Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

Environmental Hazards
This pesticide is toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates.
Drift and runoff may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in
water adjacent to treated areas.
DO NOT apply directly to water, or to areas where surface
water is present, or to intertidal areas below the mean high
water mark. DO NOT contaminate water when disposing
of equipment washwater or rinsate.
This product is highly toxic to bees and other pollinating
insects exposed to direct treatment or residues on bloom -
ing crops or weeds. DO NOT apply this product or allow it
to drift to blooming crops or weeds while bees or other
pollinating insects are foraging in the treatment area.
Groundwater Advisory
This chemical has properties and characteristics associat -
ed with chemicals detected in groundwater. This chemical
has the potential to leach into groundwater if used in areas
where soils are permeable, particularly where the water
table is shallow.

You may also contact BASF Corporation for emergency medical treatment information: 1-800-832-HELP (4357).
3
Surface Water Advisory
This product may impact surface water quality due to run -
off of rain water. This is especially true for poorly draining
soils and soils with shallow ground water. This product is
classified as having high potential for reaching aquatic sed -
iment via runoff for several months or more after
application. A level, well-maintained vegetative buffer strip
between areas to which this product is applied and sur-
face water features such as ponds, streams, and springs
will reduce the potential loading of this active ingredient or
its degradates from runoff water and sediment.
Runoff of this product will be reduced by avoiding applica -
tion when rainfall is forecast to occur within 48 hours.
Sound erosion control practices will reduce this products
potential to reach aquatic sediment via runoff.
Physical or Chemical Hazards
DO NOT mix with or allow to come into contact with oxi-
dizing agents. Hazardous chemical reaction may occur.
Directions For Use
It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a man-
ner inconsistent with its labeling. This labeling must be in
the users possession during application. Read the entire
Directions For Use and Conditions of Sale and
Warranty before using this product.
DO NOT apply this product in a way that will contact
workers or other persons, either directly or through drift.
Only protected handlers may be in the area during applica -
tion. For any requirements specific to your state or tribe,
consult the agency responsible for pesticide regulation.
CimegraTM insecticide is not for sale, distribution, or use
in Nassau and Suffolk counties in New York State.
Construct and maintain a minimum 15-foot-wide vegeta-
tive filter strip of grass or other permanent vegetation
between the field edge and down gradient aquatic habitat
(such as, but not limited to, lakes; reservoirs; rivers; perma-
nent streams; marshes or natural ponds; estuaries; and
commercial fish farm ponds).
Only apply products containing broflanilide onto fields
where a maintained vegetative buffer strip of at least
15 feet exists between the field and down gradient aquatic
habitat. For guidance, refer to the following publication for

Product Information
Apply and incorporate CimegraTM insecticide into the
soil to control specified below-ground insects.
Mode of Action
Broflanilide, the active ingredient in Cimegra, binds to an
inter-subunit allosteric site on the GABA receptor, resulting
in a block of inhibitory neurotransmission, convulsions and
death of target insects, and is classified by the Insecticide
Resistance Action Committee (IRAC) as a Group 30
insecticide (GABA-gated chloride channel allosteric
modulators).
5
Resistance Management
CimegraTM insecticide contains broflanilide, a Group 30
insecticide. Any insect population may contain individuals
naturally resistant to Cimegra or other Group 30 insecti-
cides. These resistant individuals may dominate the insect
population if this group of insecticides is used repeatedly in
the same fields. Although insecticide resistance cannot be
predicted, a general rule to reduce the onset of resistance
is to not consecutively and repeatedly apply Group 30
insecticides during a growing season for control of particu -
lar insects. Where possible, multiple pest control tools in
addition to chemical control should be used as part of an
integrated pest management (IPM) approach. BASF
encourages responsible product stewardship to ensure
effective long-term control of the insects on this label. Con-
sult your state or local agricultural authorities or your BASF
representative for more specific details on insect resis -
tance management strategies.
Application Instructions
For in-furrow use:
• When using flat-fan nozzles, align nozzles with the row to
direct spray into the open furrow. Cimegra must be cov-
ered with soil immediately after application.
• Minimum spray volume per acre - Dilute Cimegra in
a minimum of 5 gallons of water per acre.
• Cimegra can be directly injected into the suction or
pressure line(s) of an in-furrow liquid spray application
system if the product is uniformly dispersed into the
solution.
• DO NOT apply more than 6.8 fl ozs per acre of
Cimegra [0.0445 lb active ingredient (ai) per acre] per
application and/or per year total, including seed treat-
ment (when applicable) and soil application.
Compatibility Test
Before mixing components, always perform a compatibili-
ty jar test.
1. Add components in the order listed in Mixing Order
instructions.
- For 5 gallons per acre volume: Start with 1 cup of
water from the intended source at the source
temperature.
- For other spray volumes: Adjust rates accordingly.
- Dry product: Add 2 teaspoons per pound of product
per acre.
- Liquid product: Add 1/2 teaspoon per pint of prod-
uct per acre.
2. Always cap the jar and invert 10 cycles after component
additions.
3. When the components have all been added to the jar,
let the solution stand for 15 minutes.
4. Evaluate the solution for uniformity and stability. The
spray solution should not have free oil on the surface,
fine particles that precipitate to the bottom, or thick
(clabbered) texture. DO NOT use any solution that could
clog spray nozzles.
Mixing Order
Make sure each component is thoroughly mixed and sus -
pended before adding tank mix partners. Except when
mixing products in PVA bags, maintain constant agitation
during mixing and application. Use solution immediately
after mixing.
1. Water - Fill a thoroughly clean sprayer tank 3/4 full of
clean water and begin agitation.
2. Inductor - If an inductor is used, rinse it thoroughly
after each component has been added.
3. Products in PVA bags - Place any product contained
in water-soluble PVA bags into the mixing tank. Wait
until all water-soluble PVA bags have fully dissolved and
the product is evenly mixed in the spray tank before
continuing.
4. Water-dispersible products (such as dry flowables,
wettable powders, suspension concentrates including
Cimegra, or suspo-emulsions)
- Containers 5 gallons or less: Shake well before
adding to the tank.
- Containers more than 5 gallons: Recirculate
before adding to the tank.
- Consult a BASF representative for additional informa-
tion regarding agitation and recirculation.
5. Water-soluble products
6. Emulsifiable concentrates (such as oil concentrates
when applicable)
7. Water-soluble additives [such as ammonium sulfate
(AMS) or urea ammonium nitrate (UAN) when applicable]
8. Remaining quantity of water
Plant Back Intervals (PBIs)
Immediate plant back (PBI) for all crops except for leafy
vegetables (60-day PBI).
