Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

Registration Notice 98-10 for the above referenced product. The EPA has conducted a review of this request
for its applicability under PRN 98-10 and finds that the action requested falls within the scope of PRN 98-10.
The labeling submitted with this application has been stamped "Notification" and will be placed in our records.
The alternate brand name: Poncho® HL seed treatment has been added to the registration. Our records have
been updated accordingly.
Should you wish to add/retain a reference to your companys website on your label, then please be aware that
the website becomes labeling under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act and is subject to
review by the EPA. If the website is false or misleading, the product will be considered to be misbranded and
sale or distribution of the product is unlawful under FIFRA section 12(a)(1)(E). 40 CFR § 156.10(a)(5) lists
examples of statements the EPA may consider false or misleading. In addition, regardless of whether a
website is referenced on your products label, claims made on the website may not substantially differ from
those claims approved through the registration process. Therefore, should the EPA find or if it is brought to
our attention that a website contains statements or claims substantially differing from statements or claims
made in connection with obtaining a FIFRA section 3 registration, the website will be referred to the EPAs

Precautionary Statements
Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals
CAUTION. Harmful if swallowed. Wash thoroughly with
soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking,
chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Applicators and other handlers must wear:
• Long-sleeve shirt
• Long pants
• Chemical-resistant gloves made out of: barrier laminate,
nitrile rubber ≥ 14 mils, butyl rubber ≥ 14 mils, neoprene
rubber ≥ 14 mils, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) ≥ 14 mils, or
viton ≥ 14 mils
• Shoes plus socks
User Safety Requirements
Follow manufacturers instructions for cleaning/maintaining
PPE. If no such instructions for washables exist, use deter-
gent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from
other laundry.
USER SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
Users should:
• Remove clothing/PPE immediately if pesticide gets
inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean cloth-
ing. If pesticide gets on skin, wash immediately with
soap and water.
• Remove PPE immediately after handling this product.
Wash the outside of gloves before removing. As soon
as possible, wash thoroughly and change into clean
clothing.
Environmental Hazards
This product is toxic to birds, mammals and aquatic
invertebrates.
Treated seeds exposed on soil surface may be hazardous
to birds and mammals. Promptly cover or collect treated
seed spilled during loading or planting.
This compound is highly toxic to bees exposed directly
(contact). Ensure that planting equipment is functioning
properly in accordance with manufacturing recommenda-
tions to minimize seed coat abrasion during planting to
reduce dust, which can drift to blooming crops or weeds.
Surface Water Label Advisory
DO NOT apply directly to water or to areas where surface
water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean high
water mark. DO NOT contaminate water when cleaning
equipment or disposing of equipment washwater or rin-
sate. DO NOT apply where runoff is likely to occur. Drift
and runoff from treated areas may be hazardous to aquat-
ic organisms in water adjacent to treated areas. Apply this
product only as specified on the label.
Groundwater Advisory
This chemical has properties and characteristics associat-
ed with chemicals detected in groundwater. This chemical
may leach into groundwater if used in areas where soils
are permeable, particularly where the water table is shal-
low. Therefore contain any product spill or equipment leak
and dispose of wastes according to the disposal instruc-
tions on this label.
Directions For Use
It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a man-
ner inconsistent with its labeling. Read the entire label
before using this product.
DO NOT apply this product in a way that will contact
workers or other persons, either directly or through drift.
Only protected handlers may be in the area during applica-
tion. For any requirements specific to your state or tribe,
consult the state or tribal agency responsible for pesticide
regulation.
Dispose of all excess treated seed. Leftover treated seed
may be double sown around the headland or buried away
from water sources in accordance with local requirements.
Excess treated seed may be used for ethanol production
only if (1) By-products are not used for livestock feed and
(2) No measurable residues of pesticide remain in ethanol
by-products that are used in agronomic practice.
FIRST AID
If swallowed
• Immediately call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
• DO NOT induce vomiting unless told to by a poison control center or doctor.
• Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow.
• DO NOT give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
Have the product container or label with you when calling a poison control center or doctor or going for treatment. You
may also contact BASF Corporation for emergency medical treatment information: 1-800-832-HELP (4357).
NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: No specific antidote is available. Treat the patient symptomatically.

AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS
Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and
with the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR Part 170.
This standard contains requirements for the protection
of agricultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries and
greenhouses, and handlers of agricultural pesticides. It
contains requirements for training, decontamination, and
emergency assistance. It also contains specific instruc-
tions and exceptions pertaining to the statements on this
label about personal protective equipment (PPE), notifi-
cation to workers, and restricted-entry interval. The
requirements in this box only apply to uses of this prod-
uct that are covered by the Worker Protection Standard.
DO NOT enter or allow worker entry into treated areas
during the restricted-entry interval (REI) of 12 hours.
PPE required for early entry to treated areas that is per-
mitted under the Worker Protection Standard and that
involves contact with anything that has been treated,
such as plants, soil, or water, is:
• Long-sleeve shirt
• Long pants
• Chemical-resistant gloves made out of: barrier lami-
nate, nitrile rubber ≥ 14 mils, butyl rubber ≥ 14 mils,
neoprene rubber ≥ 14 mils, polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
≥ 14 mils or viton ≥ 14 mils

Steps to take if material is released or spilled:
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and
avoid exposure when managing a spill. (See
Precautionary Statements section of this label for
required PPE.)
• Dike and contain the spill with inert, absorbent material
(e.g., sand, earth) and transfer liquid and solid diking
material to separate containers for disposal. Small-scale
spills of this product (that can be cleaned up with a typi-
cal spill kit) may be applied to labeled sites.
• Remove contaminated clothing, and wash affected skin
areas with soap and water.
• Wash clothing before reuse.
• Keep spill out of all sewers and open bodies of water.
Product Information
Poncho® 750 seed treatment:
• Systemic insecticide seed treatment for use on broccoli,
canola, rape seed, carrot, cereal grains (except corn,
rice, sorghum and wild rice), corn, cotton, leafy greens,
leek, onion (bulb and bunching), potato (seed piece
treatment), rice, sorghum, soybean, and sugar beet for
the control of listed insects.
• Provides early season protection against the listed insect
pests.
• Provides protection under low-to-moderate corn root-
worm pressure.
Application Instructions
Poncho 750:
• To be used in liquid or slurry treaters. Mix thoroughly
before use or use entire container at one time. Pretest all
tank mixes to determine physical compatibility between
formulations. It is the pesticide users responsibility to
ensure that all products in the listed mixtures are regis-
tered for the intended use. Users must follow the most
restrictive directions and precautionary language of the
products in the mixture.
• Treatment of highly mechanically damaged seed, or seed
of known low vigor or poor quality, may result in reduced
germination and/or reduction of seed and seedling vigor.
Treat and conduct germination tests on a small portion
of seed before committing the total seed lot to a selected
chemical treatment. Due to seed quality conditions
beyond the control of BASF, no claims are made to guar-
antee germination of carryover seed.
• To reduce seed dust which can drift onto blooming
crops or weeds, ensure that planting equipment is func-
tioning properly in accordance with manufacturers
specifications. Surplus seed or empty seed containers
must be stored or disposed according to local federal
regulations.
• Use planting equipment that will plant treated seed into
the soil to a minimum depth of 0.5 inches or greater to
minimize exposure.
Use Restrictions
• All seed treated with this product must be conspicuously
colored at the time of treatment. This product contains
no colorant. An EPA-approved dye or colorant must be
added when this product is applied to seed to distin-
guish and prevent subsequent inadvertent use as a food
for man or feed for animals. Regulations pertaining to
coloration of treated seed enforced by 40 CFR 153.155
must be strictly adhered to when using this product.
• For use only in commercial seed treatment facilities. Not
for use in hopper box, planter box, slurry box, or other
on-farm seed treatment applications except for cereal
grains (except corn, rice, sorghum, and wild rice) and
potato seed pieces.
• Regardless of method of application (seed treatment,
soil, or foliar), DO NOT apply more than 0.2 lb of active
ingredient clothianidin per acre per year.
• Follow-up foliar sprays of a registered insecticide may be
needed under heavy pest pressure. Consult your local
Extension office for recommendations.
• DO NOT broadcast plant seeds.
Refer to the specific use directions and restrictions in each
crop table.

Crop-specific Directions

er 1/4 full with water and recap. Shake for 10 seconds.

store rinsate for later use or disposal. Drain for 10 sec-
onds after the flow begins to drip. Repeat this procedure
two more times.
Pressure rinse as follows: Empty the remaining con-
tents into application equipment or a mix tank and
continue to drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to
drip. Hold container upside down over application
equipment or mix tank or collect rinsate for later use or
disposal. Insert pressure rinsing nozzle in the side of the
container, and rinse at about 40 PSI for at least 30 sec-
onds. Drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip.
Once container is rinsed, offer for recycling if available or
puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill or by other
procedures approved by state and local authorities.

Pressure rinsing the container before final disposal is the
responsibility of the person disposing of the container.
To pressure rinse the container before final disposal,
empty the remaining contents from the IBC into applica-
tion equipment or mix tank. Raise the bottom of the IBC
by 1.5 inches on the side which is opposite of the bot-
tom discharge valve to promote more complete product
removal. Completely remove the top lid of the IBC. Use
water pressurized to at least 40 PSI to rinse all interior
portions. Continuously pump or drain rinsate into appli-
cation equipment or rinsate collection system while
pressure rinsing. Continue pressure rinsing for 2 minutes
or until rinsate becomes clear. Replace the lid and close
bottom valve.
Top discharge IBC, drums, kegs (e.g. Snyder 120
Next Gen, Bonar B120, drums, and kegs)
Triple rinsing the container before final disposal is the
responsibility of the person disposing of the container. To
triple rinse the container before final disposal, empty the
remaining contents from this container into application
equipment or mix tank. Fill the container at least 10 per-
cent full with water. Agitate vigorously or recirculate water
with the pump for 2 minutes. Rinse all interior surfaces.
Pour or pump rinsate into application equipment or rin-
sate collection system. Repeat this procedure two more
times.
Once container is rinsed, offer for recycling if available or
puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by other
procedures approved by state and local authorities.

SEED TAG LABELING
The Federal Seed Act requires that the container of seed
treated with Poncho® 750 seed treatment must be
labeled with the following statements:
• This seed has been treated with Poncho® 750 seed
treatment (EPA Reg. No. 7969-506) , which con-
tains 57.25% clothianidin.
• DO NOT use treated seed for food, feed, or oil
production.
In addition, the US Environmental Protection Agency
requires the following statements on the container of
seed treated with Poncho
® 750 seed treatment :
• Store treated seeds away from food and
feedstuffs.
• DO NOT allow children, pets, or livestock to have
access to treated seed.
• Wear long-sleeved shirt, long pants and chemical-
resistant gloves made out of: barrier laminate, butyl
rubber ≥ 14 mils, nitrile rubber ≥ 14 mils, neoprene
rubber ≥ 14 mils, natural rubber ≥ 14 mils,
polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) ≥ 14 mils or Viton
≥ 14 mils when handling treated seed.
• Excess treated seed may be used for ethanol produc-
tion only if (1) by-products are not used for livestock
feed and (2) no measurable residues of pesticide
remain in ethanol by-products that are used in agro-
nomic practice.
• Treated seeds exposed on soil surface may be haz-
ardous to wildlife. Promptly cover or collect treated
seed spilled during loading or planting.
• Use planting equipment that will plant treated seed into
the soil to a minimum depth of 0.5 inches or greater to
minimize exposure.
• Dispose of all excess treated seed. Leftover treated
seed may be double sown around the headland or
buried away from water sources in accordance with
local requirements.
• DO NOT contaminate water bodies when disposing of
planting equipment washwater.
• Dispose of seed packaging or containers in accor-
dance with local requirements.
• DO NOT use empty seed bags for any other purpose.
• To reduce seed dust which can drift onto blooming
crops or weeds, ensure that planting equipment is
functioning properly in accordance with manufactur-
ers specifications. Surplus seed or empty seed
containers must be stored or disposed according to
local federal regulations.
• This compound is highly toxic to bees exposed directly
(contact). Ensure that planting equipment is functioning
properly in accordance with manufacturing recom-
mendations to minimize seed coat abrasion during
planting to reduce dust, which can drift to blooming
crops or weeds.

be used for feed or human consumption. Rapeseed
grown and harvested from Poncho

cannot be used for edible oil or any other human/feed
consumption.

fied on clothianidin label or any crop for which a
tolerance exists for clothianidin, as soon as practical
following the last application.

immediately with canola, rapeseed, cereal grains
(crop group 15 except rice), corn, cotton, potato,
sorghum, sugar beet, and the following vegetable
crops: Brassica (cole) leafy vegetables (crop group 5),
bulb vegetables (crop group 3), cucurbit vegetables
(crop group 9), fruiting vegetables (crop group 8),
leafy green vegetables (crop group 4A), root vegeta-
bles (crop group 1).
- These areas may also be replanted after 30 days
with dry beans, dry peas, and soybean.
- DO NOT plant any other crop in the treated area for
at least one year after treated seeds are planted.

opinion of experts based on field use and tests. The
directions are believed to be reliable and must be
followed carefully. However, it is impossible to eliminate
all risks inherently associated with the use of this
product. Crop injury, ineffectiveness or other unintended
consequences may result because of such factors as
the presence of other or untested or unapproved
materials, seed of low quality or low vigor or low
germination, use of the product in a manner inconsistent
with its labeling, misapplication of the product, or
weather conditions at planting or environmental
conditions during seed storage, all of which are beyond
the control of BASF CORPORATION (“BASF”) or the
Seller. To the extent consistent with applicable law, all
such risks shall be assumed by the Buyer.
BASF warrants that this product conforms to the
chemical description on the label and is reasonably fit for
the purposes referred to in the Directions For Use ,
subject to the inherent risks, referred to above.
