Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS
HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
CAUTION
Harmful if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through skin. Causes moderate eye irritation.
Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing. Avoid breathing vapor or mist.

Call a physician or poison control center. Drink one or two glasses of
water and induce vomiting by touching back of throat with finger. Do
not induce vomiting G~ give anything by mouth to an unconscious
person.
RemcNe victim to fresh air. If not breathing give artificial respiration,
preferably mouth to mouth. Get medical attention.
Wash with plenty of soap and water. Get medical attention.
Flush with plenty of water. Call a physician if irritation persists.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EOUIPMENT:
Some materials that are chemical-resistant to this product are listed below. If you want more
options, follow the instructions for category E on an EPA chemical resistance category
selection chart.
Applicators and other handlers "flust wear:
• long-sleeved shirt and long pants
• chemical-resistant gloves, such as barrier laminate, nitrile rubber, neoprene rubber or
Viton
• shoes and socks
Discard clothing or other absorbent materials that have been drenched or heavily
contaminated with this product's concentrate. Do not reuse them. Follow manufacturer's
instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for washables, use
detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry.
USER SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS:
Users should wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the
toilet.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS
Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwaters. ~pply c:-.I, 05
specified on this label. Do not apply directly to water, or areas where sGr!oce wate' is
present or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Cover or Incorporate spl:lc!d
treated seeds.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
STORAGE:
Do not use or store near heat or open flame.
PESTICIDE DISPOSAL:
Do not contaminate water, food or feed bv storage or disposal. Wastes resulting from the use
of this product may be disposed of on site or at 1.'n approved waste disposal facility.
CONTAINER DISPOSAL:
Triple rinse (or equivalent). Then offer for recycling or reconditioning, or puncture and dispose
of in a sanitary landfill, or if allowed by state and local authorities, by burning. If burned, stay
out of smoke.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
It is a violation of Federal law to use this ploduct in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly
or indirectly through drift. Only pr'Jtected handlers may be in the area during application. For
any requirements specific to your State or Tribe, consult the agency responsible for pesticide
regulation.
AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS
Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Protection
Standard, 40 CFR part 170. This Standard contains requirements for the protection of
agricultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries, and greenhouses, and handlers of
agricultural pesticides. It contains requirements for training, decontamination,
notification, and emergency assistance. It also contains specific instructions and
exceptions pertaining to the statements on this label al:lout personal protecti\
equipment (PPE), and restricted-entry interval. The requirements in this box only apply
to uses of this product that are not covered by the Worker Protection Standard. Do not
enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the restricted entry interval (REI) of
1 2 hours. Exception: if the product is soil-injected or soil-incorporated, the Worker
Protection Standard, under certain circumstances, allows workers to enter the treated
area if there will be no contact with anything that has been treated. PPE required for
early entry to treated areas that is permitted under the Worker Protection Standard and
that involves contact with anything that has been treated, such as plants. soil, or water,
is: coveralls, chemical-resistant gloves,such as barrier laminate or nitrile rubber or
neoprene rubber of Viton, and shoes plus socks.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE AS
AN ON FARM SEED TREATMENT
SANDOFAN 31 F Fungicide may be applied as a water-based slurry using mechanical on farm
seed treatment equipment or in combination with hopper-box applied liquid seed treatments.
Apply evenly over the surface of the seed at the rates listed below.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE AS
A COMMERCIAL SEED TREATMENT
SANDOFAN 31 F Fungicide may be applied as a water-based slurry with other registered seed
treatment fungicides and/or insecticides through standard slurry or mist-type r.ornmerc:al seed
treatment equipment using the rates listed.

SANDOFAN 31 F is a systemic fungicide seed dressing specifically for control of Pythium and
suppression of Phytophthora spp. For control of other soilborne diseases, such a" Rhizoctonia
spp., SANDOFAN 31 F should be applied in combination with other registered seed dressing
fungicides. Use the higher rate when conditions of heavy disease pressure are expected.

Treatment of highly mechanically damaged seed, or seed of known low vigor and poor quality,
except for the purposes of curative control of existing disease or insect pests, may result in
reduced germination and/or reduction of seed and seedling vigor. Treat and conduct
germination tests on a small portion of seed before committing the total seed lot to a selected
chemical !re:;'ment. Due to seed quality conditiolls bt'yond the control of Sandoz Agro, Inc.
no claims are made to guarantee germination of carry-over seed.
USE RESTRlCTIONS
Do not use treated seed for food, feed or oil purposes. All seed treated with this product
must be c._ Jred with an EPA approved dye (e.g., those listed in 40 CFR 180.1001) which
imparts an unnatural color to the seed.
Rotational Crop Restrictions: Do not plant crops which are not registered for use with
oxadixyl in fields planted with oxadixyl-treated seed within one year of planting.
NOTE: Federal Law requires that bags containing treated seeds shall be labeled with the
following information: "This seed has been treated with Oxadixyl Fungicide. Do not use
treated seed for feed, food or oil purposes. Store away from feeds and food stuffs."

LlMITA TION OF WARRANTY
AND LIMIT A TION OF LIABILITY
NOTICE: Read this Limitation of Warranty and Limitation of Liability before buying or using this
product. If the terms are not acceptable, return the product at once, unopened, and the
purchase price will be refunded.
It is impossible to eliminate all risks inherently associated with the use of this product. Crop
injury, ineffectiveness, or other unintended consequences may result because of such factors
as weather conditions, presence of other materials, or the fmmner of use or application, all
of which are beyond the control of Sandoz or seller. All such risles shall be assumed by buyer
or user.
Sandoz v.·arrants that this product conforms to the chemical description on the label and is
reasonably (it for the purposes stated in the Directions for Use, under normal use conditions,
subject to the risks described above. SANDOZ MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPL.'ED
WARRANTY OF FITNESS OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
WARRANTY.
In no event shall Sandoz or seller be liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages
resulting from the use or handling of this product. THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE USER
OR BUYER, AND THE EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY OF SANDOZ OR SELLER FOR ANY AND ALL
CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES OR DAMAGES (INCLUDING CLAIMS BASED ON BREACH OF
WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE)
RESUL TING FROM THE USE OR HANDLING OF THIS PRODUCT, SHALL BE THE RETURN OF
