Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS
HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIl\1ALS
DANGER - POISON
POISONOUS IF SWALLOWED
IF SWALLOWED- Drink 1 or 2 glasses of water and induce vomiting by touching back of throat
with finger or blunt object. Do not induce vomiting or give anything by mouth to an unconscious
person. Get medical attention.
POISONOUS BY SKIN CONTACT
Poisonous if touched by hands or spilled or splashed on skin, in eyes or on clothing (liquid goes
through clothes).
POISONOUS IF BREATHED
Breathing vapors or spray :nist may be fatal.
POISONING SYMPTOMS
Methyl Parathion is a very dangerous poison. It rapidly enters the body by contact with all skin
surfaces and eyes. Exposed persons must receive prompt medical treatment or they may die.
2
Some of the signs and symptoms of poisoning are: Headache, nausea, vomiting, cramps, weakness,
blurred vision, pin-point pupils, tightness in chest, labored breathing, nervousness, sweating, watering
of eyts, drooling or frothing of mouth and nose, muscle spasms and coma.
Call a doctor (physician), clinic or hospital immediately. Explain that the victim has been exposed to
methyl parathion and describe his condition.
NOTE TO PHYSICIAN
Since any symptoms from absorption of this combination product are likely to be those of methyl
pa. dth:vr. int()xication, treatment should be directed toward£ the relief of cholinesterase inbbitic·.l.
ANTII)OTE - administer atropine sulfate in large doses. TWO to FOUR mg. intravenously or
intramuscuhrly as soon as cyanosis is overcome. Repeat at 5 to 10 J(,Inute intervals until signs of
atropinization appear. 2-PAM chloride is also antidotal and may be administered in conjunction with
atropine. DO NOT GIVE MORPHINE OR TRANQUILIZERS. Methyl Parathion is a strong
chol;,esterase inhibiter affecting the central and peripheral nervous systems and producing cardiac
and r"'piratory depression. At first sign of pulmonary edema, the patient should be given supplemen
tal oxygen and treated symptomatically. Continued absorption of the poison may occur and fatal
relapses have been reported after initial improvement. VERY CLOSE SUPERVISION OF THE
PATIENT IS INDICATED FOR AT LEAST 48 HOURS.
The National Pesticide Telecommunication Network is available for recommendations regarJ;r,g
