the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and RodentiCide Act. 
A copy of the labeling accepted in connection with this Registration/Reregistration is returned herewith. 
Registration is in no way to be construed as an indorsement or approval ol this product by this Agency. In order to protect 
health and the environment, the Administrator, on his motion, may at any time suspend or cancel the registration or a pest­
icide in accordance with the Act. The acceptance of any name in connection with the registration of a product under this 
Act is not to be construed as giving the registrant a right to exclusive use of the name or to its use if it has been covered 
by others. 
This product is conditionally registered in accordance with 
FIFRA sec. 3(c) (7) (A) provided that you: 
1. Submit and/or cite all data or other material required 
for registration/reregistration of your product under FIFRA sec. 
3(c) (5) or FIFRA sec. 4 when the Agency requires all reg~strants 
of similar products to submit such data. 
2. Make the following label changes: 
a. Add the phrase, "EPA Registration No. 5481-436." 
b. Revise the Restricted Use Statement to read as 
follows: 
For retail sale only to certified commercial 
aerial applicators or persons under their direct 
supervision. For use only by certified commercial 
~erial applicators. Direct supervision for this 
product is defined as the certified commercial 
applicator being physically present during mixing, 
loading, repair and cleaning of application 
equipment. Certified commercial applicators must 
also ensure that all persons involved in these 
activities are informed of the precautionary

products (non-aquatic uses): 
This pesticide is highly toxic to fish 
and wildlife. Birds in treated areas 
may be killed. Do not apply directly to 
water or wetlands (swamps, marshes, bogs 
and potholes). Run-off and drift from 
target areas may be hazardous to aquatic 
organisms in adjacent aquatic sites. Do 
not contaminate water by cleaning of 
equipment or disposing of equipment 
washwaters. 
f. On page five delete the reference to canola since 
this is a pending use. 
g. Under soybeans, delete the directions listed for 
control of white grubs and wireworms (broadcast 
spray ••• incorporate into upper 4 to 6 inches of 
soil) • 
h. On page six, insert the word "only" into the 
information for LIMITS ON APPLICATION, Aeri~l 
AIJplication (IIThis product may only be applied 
aerially ••• "). 
i. iJelete the text entitled "General Warnings and 
Limitations" on page nine since it implies 
treatment of soils. 
j. In the Directions for Use on alfalfa, the dosage 
rate for treatment of clover head weevils, spider 
mites, blister beetles, etc. has b€!en omitted, 
therefore, delete these pests or add the 
appropriate rate.

Do not feed cotton trash to dairy

acceptance of these condtcions,
