DIRECTIONS FOR USE
|
||
It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Read this label and the product
|
||
package label before using this product. This Supplemental Label and the GAUCHO® 600 FLOWABLE seed treatment label,
|
||
EPA Reg. No. 264-968 must be in the possession of the user at the time of pesticide application. Use of GAUCHO 600
|
||
according to this labeling is subject to the use precautions and limitations imposed by the label affixed to the container for
|
||
GAUCHO® 600 FLOWABLE.
|
||
SEED BAG LABEL REQUIREMENTS
|
||
User is responsible for ensuring that the seed bag meets all requirements under the Federal Seed Act.
|
||
Areas planted with Gaucho 600 may be replanted with any crop specified on imidacloprid label, or any crop for which a
|
||
tolerance exists for imidacloprid, as soon as practical following the planting of Gaucho 600 treated seed.
|
||
Areas planted with Gaucho 600 treated seed may be replanted immediately with artichoke, barley, Brassica (cole) leafy
|
||
vegetables, borage, bulb vegetables, canola, cilantro, corn (field), corn (pop), corn (sweet), cotton, cranberry, crambe,
|
||
cucurbits, eggplant, flax, ground cherry, leaf petiole vegetables, leafy vegetables, legume vegetables (succulent or dried,
|
||
including soybean), millet, mustard seed, oats, okra, pepinos, pepper, potato, rapeseed, rye, safflower, sorghum, soybean,
|
||
strawberry, sugarbeet, sunflower, tomatillo, tomato, triticale, root and tuber vegetables, watercress, or wheat. These areas
|
||
may also be replanted after 30 days with cereals, including buckwheat and rice, and after 120 days with pennycress. Do not
|
||
plant any other crop in the treated area for at least one year after planting Gaucho 600 treated seeds.
|
||
ROTATIONAL CROPS:
|
||
Areas planted with Gaucho 600 treated seed may be replanted with any crop specified on an imidacloprid label, or any crop for
|
||
which a tolerance exists for the active ingredient, as soon as practical following the planting of Gaucho 600 treated seed. The
|
||
following plant-back intervals are required for listed crops:
|

*Cover crops for soil building or erosion control may be planted any time, but DO NOT graze or harvest for food or feed.

*For all other crops not listed on an Imidacloprid label rotational crop list, a 12-month plant-back interval is required.

Treatment of highly mechanically damaged seed, or seed of known low vigor and poor quality, may result in reduced

germination and/or reduction of seed and seedling vigor. Treat and conduct germination tests on a small portion of seed

||
before committing the total seed lot to a selected chemical treatment. Due to seed quality conditions beyond the control
|
||
of Bayer CropScience, no claims are made to guarantee germination of carry-over seed.

||
CONDITIONS: The directions for use of this product are believed to be adequate and must be followed carefully. However,
|
||
it is impossible to eliminate all risks associated with the use of this product. Crop injury, ineffectiveness or other
|
||
unintended consequences may result because of such factors as weather conditions, presence of other materials, or the

||
manner of use or application, all of which are beyond the control of Bayer CropScience. All such risks shall be assumed

by the user or buyer.
