corpus_status compared HPE "Published" values as strings, so "March 2026" beat "July 2026". Adds _pub_sort_key() → (year, month) for both the most-recent date and the bundle ordering.

Verified locally against the real bundles.json: now reports July 2026 and lists deployment guide / QM / 9.0.0 / 9.0.1 bundles first (was March 2026).

corpus_status compared HPE "Published" values ("July 2026") as plain
strings, so "March 2026" outranked "July 2026" for the most-recent date
and the most-recently-edited ordering. Parse to (year, month) for both.
