diamide class of insecticides with a mode of action acting on insect
ryanodine
receptors. This product is effective through ingestion of treated plant material. After exposure to this
product, affected insects will rapidly stop feeding, become paralyzed, and typically die within 1 to 3 days.
Consult your local company representative or agricultural advisor for guidance on predicted pest pressure
based on historical field data for these pests in your area.
Use this seed treatment product only in accordance with directions on this label or with approved EPA
supplemental labeling.
Treating significantly damaged seed or seed that is low vigor or overall poor quality may result in reduced
germination, seedling vigor and plant stand. Before treating an entire seed lot with the proposed seed
treatment, treat a small portion of the seed lot and conduct subsequent germination tests. Corteva Agriscience
makes no guarantee regarding the germination of damaged or carryover treated seed since seed quality and
storage conditions are beyond the control of Corteva Agriscience.
Corteva Agriscience will not be responsible for losses or damages resulting from the use of this product in any
manner not specifically stated on this label. User assumes all risks associated with such non-specified use.

x Apply this product to corn and sorghum in commercial seed treatment facilities only.
x Store treated seed away from food or feed.
x Do not allow children, pets, or lives tock to have access to treated seed.
x Treated seed must not be used for or mixed with food or animal feed, or processed for oil.
x Store treated seed away from food or feed.

density.
x Do not apply more than 0.2 lb ai of any chlorantra niliprole-containing products per acre per calendar year.
x Following the planting of seed treated with this produ ct, total foliar applications for a crop must not exceed
a total rate of 0.146 lb chlorantraniliprole per acre. Soil applications of products containing
chlorantraniliprole are not permitted.
x Except for emergency replant situations due to crop f ailure, following the planting of seed treated with this
product, do not apply chlorantraniliprole or other Group 28 products for 60 days. Application(s) to the next

28 insecticide).
x Use of this product as a seed treatment must be communicated to all personnel involved in seasonal insect
control applications.
Integrated Pest Management
Corteva Agriscience supports the use of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs to control pests. This
product may be used as part of an IPM program, which can include biological, cultural, and genetic practices,
aimed at preventing economic pest damage. IPM principles and practices include field scouting or other
detection methods, correct target pest identification, population monitoring, rotation of insecticides with
different modes of action, and treating when target pest populations reach locally determined action thresholds.
Consult your state cooperative extension service, professional consultants or other qualified authorities to
determine appropriate action treatment threshold levels for treating specific pest/crop or site systems in your
area.
Resistance Management
This product is a Group 28 Insecticide. Repeated and exclusive use of this product or other Group 28
insecticides may lead to the buildup of resistant strains of insects in some crops. Because the development of
resistance cannot be predicted, this product may be used as part of resistance management strategies
established for the use area. These strategies may include incorporation of cultural and biological control
practices, alternation of mode-of-action classes of insecticides (non-Group 28) on succeeding generations, and
targeting the most susceptible life stage. Consult your local or state agricultural authorities for details.
When planting any seed treated with this product, unless directed otherwise in the specific crop/pest sections of
this label, the best practices are to follow these instructions to delay the development of insecticide resistance:
x Avoid using the same mode of action (same insecticide group) on consecutive generations of insect pests.
x Apply this product or other Group 28 insecticides using a “treatment window” approach to avoid exposure of
successive insect pest generations to the same mode of action.
x A “treatment window” is defined as the period of residual activity provided by single or sequential applications
of products with the same mode of action.
x This “treatment window” should not exceed approximately the length of one generation of the target pest
which may vary from 25 to 40 days.
x Except for emergency replant situations, following the planting of seed treated with this product, do not
apply chlorantraniliprole or other Group 28 products for 60 days. Application(s) to the next generation of
target pest(s) must be with an effective product with a different mode of action (non-Group 28 insecticide).
x Following a “Group 28 treatment window,” rotate to a treatment window of effective products with a different
mode of action. This “Non-Group 28 Window” should approximate the duration of one generation of the
target pest. Target the most susceptible insect life stages whenever possible.
E2Y / Lumivia / 352-841 / MSTR / Amend / 11-08-2022 Page 10
If resistance develops in your area, this product or other products with a similar mode of action may not provide
adequate control. If poor performance cannot be attributed to improper application or extreme weather conditions
a resistant strain of insect may be present.
If you experience difficulty with control and resistance is a reasonable cause, immediately consult your local
Corteva Agriscience representative or agricultural advisor for the best alternate method of control for your area.
For additional information on insect resistance monitoring, visit the Insecticide Resistance Action Committee
(IRAC) on the web at http://www.irac-online.org.

difficult to remove.
Drain mixing equipment. Thoroughly rinse mixing equipment and flush with clean water.
Clean all other associated application equipment. Take all necessary safety precautions when cleaning

Commercial Seed Bag Labeling Requirements
The Federal Seed Act requires that the container of seed treated with Lumivia must be labeled with the following
information:
x This seed has been treated with Lumivia® which contains chlorantraniliprole.
x Do not use for food, feed, or oil processing.
x User is responsible for ensuring that the seed container meets all requirements under the Federal Seed Act.
In addition, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requires the following statements on the container of seed treated
with Lumivia (EPA Reg. No. 352-841):
x Do not exceed a maximum of 0.054 lb chlorantraniliprole per acre (25 grams ai/A) regardless of seeding density.
x Following the planting of Lumivia-treated seed, total foliar applications for a crop must not exceed a total rate of 0.146
lb chlorantraniliprole per acre. Soil applications of products containing chlorantraniliprole are not permitted if seeds
treated with chlorantraniliprole are planted.
x This cereal grain seed has been treated with chlorantraniliprole at 0.XX [up to 0.03] lb ai per 100 lbs of seed.
x This corn seed has been treated with chlorantraniliprole at 0.XX [up to 0.132] lb ai per 80,000 seeds.
x This dried shelled pea and bean seed has been treated with chlorantraniliprole at 0.XX [up to 0.07] lb ai per 100 lbs of
seed.
x Do not apply more than 0.2 lb ai of any chlorantraniliprole-containing products per acre per calendar year.
x Use of seed treated with Lumivia must be communicated to all personnel involved in seasonal insect control
applications.
x Plant cereal grain seeds treated with Lumivia at a soil depth of 1 to 2 inches.
x Plant corn seeds treated with Lumivia at a soil depth of 1.5 to 2 inches.
x Plant dried shelled pea and bean seeds treated with Lumivia at a soil depth of 1 to 2 inches.
x Except for emergency replant situations, following the planting of seed treated with Lumivia, do not apply
chlorantraniliprole or other Group 28 products for 60 days. Application(s) to the next generation of target pest(s) must
be with an effective product with a different mode of action (non-Group 28 insecticide).
x Treated seed exposed on soil surface may be hazardous to aquatic invertebrates. Ensure planted seed is covered with
soil. Cover or collect spilled seeds.
x Store away from food or feed.
x Dispose of all excess treated seed by burying seed away from bodies of water.
x Do not contaminate water bodies when disposing of planting equipment washwaters.
x Surface Water Advisory: This product contains chlorantraniliprole which may impact surface water quality due to
runoff of rain water. This is especially true for poorly draining soils and soils with shallow ground water.
Chlorantraniliprole is classified as having high potential for reaching surface water via runoff for several months or more
after application. A level, well-maintained vegetative buffer strip between areas to which this product is applied and
surface water features such as ponds, streams, and springs will reduce the potential loading of chlorantraniliprole from
runoff water and sediment. Runoff of this product will be reduced by avoiding applications when rainfall is forecasted to
occur within 48 hours.
x Ground Water Advisory: Chlorantraniliprole has properties and characteristics associated with chemicals detected in
ground water. This chemical may leach into ground water if used in areas where soils are permeable, particularly where
the water table is shallow.
x Seed treated with Lumivia may be replanted if an emergency replanting due to a crop failure occurs.
x [Not registered for use in California on Cereal Grains Crop Group 15.]

Soil applications of products containing chlorantraniliprole are not permitted if seeds
treated with chlorantraniliprole are planted.
x This dried shelled pea and bean seed has been treated with chlorantraniliprole at 0.XX [up to 0.07] lb ai per 100 lbs of
seed.
x Do not apply more than 0.2 lb ai of any chlorantraniliprole-containing products per acre per calendar year.
x Use of seed treated with Lumivia must be communicated to all personnel involved in seasonal insect control
applications.
x Plant dried shelled pea and bean seeds treated with Lumivia at a soil depth of 1 to 2 inches.
x Except for emergency replant situations, following the planting of seed treated with Lumivia, do not apply
chlorantraniliprole or other Group 28 products for 60 days.
