Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

1 Rate is calculated based on number of seeds/lb averages of wheat (13,700) .
Crop-specific Directions
• Wireworm seed protection - Use 0 .25 fl oz/100 lbs seed rate or higher, depending on field history and site
populations .
• Hessian fly protection to wheat seedlings in the Fall season - Use 1 .79 fl ozs/100 lbs seed .
• For maximum effectiveness, treat seed uniformly . Use the higher rate to provide increased length of protection and
from heavy insect pressure and to reduce potential spread of barley yellow dwarf virus due to aphid vectors .
• Grasshopper feeding damage to seedling plants under low-to-moderate insect pressure will be reduced when
Poncho® 600 is used . Treated seed may be planted as a 50-feet to 60-feet border around the edges of the crop
field as a barrier to grasshoppers advancing into the interior of the field .
Crop-specific Restrictions
• Regardless of application method (seed treatment, soil, or foliar), DO NOT apply more than 0 .2 lb active ingredient
clothianidin per acre per year .
• Poncho 600 is not to be followed by a spray treatment of another neonicotinoid insecticide . Follow approved guide-

• Apply only in areas with adequate ventilation or in areas that are equipped to remove spray mist or dust .
• Apply specified dosage as a diluted spray onto seed pieces using a shielded spray system that is well contained and
will prevent the loss of any liquid .
• Agitate or stir spray solution as needed . For optimal insect control, good coverage of the seed pieces is required .
• As part of the seed cutting and treating process, treatment and/or an inert absorbent ingredient is recommended to
improve suberization .
• Plant seed pieces as soon as possible after cutting and treating .
• Consult local specialists, BASF representative or dealer for information relevant to your area .
• For extended residual control of pests other than wireworms, apply the higher rate .
Crop-specific Restrictions
• DO NOT enter or allow worker re-entry into treated areas during the restricted-entry interval of 12 hours .
• Regardless of formulation or type of application (seed treatment, soil, or foliar), DO NOT apply more than a total of
0 .2 lb active ingredient clothianidin per acre per year .
• DO NOT apply any subsequent application of a Group 4 insecticide (i .e ., infurrow or foliar application) following
treatment with Poncho® 600 insecticide .
• DO NOT dilute with any more than 6 parts water to 1 part Poncho 600 insecticide .
