Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). INCORPORATION STATEMENT
MOCAP-" GEL can be incorporated with a rotary tiller, rotary hoe, spring-tooth harrow, by double-discing or with other equipmenl for
... ~ixing Ihe c~emical wilh the soil to the recommended depth. Follow any specific incorporating instructions given under the crop
.: "peadings.
GROUND APPLICATION
Use sufficient total spray volume to thoroughly and evenly cover the area to be treated.
MOCAP~ GEL gel paks are intended to be used whole and may not be opened, split, or otherwise tampered with. Estimate use
requirements to the closest number of paks without exceeding labeled use rate for crop.
Suggested methods for determination of number of paks (6 pound active ingredient each) needed:
Broadcast Applications
Locale the broadcast rate or rate range under the specific crop to be treated. Determine exact rate to be used in pounds of active
ingredient per acre. To calculate the number of paks. multiply Ihe number of acres to be treated by the desired pounds active to
be used per acre and diVide the result by 6.
Paks to use = (acres to be treated X rate per acre in pounds active) I 6
If the result of your calculation includes a fraction. round 10 the nearest number of whole paks without exceeding the maximum
allowed for the target crop. For example: If a desired treatment for cabbage is comprised of 27 acres at 5 pounds active per acre
then the number of paks to use would be (27 X 5) I 6 or 22.5. Since the maximum rate ·allowed in cabbage is 5 pounds, round the
resull down to 22 paks.
Banded Applications
)
Use calculation table below. multiply by the acres to be treated, and round to nearest whole pak without exceeding the specified
maximum rate for the crop. For example, to spray a 24 acre field with 36 inch row spacing at a rate of 3.3 fluid ounces per 1000 row
feet would require 0.4 paks per acre. This multiplied by the field size (24 acres) would be 9.6 paks for the field. Rounding 10 the
nearest pak without exceeding the desired rate results, in 9 paks.

REQUIREMENTS FOR IRRIGATION. SYSTEMS
Apply this product only through sprinkler systems inclucjing: center pivot, lateral move, end tow, side (wheel) roll, traveler, big gun.
solid set. or hand move; or drip (trickle) irrigation systems. Do not apply this product through any other type of irrigation system.
Crop injury, lack of effectiveness. or illegal pesticide residues in the crop can result from non-uniform distribution of treated water..
Do not connect an irrigation system (including greenhouse syste·ms} used for pesticide applicailOn to a public water system unless the
pesticide label prescribed safety devices for public water sy§tems are in place.
A person knowledgeable of the chemigation system and responsible for its operation. or under the supervision of the responsible
person. shall shut the system down and make necessary adjustments should the treed arise.
Wear personal protective equipment as defined in the PPE section for applicators and other handlers when making adjustments or
repairs on the chemigation system when MOCAp® GEL is in the irrigation water.
POSTING OF AREAS TO BE CHEMIGATED IS REQUIREO WHEN:
1. Any part of a treated area is within 300 feet of sensitive are·as such 'as iesidential areas, labor ca'mps, businesses. day care centers,
hospitals, in-patient clinics, nursing homes or any public areas su.ch as schools, parks, playgrounds, or other public facilities.
2. When the chemigated area is open to the public, posting must conform to tt:te following requirements: Treated areas shall be posted
with signs· at all usual points of entry and along likely routes of approach from the listed sensitive areas. When there are no usual
points of entry. signs must be posted in the comers of the treated areas ,!nd in any other location affording maximum visibility to
sensitive areas. The printed side of the sign should face away from the treated area toward the sensitive area. The signs shall be
printed in English. Signs must be'posted prior to application and must remain posted until foliage has dried and soil surface water
has disappeared. Signs may remain in place indefinitely as long as they are composed of materials to prevent deterioration and
maintain legibility for the duration of the posting period:
All words shall consist of letters at least 2 1/2 inches tall, and all letters and the symbol shall be a color which sharply contrasts with
their immediate background. At the top of the sign shall be the words KEEP OUT. followed by an octagonal stop sign symbol at least
8 inches in diameter containing the word STOP. Below the symbol shall be the words PESTICIDES IN IRRIGATION WATER.
' .. ) 'This sign is in addition to any sign posted to comply with Worker Protection Standard.
EQUIPMENT AND OPERATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
The system must contain a functional check valve, vacuum relief valve and low pressure drain appropriately located on the irrigation
pipeline to prevent water source contamination from backflow.
The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional, automatic, quick-closing check valve to prevent the flow of fluid back toward
the injection pump. '
The pesticide injection pipeline must also contain a functional, normally closed. solenoid-operated valve located on the intake side of
the injection pump and connected to the system interlock to prevent fluid from being withdrawn from the supply tank when the irrigation
system is either automatically or manually shut down.
The system must contain functional interlocking controls to automatically shut off the pesticide injection pump when the water pump
motor stops.
The irrigation line or water pump must include a functional pressure switch which will stop the water pump motor when the water
pressure decreases to the point where pestiCide distribution is adversely affected.
Systems must use a metering pump such as a positive displacement injection pump (e.g. diaphragm pump) effectively designed and
constructed of materials that are compatible with pestiCides and capable of being fitted with a system interlock.
Do not apply when wind speed favors drift beyond the area intended for treatment.
The chemical injection tank should be cleaned before application to remove all fertilizer. pesticide and other foreign matter. Add
.. MOCAP'!) GEL paks as described in the instructions for mixing, loading. and handling. The MOCAP"" GEL water mixture in the injection
) tank should be under constant agitation. Carefully Calibrate the system before and during application. The irrigation system should
- provide uniform water flow and should have no leaks.
For'sprinkler irrigation systems, the MOCAp® GEL water mixture should be injected continuously during water application in 7,000 to
28,000 gallons of water per acre.
SPECIFIC USE DIRECTIONS
Where a range of rates is recommended, use the higher rate if pest infestations are expected to be severe. To determine your
infestation level, consult local or state recommendations for sampling methods and economic threshOlds. Where both banded and
broadcast applications are allowed. refer to the specific crop directions for the proper use of each application method. Use sufficient
total spray volume for thorough and uniform application. To determine the number of water soluble paks to use for specific band rates
and row widths see the calculation chart above.
