Dear Oscar Perez Ovilla: 
 
The amended label referred to above, submitted in connection with registration under the 
Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), as amended, is acceptable. This 
approval does not affect any conditions that were previously imposed on this registration. You 
continue to be subject to existing conditions on your registration and any deadlines connected 
with them. 
 
The alternate brand name, “Nuvan NuGuard” has been added to the product record. 
 
A stamped copy of your labeling is enclosed for your records. This labeling supersedes all 
previously accepted labeling. You must submit one copy of the final printed labeling before you 
release the product for shipment with the new labeling. In accordance with 40 CFR § 
152.130(c), you may distribute or sell this product under the previously approved labeling for 
18 months from the date of this letter. After 18 months, you may only distribute or sell this 
product if it bears this new revised labeling or subsequently approved labeling. “To distribute or 
sell” is defined under FIFRA section 2(gg) and its implementing regulation at 40 CFR § 152.3. 
 
Should you wish to add/retain a reference to the company’s website on your label, then please 
be aware that the website becomes labeling under FIFRA and is subject to review by the 
Agency. If the website is false or misleading, the product would be misbranded and unlawful to 
sell or distribute under FIFRA section 12(a)(1)(E). 40 CFR § 156.10(a)(5) lists examples of

statements EPA may consider false or misleading. In addition, regardless of whether a website 
is referenced on your product’s label, claims made on the website may not substantially differ 
from those claims approved through the registration process. Therefore, should the Agency find 
or if it is brought to our attention that a website contains false or misleading statements or 
claims substantially differing from the EPA approved registration, the website will be referred 
to the EPA’s Office of Enforcement and Compliance. 
 
Your release for shipment of the product constitutes acceptance of these conditions. If these 
conditions are not complied with, the registration will be subject to cancellation in accordance 
with FIFRA section 6.

• Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes.

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN 
Probable mucosal damage may contraindicate the use of gastric lavage. POISONING SYMPTOMS: This product is a 
cholinesterase inhibitor. Symptoms include weakness, headache, tightness in chest, blurred vision, non- reactive pin point 
pupils, salivation, sweating, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal cramps. TREATMENT: Atropine is the specific 
therapeutic antagonist of choice against parasympathetic nervous stimulation. If there are signs of parasympathetic 
stimulation, atropine sulfate should be injected at 10 -minute intervals in doses of 1 to 2 milligrams until complete 
atropinization has occurred. Morphine is contraindicated. 2 -PAM is also antidotal and may be administered in conjunction 
with atropine. Clear chest by postural drainage.

Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals 
 
WARNING: May be fatal if swallowed. Do NOT get in mouth. Harmful if inhaled. Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid breathing 
vapors. Avoid contact with eyes or clothing. After prolonged storage, a small amount of liquid may form on strip. Do NOT get

User Safety Requirements 
Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for washables exist, use detergent a nd 
hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry. 
 
User Safety Recommendations 
Users should wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet. Users should remove 
clothing/PPE immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing. Users should remove PPE 
immediately after handling this product. Wash the outside of gloves before removing. As soon as possible, wash thoroughly and 
change into clean clothing.

operation are also considered food areas. P roduct may be used in serving areas that are not in operation and have no 
exposed food. Non-food/feed areas of these establishments where the product can be used are areas such as , garbage 
rooms, lavatories, floor drains ( to sewers) and vestibules, offices, locker rooms, machine rooms, boiler rooms, garages, 
mop closets, and product storage (after canning or bottling). 
• Do NOT use where unwrapped food is stored or allow the product to come into contact with food or cooking utensils. 
• This product is not to be taken internally by humans or animals. 
• Do NOT use in any area where people will be present for more than four (4) hours per day. 
• Do NOT allow children to handle new or used product.

Remove pre-assembled product from sealed bag when ready to use. [Place] [or] [Hang] away from windows and out of reach of 
children and pets. [To apply product to vertical surfaces, use the enclosed stickers ]. Drafts, weather and other conditions may 
affect the performance, but treatment usually lasts for four (4) months. [ One ____g unit will treat ____ cu. ft. ]. Record the date

This product controls flies, mosquitoes, gnats and other listed insect pests. 
 
Homes (Use only in Closets, Wardrobes, and Cupboards) 
This product may only be used in closets, wardrobes, and cupboards. This product gives continuous protection against moths, 
silverfish, cockroaches and other listed insect pests and leaves no smell [or odor]. Remove unit from sealed bag. Product may be 
hung from or stood on a rail within the closet or wardrobe. Ensure that the product(s) will not contact clothes or fabric and 
ensure that air can circulate around it . Keep the treated space closed. Do NOT use more than the number of product units 
recommended for the space to be treated. {NOTE TO REVIEWER: Optional wording depending on the unit size} . One 5.25 g unit 
will treat a space of 25 to 50 cu ft . One 10.5 g unit will treat a space of 50 to 100 cu ft . Use one 16 g unit to treat 100 to 200 cu ft 
for up to four (4) months. If more than one unit is required, distribute them over the space equally. Record the date of 
installation so that the old unit may be replaced with a new, fresh unit at the end of the four (4) month period or when 
effectiveness diminishes. Do NOT use in any area where people will be for more than four (4) hours per day.

This product controls flies, mosquitoes, gnats and other listed insect pests [for up to four (4) months]. Do NOT use in any area 
where people will be for more than four (4) hours per day. Place the product in an open space of an enclosed area out of reach of 
children and pets and away from windows. Calculate cubic feet of air space to determine the number of product units required 
for treatment. Place product so as not to impede air circulation. When multiple units are required, distribute them uniformly 
over the treated space. 
 
[Garbage Cans with Lids] [Trash Dumpsters] Trash Bins, and Mobile Garbage Bins located outdoors or in garages] 
For control of flies , attach the product inside the can or dumpster and keep the lid closed. [Attach with enclosed cable tie to the 
hinges of the garbage container.] [Attach enclosed clip, which contains the product , to the garbage container lid.] [Peel tape on 
special Velcro strip. Attach one Velcro strip to the product, and the other to the garbage container lid.] [Peel tape from adhesive 
strip. Attach one side to th e product, and the other to the garbage container lid. [For superior adhesion , clean surface of all 
residues before applying the enclosed clip to the surface.] 
 
Animal Buildings 
This product controls flies, mosquitoes and gnats in horse barns, calf parlors, hog parlors, stables, poultry houses, tack rooms and 
dog kennels. Do NOT contaminate food, water or foodstuffs , milk or milking equipment by direct contact with the product. Do 
NOT use in any area where people will be for more than four (4) hours per day. 
 
Milk Rooms 
This product c ontrols flies, mosquitoes and gnats in milk rooms and bulk storage rooms. DO NOT contaminate milk or milking 
equipment by direct contact with the product. Do NOT use in any area where people will be for more than four (4) hours per day . 
 
Agricultural Commodities 
This product controls listed insect pests [including] [almond moths] [and] [cocoa moths] [and] [ Indianmeal moths] [ and] 
[Mediterranean flour moths] infesting non -perishable packaged and bagged or bulk -stored processed and raw agricultural 
commodities (such as soybeans, corn, grains, cocoa beans and peanuts). Do NOT contaminate foods. Do not allow this product to 
contact foods. Calculate the cubic feet of air space above the commodity to determine the number of product units required for 
treatment. {NOTE TO REVIEWER: Optional wording depending on the unit size}. One [16] g unit will treat [100 to 200] cubic feet. 
Treat before moths emerge. Replace product when needed to prevent egg laying by moths. Hang product so as not to impede air 
circulation. When multiple product units are required, distribute them uniformly over the treated space. Product will control 
pests for up to four (4) months. Do NOT use in any area where people will be for more than four (4) hours per day.

Catch Basins 
To control mosquitoes breeding in catch basin s, suspend one unit about ten inches above water level. Product may control 
mosquitoes for 10 to 15 weeks. Do NOT use in any area where people will be for more than four (4) hours per day. 
 
Enclosed Utility Boxes 
This product c ontrols mosquitoes and other listed insect pests which commonly infest utility enclosures, cabinets , conduits, 
junction boxes, enclosed electrical panels , motor control rooms and other utility equipment for communications , electric, gas, 
water and cable television. Place product so that air can contact all sides of the product . Record installation date and replace 
when effectiveness diminishes. Do NOT use in any area where people will be for more than four (4) hours per day. 
 
Reptile Houses and Terrariums 
This product control s mites on reptiles. In reptile houses, h ang the appropriate number of produc t units for the space to be 
treated. Do NOT over -treat. In t errariums, c over the top of an open terrarium having a minimum size of 10 cu ft with a wire 
screen and place the product on the screen for no more than 48 hours. Make sure that the reptiles cannot touch or contact the 
product. Product must be removed after the 48- hour treatment interval. P roduct is NOT for treatment of aviaries or birdcages. 
Do NOT use in any area where people will be for more than four (4) hours per day. 
 
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL 
DO NOT contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal. 
PESTICIDE STORAGE: Keep this product in its tightly closed original container, protected from freezing temperatures and away 
from heat sources and direct sunlight. Store in a secure, cool, dry (preferably locked) area that is inaccessible to children and 
animals. DO NOT store near food or feed. DO NOT open or remove from package before ready to install. 
PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: DO NOT contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal. Wastes resulting from the use of this 
product must be disposed of on site or at an approved waste disposal facility. 
CONTAINER HANDLING: 
Foil Pouch Packaging: DO NOT open or remove from package before ready to use. Disposal: If empty: DO NOT reuse container. 
Place in trash or offer for recycling if available. If partly filled: Call your solid waste agency or 1- 800-CLEANUP for disposal 
instructions. Never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain. 
Inner Container: Nonrefillable container. DO NOT reuse or refill this container. Offer for recycling if available or dispose of the 
empty container in trash. 
Used Product: Used product should be wrapped in paper and discarded in the trash.
