corpus_status compared "Published" values as strings, so "March 2026" beat "July 2026". Adds _pub_sort_key() → (year, month) for both the most-recent date and the bundle ordering. Same fix as justin/hvm-docs#14; verified locally against this repo's bundles.json.

corpus_status compared "Published" values ("July 2026") as plain
strings, so "March 2026" outranked "July 2026" for the most-recent date
and the most-recently-edited ordering. Parse to (year, month) for both.
Same fix as hvm-docs#14.
