2024 — Crook and Julesburg, CO; Ingalls, KS
|
|
2025 — Crook, Julesburg, and Yuma, CO
|

2026 Notes
|
|
Crook, CO — Very low yields but that matched the region. Well established but little to no moisture throughout the spring,
|
|
Julesburg, CO — Low yields but better than expected in late spring. Heavy freeze basically killed all fall tillers so yields are almost exclusively from spring tillers,
|
|
Yuma, CO — Low yields impacted by drought but also heavy freeze damage. Late lines favored by late precip.
|
|
Colby, KS — Outstanding looking location most of the year. Data impacted by heavy infestation of Wheat Streak Mosaic Virus.
|
|
McCook, NE — Much higher yield than expected. Very impacted by early freeze damage and limited precipitiation.
|
|
Locations not included: Goodland, KS (freeze plus heavy drought), Montezuma, KS (heavy freeze plus drought), Scott City, KS (mostly drought but some freeze)
